greeted about the drive thru window rudely. he took my card.... then said they were having "technical difficulties" and took about 10 mins after that. I heard a female employee in the back say she would take pictures of the cards and put it in later when this would happen. I was never even told a total or given a receipt for my order. As I was about to drive away, the employee informed me the pepperonis on my pizza would be burnt because something is wrong with their oven and even if they remade it, it would be burnt too. the past few times we have came to this location it had been so irritating. Basically all Little Caesars in wichita are super busy and understaffed. We have gotten burnt pizza, uncooked pizza, pizza that wasn't ours and then also workers who are rude and could care less to resolve the issue. We are not coming back again gave them enough chances to get it right. I ordered 2 large pepperoni and stick pizzas and didn't receive them I also didn't receive my sodas but the thing that got me was when I called they didn't even bother to try and make it right they where just like oh you'll have to contact Uber like I would have went and got my own damn pizzas if I new they where going to forget half of a $80 order and I left a tip never again will I use yelp or order on line with them to much hassle read more

The pizza is good when its fresh, but most of the time, their "hot and ready" pizza tastes like cardboard. Don't go in the mornings through their drive through. The tattooed guy is super rude. I came in last Sunday expecting the usual long wait for "hot and ready pizza" I came to the drive thru and asked the what they had ready expecting" the guy was actually polite and listed off everything that they advertise as hot and ready. He asked "so what would you like tonight sir?" I was in such shock that it took me a second to decide. I got wings which were really good, but expensive for only 8 in order and 2 pizzas, pepperoni and cheese. Both were way better than some of pizzas I've gotten in the past. I was in and out or the drive through in 3 minutes. The guy handed my pizzas and said "thank you and have a great night sir." Why can't it be like this everytime. I think the guy that helped me might have been a manager. I hope so because that place needs good managers and good customer service. I will go back and hope I get the same experience. read more

Customer service is zero stars. management here really needs to step up because the past few times it's consistently been a bunch of teenagers just shooting the sh*t in the back. So we ordered a deep dish pizza on the app and it said to come at a certain time range. So, we were in a hurry is why we did pizza. BAD IDEA. We got there at our scheduled time and they told me it was coming out of the oven and to come back in 5 mins. I came back 10 mins later and they brought me one box that was supposed to be 4 slices of deep dish but they sliced it up into 8 slices and tried to give it to me as the pizza. I said that is only half our pizza that we ordered and that it is supposed to be cheese. They finally found our other half and it was cold. Nothing was done. They just said to have a nice day. Worst customer service! Hot and Ready pizzas are never ready. The last three times I've been, they've had me drive around to the front so they can bring my pizza out. I waited 25 minutes when the employee finally sauntered out and to two different cars looking for the right person to give the pizza to. I have been going to this location for years and always been happy with their service. The last 3 times I have had to wait for them to make the hot and ready pizzas. I live close to this location and have given them several chances to redeem themselves. It never happens, the "Hot & Ready" from 4 to 8pm is a goal they fail on at least 80% of the time. "It will be ready in 20 minutes and we will bring it out to you." 35 minutes later, I have to go in and demand a refund. read more

Worst pizza joint in town. They don't wash their cooking pans often enough. Most times you will find leftovers from the previous pizza burned to the bottom of yours. They don't know how to assemble a pizza without getting the sauce and toppings onto the outer crust where it burns and makes the crust inedible. And most of the time you won't be able to eat the full pizza because they don't know how to bake one without bubbles forming under the crust, making all toppings run off of the bubble (seeking the "lower ground") leaving an inedible, burned sauce bubble. Fully one half of a pizza they tried to give me was bubbled like this and they tried to exchange it with another one that was nearly as bad. Apparently they don't care about their customers. And then the employees are too busy goofing around with each other to take their jobs seriously. Don't waste your money unless you are starving near the point of death. read more
