My son had ordered me and him self some chicken bites I had the lemon pepper flavor I never saw what looked like a rotten tooth after I was done eating the bites looked down and saw I don't even know it was very disgusting t ing and disturbing even though they refunded the total amount of what we paid in all courtesy and respect they should of added a gift card or a free meal at another store & w.e the manager is there gone tell me oh no it wasn't a tooth he knew personally himself he said it came from the factory I need answers cause I'm the one that consumed them chicken bites not him. read more

Several years ago I left an unfavorable review for this place because they were continually slow/behind/late. But we have been back and lately I can't believe it's the same place. It looks cleaner, the staff is courteous, the food is almost always ready when they say it will be, and the manager is making everybody happy. This place is slow, and fries are never fresh. The 30 minute wait time quote isn't accurate, and they mark things as done in the app when it's not done. That inflates their app and makes more work for themselves. An hour wait is one thing, but advertising 30?! That's bull. I don't want to sit in my car for 30 extra minutes. read more

Ordered food online and waited 20 min for it, but we had a second separate order. It never came, and we waited another 45 minutes. Every time we asked about it, we kept getting dismissed. It was just a fry, and this has happened before. The first time it happened we waited, and a worker said they set orders of fries to the side, and it just got lost. We left and came back the next day for a refund. They acted like they couldn't, and a manager came out annoyed and said that she called the night manager and they processed it. This location is horrendous. the 20 minutes I spent waiting for my doordash order, I watched 14 different customers (yes I kept count) come back with major complaints about their order. they got super backed up because they were taking 20-30 minutes per order, then the extra 10 minutes to fix the order because they couldn't get anything right. the employees seemed lazy, and as if they hated every person they interacted with. I would never ever recommend this location, drive the extra time to a different location. place was also just dirty as can be, dust everywhere, pop machine looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years, food all over the floors. i wouldn't be surprised if there was a bug problem there with all of that being considered. i never leave negative reviews anywhere because i work in the food industry and understand that mistakes happen, but the way they dealed with our problem was not great and i felt compelled to leave a review. the food was great, but the service was not up to par for what a paying customer should receive. we all went up individually and put in our orders, but they still ended up missing one of our five orders. when the food came out and we realized, we came and told them, and they said there was no way to bump our order to the front of the line because of THEIR mistake. we then had to wait twice the team we had already waited for something we had ordered forever ago. we then had to place a to go order and my dad was standing for three minutes waiting to order while there were three workers standing at the registers doing nothing. i always come here because the food is great, but the service has never improved. read more

This Wingstop location renewed my interest in the restaurant chain. My first Wingstop experience was at a location in Arizona approximately 3 years ago was horrible due to the food and staff, which made me not try Wingstop again until today. This location was polar opposite, the food was amazing. I recommend trying the Louisiana Voodoo fries, they were incredible. They had a ton of flavor in the front look up perfectly. As far as the wings my favorite flavors were the Spicy Korean Q and the Original Hot flavors, we are the flavors were very spicy but they both had a lot of old labor. My next order I plan to try some hotter flavors. I highly recommend this Wingstop location, you will not be disappointed. read more

They never answer the phone; hold time has been an hour; I walk in person & on hold,. they are standing around, some are playing. First time bad food; the girl who was inattentive, & didn't want to be bothered, took my order. I asked if they been busy and & she said know; so I proceeded to ask her about he hold time because I was on there for 20 to 25 mint. She gave the excuse like they all do at that location; we don't hear the ringer; I pointed out that the phone had a blinking light, may indicate some on hold; I was still on hold she looked at me sideways, took my order, I paid sat dow. and immediately she called my name. the wings were from the fry basket I seen sitting there. First time ever at a Wingstop. Walked in and ordered at 1:20. It was only me and 1 other guy in the place. After awhile of waiting, the other guy walked up to the counter and said he'd been waiting 30 minutes. The older gal behind the counter snapped at him "There's only two of us and we're going as fast as we can." I couldn't believe it. No apology or anything. He returned to his seat to wait and I went up to him and said I'd be fired on the spot in any restaurant I worked in if the manager heard me speak to a customer that way. He concurred. She saw me waiting and told me they dropped my wings and they should be right up. That was at 1:40. At 2:03 I had had enough waiting and asked for a refund which she promptly tried to do. She had to call someone over the phone. 43 minutes of waiting in an empty restaurant for ten wings is absolutely ridiculous. She gave me only a partial refund and I told her the total and she fixed it in a separate transaction. When she was speaking to her boss on the phone, she again made it a point to state they were moving as fast as they could. But I observed them both through all of this. They moved with no purpose whatsoever. Just casually going about the orders. My total was $23.16 for a ten wing combo with an extra ranch. I will never go back. This place is earning their rating on here and if the owner is smart, they'll take a good long look at what's going on there. read more

We had such a great experience at our recent visit. Kim and Angel both went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing lunch. It's always nice when you come across expectational customer service. Angel even went above and beyond to make sure our daughters enjoyed their time there as well. The food was amazing, made in a timely manner. We ordered on the App where it said Ready in 25-30 minutes. We head there when it says Ready in 5-7 minutes. We get there when it says Ready They ask the name of the order, when we tell them, they said they are just now working on the order. So when it's says "Ready" and "Complete" it means "Just now getting started"? We sit down to wait and every 10 minutes a customer comes in. To each customer they say it'll be 30 minutes. Which is a lie, they meant it'll get started working on in 30 minutes to an hour. We get our food and cups for drinks and their Drink machine has each of its flavors messed up, again. We start eating our food and everything is cold. If I could give a negative 5+ star I would. read more

Ordered over the phone. Got mango habanero and louisiana rub. The fries were soggy, yet somehow undercooked. The wings themselves were small. We go there all the time and get the same thing. The Louisiana rub is a dry rub. What they gave us was tossed in sauce. We assumed they gave us the wrong flavor and asked for it to be remade. All the cooks in the back said they "don't have any dry rubs." That's interesting because even the wingstop website says louisiana RUB is a dry rub. Its literally in the name. We asked for a refund and they complied, but said it would take 7-10 business days and have no refund receipt or confirmation number. read more

Cashier seemed to behave as though I was interrupting her day... there were two others customers. Placed my order, checked on it 20 minutes later to find all three people in the kitchen on their phones. They finally looked up and said my order would be right out. I watched curiously to see if they'd wash their hands before handling my food and utensils after being on their phones; they did not.
