I would call this place a very light meal, the view is super nice, it's a bit windy but pleasant. I had the chilli dog and prawns and fries, it was okay.. the breading on the lawns I think it was panko not my favorite but just the same code came out hot and with a short period of time. I also got some kind of weird coffee and ice cream, it was a cool refreshing drink besides my Diet Coke. I noticed a lot people got ice cream and I wonder if they would offer soda floats they just needed cups , I would definitely down for that they could put it on their "secret" menu, they have ice cream and soda so it would be hard to make

Was in the area with my partner and we decided to grab a quick bite here since I've always noticed this little stand when going to Golden Gardens Park. We both got the Hot Dogs which were about $6.59 (pre-tax). Not going to lie, that's a hefty price for such a small dog they sell. But I will have to admit that they do taste a lot better than a Costco Food Court hot dog. But the price comparison is quite stark. I would try the other items again if I'm on the way to visit the park, but I wouldn't come here for any other reasons. It's a pretty area though, so in a way you might be paying a bit more for a view, but that's about all there is to it.

Such a cute little spot !! Oldies music playing while sitting there watching the moats come in and out so pretty and food is pretty good also

classic soft serve :) interior looks like a boat and is perfect for ducking out of the sun

I haven't had the actual food here so I'm rating the place on their soft serve. This is a cute little joint in a perfect beach spot making it the perfect meal when enjoying time at this beach! It was a super sunny day and I was craving something small and sweet and saw Little Coney and had to give it a try. The place is a small little spot with a walk up window where you order your food. I ordered a kids size twist cone and they handed it to us immediately. The price was a little steep but it was exactly what I was craving and hit the spot on a hot day. The soft serve was super creamy, and obviously very high quality which is hard to find. I definitely enjoyed my time here and would recommend if you looking for food or a treat on a hot day!

    Awesome Affogatos!

Dropped by just before closing time and had two affogatos- espresso poured over soft serve ice cream. Service was fast and efficient- line moved smoothly. All the diners around us sounded happy. Will be back next time we visit Golden Gardens!

Best hot dogs in Seattle since 1956. You will need a knife and fork. Quality beef dogs with fire chili sauce. What caught my eye was the waving hot dog man. Will be back.

You're definitely paying for the views more than the food. The food is pretty typical standard burgers and dogs, and they're okay. Of course you can get a Costco dog with a drink for a $1.50, but they're not located near the water and if you want one, bring a Costco dogs here. But the prices are steep, nonetheless. $6 for a hotdog? Worker is quick and you can't miss this place with their giant waving hot dog inflatable.

    Sundae!

Went here yesterday for a little treat. Ordered a kids size chocolate ice cream in a bowl and a sundae. Total for both was around $10. Portion size was plentiful! Was a little disappointed that the sundae had just chocolate syrup and not hot fudge, however it satisfied our soft serve fix regardless. Will more than likely return for that reason! Also, service was prompt and friendly and they took their safety precautions seriously - separating the staff from the patrons, utilizing sliding trays to deliver contactless delivery and having hard plastic barriers between.

Menu. Simple and enough for a day at the beach

We didn't have any expectations for this place so we had a good experience in general. This is a burger joint not fancy at all with a nice view, good for a quick snack, coffee for rainy days or ice cream in the summer. Their menu is very simple, nothing out of this world but good enough to satiate our hunger. FYI if you need more details about their combos, ask them to show you their printed menu. They've one bathroom for customers only. No changing table though

    Hilarious.

She completely righted the ship after our befuddling greeting. Anyhoo...how 'bout that food? It's really good and worth the buzz. The New Jersey Salad put cabbage and carrots on my shopping list and drove me to create a batch of Italian dressing today. I've got the Rumson Jones, IYKYK. The meatballs were delicious and my only gripe is I did not taste enough colatura. The sausage pizza with various customizations featured a black-blistered, carbon-shard outer crust (might be a problem if you're a crust lover!) and was so solid. Very interesting photos on the dining room walls...way better than most places. We dined before 7 pm so several tables with parents and little kids which was adorable and awesome. A joyfully yummy neighborhood meal..

Love local places like this that are "into" the food…read more We started with the New Jersey Salad which was a nice salad. Wouldn't say it was world changing but this is not a salad restaurant. The Pizza was excellent. We had a conversation with the pizza crew who explained how they use local flour to ensure the freshest tasting dough (this is often overlooked). No tip sag, the right level of crispiness. For those that think the pizza is burnt when there is any black on the crust, should stay away from quality places like this. Dessert was their chocolate chip cookie and house made vanilla ice cream. Though they can serve them ala mode, I think it's better separately as the ice cream won't melt on the warm cookie. Service was relaxed which is the general vibe of the restaurant. They were there when we needed them but we never felt that they were trying to speed us through the meal.

But **wow** do they deliver for karaoke night! Held multiple times per week, I've been twice now and it's probably one of the best karaoke bars I've ever been do. The music is great, the sound system is fantastic, and (best of all) the crowd is over-the-top amazing. When I sing karaoke, I like everyone to think I'm Beyonce herself slinging out the tunes on the main stage. Of course, I'm no Beyonce. In fact, I can barely hold a tune. But you wouldn't know it 'cuz this crowd is on FIRE. They dance. They cheer. They sing along. They make you feel like you should be touring the country with your latest rendition of "Take on Me" or other long-ago tunes. The Waterwheel also has an impressive selection of good beer on tap, strong drinks, and deadly jello shots. Getting a little warm after belting out the hits? Their outdoor seating area is great too! I haven't tried their food yet, but...next time for sure.

We knew they were known for their karaoke nights, but had no idea we stumbled into one until the host announced it shortly after we arrived. Well, let's just say it was a BLAST and probably the best run karaoke event in the city. One of the Waterwheel's own bartenders even sang a song which brought the house DOWN. After a year and a half of the pandemic, a crowded bar with happy vibes and lots of cheering and clapping felt so good. What was also good: the drinks. I saw they had house cocktails so I ordered the Spaghetti Western (rye, Cynar, angostura) and the Patsy Cline (their house lemonade mixed with huckleberry syrup and some kind of alcohol, forget which). My partner got his dive bar favorite, a beer from Seapine. The bartenders were friendly, efficient and took good care of everyone from start to finish. Also, the place was clean and had ample seating. We loved the 70s aesthetic with the wood paneling inside and astroturf outside. Definitely grab a seat inside if you're looking to participate in the karaoke nights (or just watch like we did). The crowd was a great mix of ages and backgrounds, which made for a fun song selection. My only wish is that they would go back to serving food in-house (even just fries), because I heard really good things about their brunch and late night menus. But I guess during COVID they have a partnership going on some days with local Mexican pop-up El Xolo. I hear it's pretty amazing so I'll have to check that out soon!

Honestly I don't like vegan ice cream, but this place has changed my opinion…read more I didn't realize this place was vegan until I got there. I was looking at the ice cream pints in the freezer and they all said vegan and gluten free on it. This place isn't very big, but there was a back room with seating. I wish I could see the flavors on display, but at least we were able to try them. It looked like the waffles are made in house and they were premade before we got there. For me, cookies and cream is my go-to. I originally wasn't going to get anything but I decided to try the Supercookies and Cream. I was very skeptical since it's vegan, but I was pleasantly surprised how good it was! It's definitely not the typical cookies and cream taste. It doesn't taste like Oreos. It wasn't too sweet but it was light and creamy. I would've never guessed it was vegan! I didn't try my friend's mint brownie, but she seemed to like it a lot. She and her husband killed it. They were both very surprised when I told them the ice cream was vegan. They didn't believe me at first. Overall it was a great first experience. I'd come here again.
