She's happy there, she loves the staff and I have never had any issues while she been there. The communication from the staff is on point and they are friendly, caring and responsible. She's grasping what she learns and comes home to tell me all about it. It is a lot easier when the child happily runs into school. I have and would recommend! The drop off and pick up is extremely easy and secure, you can't get in the facility without a code. Also during the day you will have the ability to see your child via a live stream, it really gives you peace of mind. The staff provides numerous updates during the day via their app. At first I was uneasy placing a 3 month old in daycare, but it was necessary due to remote work requirements. The baby has been there for a week and loves it, easy transition, and we are comfortable leaving here as well. They provide all the supplies, formula, diapers, wipes, and food which is included in the tuition. Amazing value for the working parent. Kids look happy! Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this daycare based on my experience…read more I observed disciplinary practices that concerned me, including children being isolated alone in an office and extended timeouts that appeared to last far longer than what is typically recommended for young children. I was never informed when these incidents occurred, and I did not receive written incident reports. There were also concerns about communication and transparency with families. At times, I felt that important information about my child's day was not shared. In addition, the facility did not appear to be consistently clean, particularly in the bathrooms. While staff members were kind and caring, I had concerns about the overall environment and management practices. Debbie and Sue are not qualified to run a business like this. Don't be fooled by there fake smiles. Because of these issues, I chose to remove my child and have reported my concerns of abuse to the appropriate state agency.

I only gave them a 4 because the instructors are not always the same each week. Like I said they are all great and patient. Yet I think having the same instructor could allow better confidence.
