    Crispy chicken wrap

Maybe the day that I went was just a mess, but I really did not like my breakfast here. I thought it was a breakfast place however they do not serve breakfast past, a certain hour, which is fine. My London fog was cold and even when I sent it back, it came back cold again. My husband's coffee tasted quite bitter. It appears they use a cherry blend instead of honey. Not really a fan of this type of coffee. My crispy chicken wrap had like some sweet sauce on the crispy chicken making it soggy. The best part of the meal is a steak sandwich, which was pretty good. The french fries were just regular french fries plenty of seating and probably a good place to study or do some work. But probably would not be returning personally.

I got the dragonfruit lychee refresher and I like how you can adjust the ice and sweetness level. I got less sweet and light ice which was perfect for me. I like how there are real dragonfruit chunks in the drink, and it was definitely a refreshing drink! There is plenty of seating inside, and the wifi works well. The workers were also all friendly. I would like to come back and try their lattes next!

The perfect spot to telework! It is cozy, spacious and the windows let in natural light. It is also not too loud and has a good ambience perfect for getting work done with or without headphones.

Very cute coffee/study spot! The space is quite big with tall ceilings and a good amount of tables and chairs. WiFi was decent. It was my first time here so I asked the cashier what food he liked and he recommended the mushroom melt. I really enjoyed it as you can probably tell with how I ate half my sandwich before realizing I forgot to take a picture. I only got to be here for a little bit so would love to come again to try their drinks and other food/pastries! Note: the parking garage is on the side and I didn't have trouble finding a spot on a weekday in the afternoon

A Fairfax city hidden gem! (Or maybe I'm just out of the loop). I asked someone I was sitting next to if it was new and she said it had been open for about a year? Not sure. I'm always on the look out for a spot that has good, affordable food, spacious seating, and access to outlets (can you tell I WFH? ). This was new to me! Ambiance-- it's a cozy feel. One of things I noticed instantly was the big windows that allowed for natural lighting to come in. Natural lighting always makes a place happy for me. Food-- was pretty good. The layout is such where it makes you feel like you've GOT to get a meal. So... do with that info what you will. If it had been earlier when I had gone, I would have gotten coffee. But it was the afternoon and I don't drink coffee late, so I got a mozz balsamic sandwich. Service--was good as well! To yourself and independent after you're done ordering. You order and that's that. I'd definitely come again, just during the week / morning (as a preference).

The service at Common culture was great. The place was very well kept and clean. Plus, they had a good selection of music to listen to while eating breakfast. The food was even better! Food came out hot and cheese was so melty. The bread and bagel tasted so fresh and it added to the taste of the breakfast sandwiches. Highly suggest!

this place is amazing for both coffee and studying! it seems to be catered towards longer stays, as they provide plenty of food options and lots of seating. staff are so so kind and professional. espresso is not the strongest in terms of flavor, but still good! i ordered an iced cortado with oat milk, and it was delicious. my only complaint is the prices, just keep in mind that everything is fairly expensive (especially the food), but that is how it is, especially in fairfax city. pictured is the chicken wrap. definitely worth checking out if in the area!

I was looking for a nice and spacious coffee shop to show a few friends who were in town, and Common Culture Specialty Coffee was the perfect place to take them. The drinks were good and the staff were professional and kind. What really stood out for me and the greatest strength that Common Culture has is the atmosphere and location. It is located right next to a large parking garage and the shop itself is huge. There is a large amount of space between tables and lots of seating available. It is a great place to study/work in. Admittedly, I am not a coffee person (too sensitive to caffeine) so I did not get any coffee drinks, but I did get the Butterfly Lemonade and that tasted great! The lemonade was sweet and tart, and very fragrant. The colors of the drink was also a nice cherry on top. The drink was fairly priced and was a nice way to start my morning. I will make sure to try a coffee drink next time! The staff were very kind and patient, even answering some of my dumb questions haha I highly appreciate their patience and kindness. Looking forward to doing work here in the future and tasting more of their food/drinks!

I went here at least ten times in the last few months to study for my board exams. It was the perfect blend of good coffee, natural lighting, soft music, and spacious wooden tables. My only qualm is that it got pretty cold in the winter (probably since the windows are so large), so wear layers.

This place is absolutely adorable! There's quite a bit of space and seating, some seating also has outlets at the seats or very nearby. The place was not very noisy, even when the lunch rush started; a great place to come study and do work! The workers were friendly and patient, I took a lot of time trying to decide what to get but I ended up getting an everything bagel with cream cheese and the maple oat milk shaken espresso. I wasn't terribly hungry but I do really want to try one of the breakfast or lunch meal options next time! Everything looked great! The coffee was also so delicious. I don't normally get oat milk in my drinks, so I was a little nervous, but they did not disappoint! Only tricky thing was parking since there is no open lot or nearby street parking, but there is a free parking garage nearby. Will definitely be coming back soon.

The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest people I've ever encountered at a coffee shop -- they remember your name, your order, and somehow always make you feel like the most important person in the room. The coffee? Next level. Whether you're a straight-black-espresso purist or someone who loves a beautifully crafted latte with stunning latte art, De Clue delivers every single time. The beans are clearly sourced with care, and you can taste the quality in every sip. My go-to has become their seasonal special, and I look forward to it every single visit. Are the fruit desserts pricey? Yes. I paid about $42 for 3 of them. But I can also acknowledge that a lot of skill and time goes into making these - from the multi-layered fillings to the airbrushed coatings on top. They're a work of art! And every single one looked perfect in the glass display. As for the flavor? I really enjoyed the ones I tried - mango, pistachio and orange (pictured). Mango was by far my favorite. The crunch when you bite into these is so satisfying, and the fruit purees in the middle taste like fresh fruit and not artificial at all. The pistachio one had a Dubai inspired filling with kadaif. They look small but honestly one is more than enough for dessert. I also appreciate that there seems to be a ton available throughout the day now and they aren't selling out like they were months ago. I'll be back!

I saw Haraz on Instagram right around the time they opened, and the photos and videos of the interior and the food are spot on. The designers knew exactly what they were doing with the color pallet, lighting, and furniture to design an open, welcoming, and relaxing space reminiscent of the Middle East. You order at the counter either through a tablet or with an employee, and if there is a line you get a few extra moments to gaze into their pastry display that also features my favorite pistachio milk cake. It makes a lovely, light dessert or midday treat. Another pastry-specific highlight is their bee bites. It looks like a bubble waffle but is a toasted bread with cream cheese and honey. They are busy pretty much at all times of day and on the weekends especially. Morning coffee, early afternoon, and even late at night with large groups hanging out and enjoying coffee.
