The ordering process was also confusing. Some guests were ordering at the counter, while others were ordering through a QR code or directly with a server. To make things more confusing, the QR code menu was much more limited than the printed menu. I did enjoy my flat white, which was well made, but the food was mediocre and overpriced. I ordered the Breakfast Bowl, but the server informed me they were out of poached eggs and offered either scrambled or fried eggs instead. Since a poached egg is one of the key components of this dish, I wish the menu had noted this substitution in advance. Our food arrived fairly quickly, but the quality was underwhelming. The baby kale at the bottom of the bowl was barely sautéed, and the dish overall was under-seasoned and lacked flavor. Throughout the meal, no one checked on our table to see how everything was. Overall, I'd skip this location and spend my money at one of the many better restaurants in the area that offer higher-quality food and a better dining experience for the price.
