Never been here, a cute lil cafe by the VA. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel with egg, Basil mayo, turkey, swiss, and 'the works' tomato with sprouts. I also ordered a rose vanilla bouquet decaf latte. Let me tell you.. That sandwich was fantastic! Hot, huge, and melty. I was so dang impressed with the flavors and the size, it was filling! The bagel was perfect (I got the jalapeno cheese bagel..yum). The egg was overflowing and so dang good. Lattes tend to taste chalky or burnt, but this one was perfect! I absolutely recommended this cozy neighborhood spot. Lots of seating, free wifi, and lived in homey feel. Have been coming here for years for consistently good coffee, yummy baked goods (try the coffee cake muffin) and they just recently upgraded their bagel sando game. House made bagels now wahoo (pretty dense so that could be better) but still so yummy and lots to choose from for toppings. The staff are angels too, really friendly and kind. This is such a great little cafe and one of my favorites. Just visited with a friend and enjoyed sitting outside on their patio on a fall morning. Cozy indoor seating and an outdoor patio where you can enjoy the view of Audubon Park. If you are a pumpkin spice fan, they make theirs from real pumpkin (seasonal). Delicious! You can also grab breakfast here as well, a good reason to come by and try that as well. We had the panini's, Vegetarian with chips and a pickle, as well as the Ham with a side salad. Accompanied with a cherry Italian soda and a Passion fruit Italian soda. There is dining both inside and out, street parking is available. I didn't think the prices were bad either. I've loved this place for so long. cutest location across from Audubon park with window seating- although I can never sit in there for long without feeling like soccer moms are drilling a hole through me. the food is so good, i get a breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, egg, bacon, alfalfa sprouts- always tastes fresh, always good I always want to ask what oat milk they use because everytime I get an iced latte it hits so much better than any other shop or stand around. First of all.... The lady working the cash register was incredibly rude, dirty looks, a whole lot of attitude, and ignored us half the time. Online it said they're open until 4 pm, my friends and I came in around 12:35, and they let us know they're closing at 1 pm so we weren't able to sit down. That's fine, whatever but like update your website idk? We asked about the soup, they said it's already cold, couldn't get that either. We got the garlic chicken paninis with chips/pickle. My friend got a ceaser salad. The ceaser salad was a pathetic attempt, looked like half the lettuce was wilted. I asked for my panini to not come with the spinach they still put it in. Our tomatoes on the sandwiches had hair on them. They also forgot my chips/pickle and I had to go back and asked for it. However I have ordered coffee there a few times and every time it is not made right... in addition the service 90% of the time is very poor. I've always worked in customer service and am shocked by the lack of even a smile while ordering with some of the staff. This little place has a lot to be desired. We ordered a coffee, and quiche, and then went back for a scone for something sweet. The table and chairs where we sat were wobbly and we had to put our feet on the pedestal legs to keep our coffee from spilling while we sawed our way through the quiche crust which was reheated in a microwave. I was asked if we wanted the scone heated and did not as I did not want it tough from the microwave, but didn't expect it to cold as ice so it was hard to eat anyway. You bus your own dished and clean the table yourself. Why did we tip - they need to pay us. On the way out there was a "sandwich" sign facing away from the order counter that recommended their special of the day - quiche, coffee, sweet treat. How about that! Whitworth location: I ordered a few things to go including quiche for a nice breakfast for my child on the way to school. I waited somewhere between 10-15min as they heated other items and made drinks. My food was handed to me still cold from the case in containers with heating instructions. Why wouldn't you offer to heat items at purchase? Especially quiche. And if I waited so long....why? Also why would I stop by a cafe to heat my food myself when I did not indicate that desire in any way? But when I found a place to heat the food how was it? Disappointing. My child politely asked I not give them a "special breakfast" involving this shop again and I'm sad to say I agree. High price low value. read more

Cute spot across from Audobon Park! Outdoor patio is dog friendly, and a cute and cozy atmosphere inside. I had the breakfast sandwich on a multigrain bagel, egg, feta, ham, sprouts and avocado for $8. My husband had a jalapeño bagel with sausage, cheddar, and garlic aioli. I had the garlic chicken panini 1/2 portion with salad and madam got herself a veggie one with soup. The sandwiches weren't huge by any means but they were to die for, specially the garlic chicken one. I have never had a better one in a long long time. This is my absolute favorite spot in Spokane! Their food is always delish, drinks are perfectly made, the staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the atmosphere can't be beat. My go to order is the veggie sandwich with avocado and an iced matcha. I've been having a rough week with a death in the family, and when I accidentally dropped my matcha today, someone immediately came to help me clean it up, and the barista got me a new drink, all with friendly smiles and chatter. I so love this cafe! Today, I went in and wanted breakfast w my coffee. They had omeletts in the form of a sandwhich (plus a variety of other options). I told the nice lady at the counter that an omelette sounded great but I didn't want a lot of bread. She informed me that the do an omelette on a bed of spinach (and sprouts!) I have been to the little Garden Cafe several times and I small always impressed. They have wonderful soups, sandwiches and baked goods. I love their brealfast sandwiches the most. They are hearty and I love that you can add veggies like sprouts to them. I always have to get a classic frosted sugar cookie when I'm there. They simply are the best I have ever had. So soft, yet these little crispy spots on the bottom and the frosting is the perfect amount. For moms and dads, they have this amazing little play area for wee ones with books and toddler toys. Located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood in Spokane, right across the street from a lovely green space (park...maybe), the Little Garden cafe is lovely, inside and out. They have fabulous espresso, tea, other drinks, as well as, sweet and savory things to eat. I really enjoyed my freshly made mini omelet over a bed of spinach with protein and toppings of choice - really cool, you get to build you own bagel or breadless omelette!! That and an Americano on the sunny patio, was my perfect beautiful morning come true! I enjoyed the artsy local vibe and purchased a pretty pair of earrings they had on sale. It looked like they sell the crafts of some local artists (jewelry, knits, etc). The baked goods looked tempting, but will need to try next time. The food is good I love the sandwich the salad is simple and good the pastry's are great too I recommend their muffin it's really nice. But the coffee has always been bad in the 5+ times I've went there I order a simple 8 ounce honey cappuccino and it's never been made well. The cup that they always use for it is tiny, I seriously doubt that it's 8ounces the coffee has been bitter either the coffee wasn't fully made or too little milk. When you walk in it feels cozy and small. Then when you walk to the back, its nice and open, yet still intimate for couples. Almost all tables are window seating which I love. In the back there is a nice big round table with sweet little white chairs underneath. When standing, the table is about knee high. There is a little basket of toys and a small play kitchen to keep the kids busy while the adults can enjoy a nice lunch. We ordered a turkey sandwich and a Caesar salad. The Caesar was your typical salad but the parm was fresh shaved which was a nice touch. Also, no croutons, which was nice for a lighter salad. The turkey sandwich was incredibly tasty. It was seeded ciabatta bread with fresh spinach, a pesto aioli, and shaved turkey. It was light and refreshing but filling. I am excited to go back and try the soup! read more

After reading the reviews I had to give this Little Garden Cafe a try. I too came for the Pumpkin Latte and was disappointed that it was seasonal:(. However the caramel latte was very good and the pumpkin something to look forward to. Delightful, charming, eclectic, what ever word you choose...the bagel sandwich was the BEST I've have ever had.
