There was no introduction, no apology, no explanation that the call had been transferred , nothing. How was I supposed to know I was speaking to someone new? A simple, "Hi, I'm sorry, what seems to be the issue with your order?" would have gone a long way. On top of that, I was told to come into the store to fix the problem -- but I ordered through DoorDash for a reason. If I could have gone in person, I would have. The incorrect order was frustrating, but the poor customer service made the situation much worse.
