The vibe is welcoming and reminded me of India. Nostalgic. Service is great and undhiyu was my favorite. I learned that it's a family business from decades and definitely beats the other pricey Indian restaurants. Highly recommended.

Little India is a small spot with grocery cum chaat place. Being near to the Univ it probably attracts a lot of students, but its definitely small. All of their dishes are either hit or a miss deal. We went there for dinner and ordered Pav Bhaji, Dahi puri, Sev Puri, Chole Batura, Panipuri and Vada Pav. In all of them, Dahi puri tasted the best. The curry quantities for Pav bhaji and Batura was so less and wasn't enough at all. When my friend went up to ask for some extra pickle, he was told, we were already been given one, its not like we weren't paying for it though. Average place for a quick bite, don't expect more than that!

Food - Horrible . Go there only if you believe , the only way to loose weight is stomach upset. New Owners - RUDE. In my google review they wrote , if you want to come then good else ok. Don't hide behind internet. Read my google review and their reply is attached to this review Ambience - Except the tables which has a new light with number , it's the old look. It's decent.

This review is exclusively for the food served at this place and not the grocery isles or the store in particular. As u enter this place the place is stuffed with Indian grocery and isles all around, moving is a little difficult with the items kept all around. As u enter u have to collect a blue menu card if u want to eat something. Towards the end of the store, a step of table and chairs have been placed and u can find the kitchen. One can pick from the menu and handover the card to one of the ladies in the kitchen. I can easily tell I have tasted almost the entire menu here and could give feedback about every single item. To start with their samosas are really good, this savory dish is amazing. Its crisp and the stuffing is very tasty. Samosa chaat is sister food of samosa where they have different lentils and flavors to eat the samosa with. Their chole batura is alright and I am not a big fan of it, may be if u eat it fresh when they serve it, might taste better. I have taken a to go and it is alright. The bada pav, the bada is good but the pav they use is a sandwich bread which is sweet so its not that great. The Raj Kachori is really fascinating to see and eat. Looks good and is equally delicious. The paratha's paneer and aloo are pretty authentic and the pickles they serve with is straight from India. This place is a total authentic Indian chaat, its very close to what u could find in India. Only draw back is the cleanliness of the place, it looks cramped and crowded. Otherwise a good place for food. The price is the most reasonable u could find for Indian food. Overall a must try place if u want to eat good North Indian street food.

I ordered the skewered kebab bowl and absolutely loved it. The beef was cooked perfectly and paired with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The lentils and deliciously flavored chips made the meal extra filling too! I also made my own "southwestern" Arnold Palmer by mixing their homemade prickly pear tea with pink lemonade, and it was phenomenal. The tacos looked a little overdressed. I was so wrong. Flavor and texture were balanced perfectly. The tortillas were firm, but again, perfectly suited to the juicy pork, that had a teriyaki vibe. Sprouts, carrot and cucumber toppings worked well, despite my expectations. The BLTA was HUGE. Great flavor. Both entrees were ordered with sweet potato fries. Unusual cut to them, but seasoned perfectly. I paired mine with chipotle aioli and ate every last one. I'm always up for trying a Korean restaurant I've never been to! Met here with my boba (and now…read morekimchi) sistah for lunch and had a delightful time. I really wanted something with their house made tofu in it, and the oyster soft tofu soup sounded just right for me. It was a bubbling hot concoction served with a bowl of mixed purple and white rice with bits of squash mixed in. The soup was so good! It had a good amount of oyster and the broth was spot on. The tofu was just the right consistency for the soup and tasted great. You can request your spice level and the medium was just right for me. The rice was also really good and well prepared. The banchan we had for lunch were kimchi, marinated cucumber, seaweed, fish cake, and pickled cabbage and beet. The restaurant itself is spacious and we had our pick of seats. The walls in between tables are high enough to allow for privacy. Service was good and we were checked on as needed. I couldn't finish the meal so I took the rest of the soup and rice to go. Come to think of it, I've only been to a few Korean restaurants, two which served Korean corn dogs and the other I ordered a Japanese dish. As I was telling a friend about all this, she suggested we have lunch together at one, and I suggested this spot. I'd been in this complex before and this restaurant is stand alone on the NE corner of Dobson and Main in Mesa. Plenty of parking as we arrived at their opening hour of 11am. We chose a table towards the back and our server brought us water in a reusable bottle and steel cups, pretty cool. There is a QR code on the table to view the menu and a drawer on the end with napkins, spoons, and chopsticks. Never seen anything like that and thought it was clever. The Kpop music playing was a fun touch. I had perused the menu previously and liked that they had a separate vegetarian section. Although I am not vegetarian, I do like to eat it because it helps me avoid pork. I was in between their soup and bibimbap and decided to order the vegetarian tofu hot stone bibimbap ($16.50). Gotta try the tofu as it's in the name, and it's housemade which is neat. Our food did not take long to arrive and they were presented steaming and crackling, love that. My bowl was lovely and had tofu and veggies including sprouts, carrots, and bok choy. The rice on the bottom kept cooking so it became crunchy and delicious. The server brought us hot sauce (gochujang?) and I asked for soy sauce, since there was no sauce or flavor added to my bowl. I did like that it was fresh and healthy, and a good portion. I would've ordered the tofu bibimbap from the regular section since it comes with an egg on top, maybe next time. I was most excited about their banchan and trying the different small dishes. I did like that our server told us all the items in it were vegetarian except the fish cakes, that was helpful. Wondering why there was an empty space in the plate, though. I really enjoyed the fish cakes, the kimchi, and pickled cucumber as the latter two came in a tasty hot sauce. Not a big seaweed fan but it was fine, and the pickled beets/cabbage were on the sweet side but refreshing. We had a nice lunch here and this was a good introduction to Korean food! I'd be interested in trying more items in the future as the appetizers and soups looked appealing.
