The best pizza I ever had. Great service along with the best prices you will find anywhere.

I was disappointed. I ordered my pizza through SLICE To be delivered as soon as possible. On the website it said it would be delivered by 615. 615 came and went and I didn't have any pizza. I called the restaurant and was told that they didn't have a driver and they did not know what to do with my order. I never received a call to let me know. If this was the case I would have planned to pick it up immediately. My husband went to pick it up and by this time one of the pizzas were cold. We only live 5 minutes away so it being cold was not because we picked it up. I still Have not been refunded the delivery and service charge from SLICE, I did not put a tip on Since I always give that in cash. Very disappointed with how this was handled. read more

Im very dishearted discouraged by this establishment they claim they are hiring 2 days ago and then when you go in..the female manager (name intervening out) behind the bar at the time age discriminate me stating that she is only hiring young indivials for host/phone and acted like they never posted on the internet they needed help at all. She acted clueless. The girls up front where they were nice and said they were looking for work but why she would deny knowledge of it was confusing to them. They also have daily drink and other food specials. The only drawback is seating is a bit limited, especially during prime business hours. read more

The customer service was great. This location tends to be very busy. I ordered online, but I could not request for it not to be cut. My order was ready promptly at the time I had ordered it for. Parking is a bit hard to find in front of the store. It does get a bit congested. The cashier was able to give me one that was fresh and not cut. It isn't five star cuisine, but my kids love it. I recommend ordering online. Don't call in orders. They hardly ever answer the phone. read more

They close at 9:30 PM on Fridays.... Placed an online order at 8:45 PM for delivery, well before their closing time, and they cancelled the order shortly afterwards. Great service at the bar from Hannah! She's very sweet and makes a great Bloody Mary. I've had the cheese sticks, Italian beef, and a breaded fish sandwich. Since under new ownership nothing is the same!!! So disappointed, bar like atmosphere used to be family restaurant! They insisted the pizza was the same , most definitely was not! Nothing about looked or tasted the same! This was our first time ordering to go here. We ordered a large stuffed pizza with cheese only. The pizza sauce was so salty we could hardly eat it. After a few bites we felt sick. I tasted the said on the top all by itself and it was defiantly the sauce that has all the salt in it (not the cheese or bread). Considering the reviews the only thing I can think of is whoever made the sauce put double the salt. It was horrid. A waste of money on a pizza that has to go into the garbage. We don't like wasting food but what else can we do? I consider myself a person who loves salt, but this was just way too much. Before the foreigner farewell concert came here for pizza. The place is a dark dank very much in need of modernization but, like most hole in the walls... They have very good and good tasting pizza. Lots of local regulars come there. We ordered a thin crust with various ingredients and in about a half hour ish, it arrived hot. We dug in and not a crust was left after the feast. Stopped ordering from this place a year ago because they constantly screwed up my order. Gave them another shot. Ordered two small pizzas, one cheese one sausage. They gave me two cheese (one kid won't eat cheese). After finding out when I got home I called and asked for a credit for the sausage pizza. Had a birthday party Friday night. Ordered food over 24 hours in advance. Went to pick up the food. Nothing was cooked. My order sheet never made it from next to the phone to in back to begin. At that point with me at the counter they said hey would put the ticket in back and deliver it to us. Food was eventually delivered - 45 minutes later than promised, no offer to reduce price, minimal "I'm sorry for the mistake". Not a good way to kick off a birthday party for my son. This place can not be relied upon. Was the LAST TIME I order from there. We have many many other options in this area. I will definitely be ordering food for all future parties from somewhere else. I live exactly 6/10 of a mile from this restaurant. I have ordered three identical meals over the last month. Each time the food has shown up stone cold. The taste is great - but why should I have to reheat it everytime? That just overcooks it and dries it out. If you cannot get it to me hot than I will look for another restaurant. This place has the worst pizza I've ever had in my life! I've probably had a thousand pizzas from a hundred places, so to say this was absolutely THE worst is really bad! I was a guest at someone's house or I'd have thrown them both in the garbage! Went for lunch with my sister's to celebrate their birthday. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken along with one of my sisters. My other sister had the Eggplant Parmigiana and the other had the Little Joes pasta combo. We all enjoyed what we ordered. The chicken was served with angel hair pasta in a lemon sauce that was so darn good. I tasted the Eggplant which was very good. I will be coming back again. read more

Placed an order online tonight and immediately got a text afterwards saying an item was out of stock so the whole order had to be cancelled (what??). So, I followed the text instructions to text back about adjusting it and they will email back order details. Texted, got no response. Checked my email, no response. I called the store and was immediately put on hold for 7 minutes only then to confirm that yes, because the SALAD was out of stock the entire order had to be cancelled. They also charged me already so I was out $40 for a waste of time. I recommend getting a system in place where if an item is out of stock, only that item is removed from the order. It really inconveniences things when the whole order is cancelled yet you're already charged for it. Not to mention all the time wasted on communicating all of it (texts, emails, waiting on the phone). read more

My wife and I have been here 2 times in the last 30 days. Yesterday is the last time I will step into this restaurant. Its a shame because the food quality is very good. The problem is that the server is terrible. WE had the same person the last 2 times we were there and were treated like crap. She will be easy to identify because she was the only one taking care of tables. Even if they were short staffed, they probably could have used a 2nd server, this lady makes you feel like your bothering her from the moment you walk in. NO acknowledgement even though she passed by the table several times. Finally the menus were delivered. My wife ordered wine and I ordered a martini. When I ordered the martini the server gave me a obvious look of displeasure. This happened last visit also. Apparently she does not like making martinis. The sad part is she made it very quickly and it tasted good. But the attitude is not called for. There were what appeared to be a couple regulars in the restaurant and they seemed to get most of her attention. Food took forever to get to the table followed by our leftovers sitting unattended for ever. When we finally did get a container she again disappeared for about 15 minutes even though she knew we were ready to go. Unfortunately the server we really used to enjoy either retired or can't work due to Covid. My husband had a pizza from here a couple years ago, and it went in the garbage after first piece. I wasn't home, so I never tried it. The other day, I had a taste for pizza and didn't want to go far, so thought I would give it a shot. Well, I tried 3 times to get thru over a couple hours but every time was put on hold for over 5 minutes, no one ever picked up. (and this was midafternoon, least busy time of day). When the girl answered, before I was put on hold, I could hear young people loudly goofing around and laughing in the background. So I can't rate the pizza, but the service SUCKS! We used to go to the Little Joes in Frankfort and found it was very inconsistent. One time-you'd get a good meal and the next bad. It closed in 2020. So recently we decided to give the Tinley Park location a try for carry out. I ordered Gnocchi in Vodka sauce. Unfortunately It was completely inedible. Not Clean! The moment I was handed cruddy menus from another table we should have left. No sanitizing from one customer to the next. Water glasses are left out on the table for all to breathe on, asked for clean ones since they were both filthy with lip marks. Food was just ok. Sprite I ordered tasted like mildew! Called Little Joe's last night (Thursday.) around 7pm to place an order. I was put on hold for 15 mins. (meter on my phone) when someone finally picked up the line to get our order. Told her by the time we order the food and they cook it we'll be looking at eating around 8pm or so. She really didn't have anything to say. Last time our pizza wasn't ready and the 4 girls working the phones were chatting and not paying attention to the food that was ready and sitting on top of the stove. People were waiting until I finally said I think my food is ready !!!! Then they went to check it. I know from owning my own business you're only as good as your employees are. We have lived in Tinley Park for 32yrs now and it seems the owners don't care about this location and just cater to their other places. Really sad ! read more
