This spot is located in a great place. It is a taco truck, which I adore for their friendly service. The flavors are on point and the food hits the spot nonetheless. I moved here from Texas a few months ago and have been looking for new food places and trucks to try and this was the first I came across. The first 2 times I got off of work too late and missed it but the time I got to try it I tried the birria tacos and they are delicious! When I originally walked up she was closing the truck again but she remembered me from the first time and still served me. For me that was everything because she didn't have to do that. The hubs thoroughly enjoyed his lunch today. He had one each of the street tacos - asada, pollo, al pastor and chorizo. He liked the al pastor best, but thought they were all pretty delish. They get knocked one star only because service was pretty slow even though we were the only ones there. It's also in the middle of nowhere but I never mind driving for a good meal. $8.25 for 4 tacos and a coke. We will definitely return! read more

If you are interested in Quality ingredients and so many options you won't know what to do, you must drive up to North Edmond and give this place a try. Best tacos in the metro ! You can select your favorite meats and just sit and enjoy all you want. Taquitos are fantastic as well. I had shredded pork, which were amazing. One tell tale sign of quality ingredients , and keep in mind I ate 5- street tacos and 2- taquitos, ........., after all that I don't feel I'll,over full, or bad in any way! What a treat!!!! Tonight was opening night of the building!! And it was our first time to eat here....and can I say it again...what a treat!!!!! It is so nice to have authentic delicious Mexican food just 2 minutes from my house!! How wonderful!! The service was superb and the food was hot, fresh and delicious! The inside of the little building is warm and welcoming! Looks so inviting!! The menu is great and easy to read! The bathroom is clean and smells clean...that's a big deal for me lol. The best Mexican food I have had in 30 years, since I left Texas. My happy light came on and stayed on! They have a brick and mortar store at the corner of Waterloo and Coltrane, just opened, and it is clean, inviting and comfortable. Try the Mega Burrito, just try it. All of the food and sauces are freshly made, and you can taste the difference. Really good quality meats are used, no fat, bone and gristle. I just tried to this place this morning, it is excellent! I lived in Southern California for awhile and after moving back, could not find anything that compared to the burrito quality I had come accustomed to.
