    Chicken fried rice

The potstickers are the best tasting thing I have ever had. The combination of them with the soy sauce is an excellent taste. The chicken fried rice is also very good. 5 stars.

The sushi is out of this world. Asked the chef to surprise us and couldn't have been happier! Also, on the Chinese side of the menu, their garlic shrimp is the kid of dish songs are written about. 10/10, new favorite spot.

Food is really good and delivery is super fast. The cran rangoon and Manchurian beef are crave worthy!

The restaurant was clean, with a nice atmosphere. The server was pleasant, efficient and willing to answer the questions we had. The plates of food came quick, served hot, and were so good! I had spicy shrimp chow fun and the hubby had black pepper beef, both were great. Looking forward to having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow! We will definitely go back to this little gem

Now for the update. For years I considered this modest restaurant a highlight. The staff was cool…read moreand efficient. Ordering was a breeze and the guys were always open to a conversation or giving suggestions. The restaurant was clean and the meal was always tasty. Just a note but the further away you move from any major city the fewer and harder it is to find great Asian food. The suburb is lucky to have them. The pandemic brought new staffing. Some were pleasant with customers though one lady, a supervisor had the wrong ideas of what customer service and proper etiquette is. Just the basics of my final visit. I took my family for lunch. We ordered lunch specials and a couple extra must-try plates. Two specials hit the table and the third was left waiting for her meal. Unbeknownst to us in the moment, her food was handed to a single patron there for his lunch. The place was filling up with a lunch rush but not so many that had complicated orders. Many were ordering similar lunch specials. Kung pao lunch special was popular. When her order finally arrived the supervisor realized she had given the wrong plate to the customer sitting some tables behind us. Mind you ten minutes had already passed. She quickly went over to him and asked what he had ordered. She then took the plate he was eating from and handed him the fresh plate. He was still holding a half eaten egg roll in his hand. Then she brought the quarter eaten plate and placed it in front of my mother. Before she could leave I stopped her and asked her what she was doing. She simply stated that was her lunch order. I told her she handed my mother someone else's food that they were eating and I watched the whole thing. Why didn't you take that to the back and make a completely new plate of food?! I paid the bill and got the F**k out. That's gross. Also, you gave the other patron new food but cannot do the same for our table?? This place is dead to me. If she could do that, it beckons the question of what else is happening behind the scenes.

***Update: As you can see, the owner has decided to reply unprofessionally to my review, rather…read morethan reaching out to solve the issue. I'll let his response to my concerns speak for itself. My family has been coming to this restaurant for years, which makes this experience not just disappointing, but very upsetting. We placed a pickup order totaling over $100. When I arrived, I was told our order had been given to another customer. Instead of immediately apologizing and remaking the food, the front desk employee spent several minutes trying to find the order, then called the customer who took it and asked him to come back with the food so it could be given to me. This is an obvious food safety issue. Once food leaves a restaurant, it should never be redistributed. When I calmly said I was not comfortable taking food that had already gone to someone else's home, the employee argued with me extensively, insisting it hadn't been touched. I had to repeatedly ask for the food to be remade. When the other customer returned, the employee made a pointed comment that the food would be thrown away "because we have to remake it," while looking directly at me. This felt accusatory, uncomfortable, and inappropriate, especially since the mistake was not mine. After waiting over 40 additional minutes, I was still charged the full amount. When I politely asked whether there would be any consideration for the delay, I was told, "No, we already lost money on you." Being spoken to that way after showing patience and understanding was shocking and deeply unprofessional. Unfortunately, the situation did not end there. When we later called, the same employee refused to provide a manager or owner's contact information, and refused to let us speak with a manager. We asked the employee for her name and she replied "What's YOUR name and what's your problem?" That comment alone reflects a serious lack of professionalism. We emailed management twice to address what happened and have received no response. Mistakes happen, but what is unacceptable is arguing with customers about food safety, making them feel blamed for expecting safe food, speaking to them disrespectfully, and then ignoring follow-up. Management should take this feedback seriously, because this experience reflects poorly on their business. We are very sad to no longer be customers of PNS after many years of enjoying their food.

Amazing Thai food, very much worth checking out! I got takeout from here recently and needed some…read moreTom Yum soup, maybe my favorite part of Thai food. To their credit, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality is excellent! The Tom Yum soup here is mind-blowing in terms of flavor. Not a lot is customizable, in terms of proteins or heat. It is a certain level of spiciness and has a few tasty pieces of shrimp floating in it (not to mention straw mushrooms). But the flavor is perfection! It is everything you want in Tom Yum soup. It is spicy, but a nice "middle of the road," where it isn't bland in any way, but it's not going to burn your entire mouth. Less successful is the pad see ew, which was so sweet, it almost tasted like dessert noodles! The tofu especially, despite a good texture, almost tasted like candy, but in a very out of place sort of way. Despite a main course misfire, the soup here is so incredible that I could not imagine going lower than 4 stars. I would love to try more items...and try the soup again :D

I ordered egg rolls, dumplings, and pad Thai. The pad Thai did not resemble a traditional version. It had noodles, but the sauce tasted more like a chili sauce rather than a peanut-based sauce. The dumplings were average. I was dining with my two sons, both under 10, and the experience did not feel particularly family-friendly. Service overall was limited. I had to wave the server down a couple times. While the server was more attentive to a takeout customer, our table did not receive the same level of service. Overall, the experience felt underwhelming and uncomfortable. I was nauseous after eating their food. I will not be returning and do not recommend it for families.

The waitstaff did not know how to smile nor were they empathetic to my situation. That said, I hope they read these reviews and improve because they have potential, (tho I would never eat in as the atmosphere is weak) and we need good Asian food in the area.
