This was my first time going to a Moroccan restaurant and I was not disappointed. The service here was very kind and helpful. Started off with Mezza plate which was a great way to sample many different dip flavors with pita bread. I had the Sinbad sandwich and throughly enjoyed it. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the sandwich had great cooked veggies on it. Their pistachio baklava was also very flavorful without being too sticky, just the way I like it. I will definitely be back next time I am in Corvallis. read more

My new fave restaurant in town. Food is delish, love the ali baba chicken with tahini sauce,, fresh, and so flavorful. Owner is very gracious. We hosted a New Year's Eve party for 12, had it catered. Ordered the ali baba chicken, chicken kafta, and saffron rice. When we arrived to pick it up, chicken was arranged in a large chafing dish,, and they gave us extra gas burners to go. Chicken stayed tender, juicy, and hot. Also gave is a lot of extra bad sauce and tahini sauce (yum!) and extra rice. Food was plentiful for a very reasonable price. Apparently this is aka "Little Morocco" We've eaten here several times. Always something "sandwichy" and always quite tasty, albeit usually a bit messy since there's more filling than will fit. We have not tried other items. I've never seen it even close to full, which makes me wonder how they stay in business. Service has been personal and usually good, but occasionally slow. Hands down the best middle eastern restaurant in Oregon! I was visiting from California and was lucky enough to stumble upon this place. The Vibes were perfect. The food was beyond my expectations and the service was just wonderful. I got their chicken and rice plate, it was full of flavor and definitely had me wanting seconds. I've considered going back to Oregon just to go back and eat here. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for middle eastern food. It's a must! read more

Bland, bland, bland. We were so excited that there was a Moroccan place not far from us- we got the lamb shwarma, which was teeny tiny, and Mezza plate and EVERYTHING was so tasteless and mushy. This is one of my favorite places to eat in Corvallis! My family and I come here often and the food is always delicious, fresh and healthy. They use fresh produce and you can tell the food is made after you order it- it is always piping hot! We love the soup, pita bread, hummus, baked chicken with rice, chicken shawarma, the 40 thieves and the tea and coffee. I also love the ambiance of this place- it is the cleanest restaurant in town. To top it all off, the customer service is phenomenal- the people who work there are so sweet and generous- some of the best customer service I have seen in years. Went to D"el Jebal last night for an early dinner. We both ordered the Ali Baba. I had mine with rice, while my husband had the fries. Nice flavors with relatively small portions. My rice seemed a lot more authentically mideastern than the curly fries that probably came out of a freezer. The service is slow and the plastic ware doesn't work for me from both an enviromental standpoint and the fact the it is too flimsy. It's good to have another locally owned international restaurant option in Corvallis. We had the assortment plate with a generous serving of Pita bread. The grape leaves (I'd call it a Dolma) and falafel were quite good. Plenty of fresh food for two people at a reasonable price. Service was very fast. The staff and owner are very friendly. Food is great but service is terrible. I came during the lunch rush on 8/2/18 and noticed the restaurant almost full but majority had not been served food yet. As I waited for my to-go order I heard the few workers there talking about the confusion of orders, forgetting who ordered what, and going around asking who made certain orders because they could not remember who had what. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't hear them chatting about other coworkers and side conversations as the dining room sat hungry. We stopped by this place a few days ago because we got detoured off the HWY 5 and chose this place. Thank goodness we did because it is seriously amazing. Got the Ali Baba sandwich and Lamb Shwarma and it was amazing.
