We came with 5people on a weekend night and it wasn't too crowded. We really enjoyed the little hotpots. We 5 dishes to share among 5 people and it was plenty of food. We got 2 little hot pot, and 3 dishes. It was a nice chill spot to grab dinner. Everything was so good!! Will defintely be back.
Went to Little Pot for dinner with family on a Friday night, no wait time. The food is good, including the popcorn chicken. The service was helpful and warm. The stinky tofu was interesting, worth a try although i wouldnt eat it again. Haha The interior design is loud and appealing. Plenty of seating space
We came here to try new food in the Edison area. It was a cold day so we all decided to eat some hotpot. My friend informed me that Little Pot is a Taiwanese kind of hotpot. I was surprised to see a long list of starters / appetizers. The popcorn chicken was flavorful. The intestines were so good as well. My favorite though was the ribs on skewers, it has crispy garlic and chilis on it. Was made to perfection. The ambiance was relaxed and servers were so friendly to us. That added to the overall great experience that we had. The hot pot flavor that we chose was the beef one. The ingredients were fresh and the glass noodles was so delicious. Every food in the photo plus three fruit teas ended up to only $114 (before taxes). It was so affordable for three people! We will surely come back for more!
There are tons of hotpot places in the Edison area, but none are like this place. They have variety of small pots with their personal burners and will stay warm throughout your meal. I love the spicy pots and always like to add extra meat and noodles. Service is always great and friendly. The restaurant is always pretty empty when we go, so please visit and make sure they stay in business!!
I was looking for a dinner place on the way back home and saved this restaurant to try out with my family. The restaurant looks clean. Staffs were all very nice and provide kids friendly services. The food were not too bad but I feel the portion of the mini pot seems a bit small. We requested udon on the side but i guess they can't do that or didn't hear us. The added udon was inside the pot which mean less of the other ingredients. And the udon wasn't even a full size udon. Taste wise they are still not too bad though. Normally other places I would be full splitting some of my food with my two kids, but not that night. I had to steal some of my husband's food and ate some of that appetizer we ordered to be filled. I mean overall still not a bad place to retry other dishes.
We decided to have a friend and family dinner at Little pot, after the wonderful experience we had last time. Our table was ready upon arrival. They gave us a table with lots of space in the back. We tried some new dishes this time like duck in sweet chili oil. Such an amazing dish, filled with different vegetables and tender duck. My fruit tea was excellent.
I had such a wonderful experience at Little Pot! My boyfriend isn't a big fan of soup, but I was really craving some hot, comforting food tonight. Most hot pot places have huge portions and don't offer much else on the menu. However, Little Pot was the perfect answer to our date night! I was able to get a filling bowl of pipping hot soup while he was able to get a rice dish he preferred. I went with the Spicy Chicken Miso hot pot which came with chicken, corn, fish balls, tofu, nori, green onions, cabbage, and udon noodles. This was the perfect portion for one person! My boyfriend went with the Chili Oil Meat which features noodles, cabbage, meat, and bean sprouts. This was such a huge portion that half of it came home! Little Pot also specializes in teas, and I must say, their Thai Tea was a 10/10. This is definitely a more casual spot but the ambiance inside is very cutely decorated! I'll definitely be back!
The perfect comfort spot if you had a long day! The moment you enter, the interior is beautifully decorated and huge. The waiters are quick to serve you so you don't have to ever wait too long. We came after a whole day spent at six flags and this warmly filled us up. The popcorn chicken was crispy and juicy. The cheese foam tomato and shacha beef hotpots had the tastiest broths and the right amount of ingredients to feed the three of us. If you're looking to eat hotpot but too lazy to go through the whole process of waiting and cooking your own food hotpot, this place is the perfect alternative!
Spacious hot pot centric restaurant with a nice variety of dishes on the menu. They have a range of mouth watering appetizers, desserts and bubble tea selection which is tasty and affordable. Each person can have their own personal hot pot which is customized with different ingredients. I got the spicy beef hot pot which has 3 spice levels but isn't too hot. An abundant amount of food comes with the order. Service was good and the food came out super quickly!
Really enjoyed this unique Chinese hot pot restaurant. We tried this restaurant based off of an IG post and were glad we made the trip from essex county. Our favorite was the crispy pork belly, fried chicken wings and the 3 spicy beef pot. I liked that they had a childrens selection in their menu as well. We also tried their peach and mango fruit chia beverage and it was everything we needed to cool down from some of their spicier entrees we tried.
Cute lil newly decorated place for hot soup and vibe. My family nd I came here and it was so cold out and this warmed us up so much. The service was nice and the prices are friendly. Each pot is 15-23$ and its really filling esp w the hot soup. But it was a bit weird it doesn't automatically come with rice and it's additional $2 if u wanna add rice on the side or ramen(but all the little pot come w these potato starch noodle on bottom which is noice). Overall i like it and the soup is flavored well and it keeps it hot on the table w the bottom part of the pot. (Also love the grilled pig feet it reminds me of eating big hotpot at other places the flavor is immaculate and plus u can use the spicy powder to dip ur meatz in the little pot)
It was pretty decent. Broth was ok and loaded with a bunch of things. You can also order extra stuff to put inside as well. I did feel it was a tad small though, but maybe we were extra hungry this time around. They didn't have the milk broth on the menu like the photos on yelp, but the server was kind enough to allow us to still order it. We also ordered the curry egg over rice. That was very flavorful. It was definitely lacking in chicken though. I scooped a whole bowl of it to eat and had probably 2 tiny pieces in mine. It appears they do get very crowded here, but the space is large and they seemed to be able to seat everyone right away.
My friends and I usually come here every 2 months to eat. However, within the recent few visits, the restaurant has changed a bit. BBQ Steak rice in stone pot: The rice is cooked to perfection to make it taste like the rice in the stone pot. The broccoli has a crunch to it and is not flavored. The egg is cooked and tastes a bit like a tea egg. The bbq steak was flavored and delicious. Shacha Beef Hot Pot: This tastes good and is filling without any rice to go with it. However, this dish is a little pricey and would be better if it was a little cheaper. Popcorn Chicken: This needs some work as it is not that crunchy and lacks flavor. Takoyaki: The takoyaki lacks flavor that it should have. There is not enough squid inside and is mostly hollow. Spicy & sour shredded potatoes: This is delicious and has a hint of spice. It is a flavorful appetizer. Sichuan Spicy hot pot: This is delicious, but I wish they would add some noodles to this dish. Mango Green Tea with chia seeds: The mango green tea tastes fantastic without the hard chia seeds. I do not know why the chia seeds are super hard, so I always order it without it. Overall: This is a good restaurant to get something that feels like hotpot and some appetizers. The food here is delicious but some items could be made to taste better. read more
Big group dinner with friends. Definitely love all the food here. Stinky tofu pot is mild flavor so don't expect it like Taiwan style. But as a hotpot, it's good. Lemon fish and pepper chicken are must try! Service is great! The really are on top of all the dishes and very attentive. We will definitely come back for more! read more
Little Pot is a really great spot for personal sized hot pots. It's even great for non-hot pot people with their growing menu of rice dishes. I first discovered this place when it first opened and have been back several times, but it's definitely one of those places to enjoy warm hearty food on a cold day! *AMBIANCE* The restaurant is located in a strip mall. You'll also notice that the decor is quite intricately decorated. I remember when they first opened they had a food robot to deliver dishes to you which was a sight to see! *FOOD* One of my favorite things to order here is the curry rice omelet with chicken...it is one of those tasty, comforting dishes I look forward to enjoying all year around. The personal size hot pots come in different preset flavors which you can never go wrong with either. *SERVICE* Service was great and attentive. The only improvement would be to bring all the main entrees out at once since it seemed like the hot pots came much faster than a rice entrees. Great spot and will definitely be back! read more
A nice spot with quick service and an expansive menu. While the hot pot is the many focus, there's many other options for those with dietary restrictions as well. Plenty of seating for individuals or groups, it was a cute place to check out. read more

Super authentic and trendy Chinese food! Their focus is on personal hot pots but they have many other dishes as well. Highly recommend the Bang Bang Chicken appetizer! They also have many drink and dessert options that I will definitely have to come back to try. Went here for dinner on a Saturday night and it was pretty crowded. The interior of this place has a young a hip vibe with cartoon-like drawings on the walls and modern light fixtures. I ordered the Korean army stew and my wife ordered the shacha beef. The Korean army stew was one of the more expensive items but well worth it with the amount of beef, tofu, sausage, spam rice cakes, ramen noodles and vegetables. The bone broth was rich and flavorful with a slightly funky sour taste from the kimchi. The shacha beef was also very good with a strong satay sauce flavor. It came with thing slices of beef, fish cakes, flat glass noodles, corn, tomatoes, and other vegetables. You can taste the quality of the broths here and you can tell that this isn't your everyday Asian soup. This food is perfect for cold weather! It arrives in a steel shallow pot with a lit charcoal below it to keep the soup hot. I definitely recommend ordering a side of rice with your soup so that you can spoon some soup into the rice. The rice soaks up the tasty broth and you can eat it with the meat and veggies in case you want more variety. read more

I found this place on Yelp and am so happy that we tried it out during Thanksgiving weekend! They have sooo many different options to choose from and flexibility to add on some extras. I ended up choosing the Beef & Pickled Pepper Hotpot. The soup was delicious and everything honestly had enough flavor to eat on its own. For the amount of food you get, I thought the prices were very reasonable and made me quite full. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide some better dipping sauces cause I do love my sauces regardless of how good the flavor of the broth is. read more

I've tried many of their various mini hotspots, my favorite personally is the shacha beef hotpot also because I can't handle spice too well. They also have different appetizers and drinks to choose from. The servers are always so kind and are willing to provide suggestions if you ask. Ambiance is amazing, love the bright interior and the art on the walls. There's always a lot of open seating and do have spaces in the back if needed. read more

I came here with my family, and we absolutely loved the hot pot! The decor is also fantastic, and the servers were very attentive. It was cool that each pot came with a little heating stand so that the meal stayed piping hot. We also got fried oysters as an appetizer, and they're whole belly but weren't that good. We were so happy with the portion size, and we all left feeling super full. We each got a different one, but my favorite by far was the spicy beef hot pot. It had so many toppings, and my favorite was the blood cake (which is mostly just sticky rice, so it doesn't have the mushy texture of most blood cakes). It came with noodles, but because the other bowls didn't, we ordered some rice to go with the hotpot. Although the spicy beef has the 3 chili icon, it actually wasn't that spicy. In fact, we all thought that the Thai Tom Yum was spicier even though it only has 1 icon. We're definitely going to go back, and we'll just stick to the hotpot next time! read more
Excited that there is finally a restaurant similar to that of boiling point on the west coast. Amazing wall art is noticeable when you first walk in. All wall art is done by hand by jungleart on Instagram. The place got pretty busy on a Friday night. All the tables were full. The menu is quite extensive. From appetizers to curries, mini hot pots, bubble tea, and dessert. Our plan was to order 1 appetizer, mini hot pots, and then dessert but we never made it to dessert. We were just to stuffed. We ended up ordering the crispy intestines, garlic Chicken hot pot, and korean army stew hot pot. Loved the crispy intestines. They put a scallion in the middle which helped mask the taste of the intestine and kind of tasted like duck. I ordered the garlic Chicken hot pot and added a ramen as the description didn't say there was any noodles in it. But it ended up having a bit of udon noodles and rice cakes. It also came with a small bowl of rice. The soup bar was so flavorful and garlicky. The chicken was tender and juicy. Can't say say about this hot pot. There were cubes of tofu, Napa cabbage, potato strips, and broccoli. The Korean army stew hot pot was not the greatest. Now this was our first time trying this at any restaurant so we don't really have anything to compare it to. But this was just so salty that we had a hard time eating it. The rice definitely helped but I wish they gave you a large portion of rice. All hot pots came over there own little candle that used those chemical stones. It remained lit for the perfect time as when I was about nearly finished, it went out. Overall, food was good and I would definitely go back to try out their other menu items. read more

Atmosphere: 5 I'm really impressed with the decor in the restaurant. It's well-designed and I love all the details. For example, the window shades are clearly made to fit the window. The quartz tables add a clean and sleek look too. I love the creative use of the fairy lights to create a chandelier. The murals inside are really beautiful. I love the traditional elements but it was designed with a hip vibe. Portion: 5 In the pictures, I thought the pots would be really big. However, the pictures were deceptive. The hot pots were good for a single portion each. I think if you order one hot pot and other options like appetizers or another meal to share could work too. I actually only finished half of mine, but because there are enough ingredients in the pot, I am able to save the other half for another meal. It is pricy for the amount you get, but it works if you split it into two meals. The dessert I ordered (peach resin tremella) is good for one person (or two if you are both really full). Flavors: 5 The flavors are amazing! I am really happy that the food is not overly salty. The spicy level for my beef and picked pepper hot pot is at the perfect level of spicy for me at the 3 chili indication. My husband's army stew was also perfect for him at 1 chili. The soup has a nice depth of flavor and did not taste one noted as some of the hot pots can be. I also really like the Thai ice tea. I took 1 sip of it (my husband's drink) and knew immediately that I needed one too. The taste is really well blended - the balance of the tea, milk, and sweetness level is perfect. As a result, the drink is smooth. Some Thai ice teas can be made either very sweet or milky, but this one was not. Overall, I am most definitely going there again. The menu is simple to navigate and there are a ton of options. I love that there is even a vegetarian option. There are tons of drink options and I love that there are also very traditional options too. I can't wait to bring friends and family. Bonus that they're so close to my house!! read more

First of all, I love the decor here. The Shacha Beef Hot Pot was delicious. Great flavors, variety of toppings, and super soothing. The Mango Green Tea with Chia Seeds was refreshing and balanced out the hot pot, but it was lacking mango flavor. I would definitely make the drive back here! read more

It wasn't filling at all. I ordered the seafood hotpot but there were barely any fish. Just so much fish balls. I looked at the lower starred reviews and I didn't think it was just me. I went on a holiday and I was surprised there wasn't any people. Expect to order a hot pot and a fried rice just to feel full. I didn't order enough because I thought the hot pots were going to be filling. Look at how empty my hot pot is; there's just fish cakes. read more

great food, even better service and all very affordable! it's like hotpot but even better since you can sample different soups. ALSO they have soups from china, korea, thailand, japan, etc so lots of variety for one meal. the staff were so friendly and made sure we enjoyed our meal! beef dry pot - this was our favorite! the beef is perfectly cooked and the dish goes really well with rice korean army stew - would recommend as well! it's smaller than the korean army stews at other places but comes fully loaded with meat, veggies, and noodles. comes with ramen, rice cakes, sausage, kimchi, spam. shacha beef hot pot - this one was alright, probably wouldn't get again since i think the shacha flavors a bit too salty for me. the tofu skin in here is really good though, and we loved the glass noodles. read more
This is my favorite casual spot to visit with my husband! They always seat you quickly and have amazing food, also really solid bubble tea. Their waiters are friendly and helpful, and it's always a good choice either small group since portions can be individual or as a large group and you can share. It's clean and trendy, I can't say enough good things! read more
I was originally skeptical of the concept of pre-set "mini" hotpots, but I actually enjoyed it more than expected! Rather than AYCE or having to order every ingredient a-la-carte, this restaurant has a menu of hotpot dishes that are pre-set with the ingredients in them. You can also ask to add or remove anything from them. Not only do they offer the classic hotpot soup bases here, but they also have some fun and unique options like stinky tofu, cheese foam tomato, or Thai tom yum. The stinky tofu surprisingly worked - the tofu is not the traditional fried type, but has that nice subtle flavor that adds aroma to the soup. I also enjoyed the cheese foam tomato broth, which becomes a creamy tomato soup base by the end. Service was quick and staff was friendly. The interior also has colorful, hip, and trendy art that's eye-catching. Overall it's a fun spot to check out - for indecisive people like me, the pre-set hotpots worked out perfectly - sometimes less choices is more! read more
Great place if you're craving hot pot but do not want to get overly stuffed. We had gotten the seafood pot and the spicy beef pot (I think). Although I had expected more meat, it was overall pretty good. The inside was sooo cute! Very creative. The service was kind and accommodating. I was a excited to try this place out after seeing multiple people post pictures of their food online. The place is very aesthetic with their lit up wall decor and feels very inviting. I'm definitely sold in the idea of having personal mini hot pots with everything pre-set. I don't normally enjoy traditional hotpot since it's hard to fit everyone's preferences when sharing amongst multiple people, so this is perfect to bypass that! I came by multiple times already with multiple friends and we've thoroughly enjoyed our experiences here each time. I love that they have so many different preset hotpots available to choose from. We've tried the Korean Army Stew, Tonkotsu, Creamy Cheese, and Spicy Beef hotpots and loved each one. My personal favorite was the Tonkotsu as it had a very rich flavor profile. I also really liked the Korean army stew but it was pretty spicy overall. I've also tried their popcorn chicken and their braised beef and fried pork chop rice bowls -- all of which were delicious and a good supplement to the hot pots. In addition, the portions were HUGE -- my friends struggled to finish their stews on their own but I shared mine and I felt that it was perfect for 2 people. Overall, we loved our time here and I can't wait to be back to try out more dishes on their menu. read more
Lovely restaurant with hot pot dishes to satisfy that hotpot craving. Unfortunately I felt like eating Korean food that day & decided to try the Army Stew which was not bad but definitely had more of a Chinese flavor than Korean which is expected. Perhaps stick to all the other dishes here as this is a Chinese restaurant :) The spicy beef dish was pretty flavorful. Definitely want to come back and try the other hot pot dishes. read more

Wow. Fantastic crispy cumin ribs with fried garlic, on a skewer with the bone inside, and grapefruit green tea. We also had spicy edamame in chili oil, and tasty garlic crispy wings. The service was outstanding, always smiling and friendly. read more

This place landed on my fyp on TikTok and I knew I had to try it!! The concept reminded me of a chain on the west coast that specializes in personal, pre-made hot pots that I was obsessed with. Came here with a friend on a Sunday afternoon and we were the only ones in the restaurant, we were super confused because the food was actually pretty good and the drinks were decent too! I ordered the spicy beef and my friend got the Sacha beef. The spicy beef wasn't too spicy despite it being labeled with spice level three and was more numbing. Both were generous portions but we were surprised we had to pay for rice, thinking it was included. The drinks were ok, my friend ordered the passional fruit w chia seeds and popping boba (came without the chia seeds) and I ordered the mix fruit green tea with popping boba (came with so much fruit and not much tea), both were very refreshing nonetheless. We tried out Little Pot tonight and really enjoyed it..portions are big and each pot is definitely shareable between two people. We tried three hot pots between five adults plus ordered the salt and pepper chicken with grilled squid. I don't normally like grilled squid unless it's very tender but this was surprisingly really good with just the right amount of spice. We ordered the Sacha pot with udon, tonkotsu pot with ramen, and the seafood pot with udon. I liked them in that order - Sacha had the most flavor for sure! Seafood wasn't my favorite because it had the lightest broth but if you know you like a more light/delicate broth then I think you'd still enjoy it very much. I ordered the chocolate coke float and wished there was a bit more ice cream but it was okay. I wouldn't order it again though. There is parking in the front of the restaurant and cool decor on the inside. Recommend! I'll definitely come again! read more
A great spot if you want hot pot but not at the AYCE prices! My boyfriend and I were craving hotpot but didn't want the huge portions that regular hot pot places offered. We found this place on Yelp and we were so happy. The restaurant is decorated nicely and was very clean. I loved the artwork. The staff was friendly and brought our food to us very fast. We had the stinky tofu hot pot and the spicy beef and tripe dry pot. They were delicious. Just fyi, the dry pot dish does have some Szechuan peppers in it so it can be spicy. We bought the Thai tea to help with the spiciness and it was perfection. I also had the raindrop jelly for dessert and it was very refreshing. 10/10!! Order: - Popcorn chicken (5/5) - Sichuan Spicy Hot Pot (4/5) - Garlic Chicken Hot Pot (3/5) Pros: - Aesthetically pleasing restaurant - Personal sized hot pot - Large portions - Multiple options to choose from - Kind service - All hot pot comes with a side of rice (even if it has noodles in it) Cons: - Garlic chicken hot pot wasn't that good. It was kind of bland and the ingredients weren't the best - Service can get slow during peak dining hours Overall: The idea of personal hotpot is a great idea and it lets you either have your own or share with others. My party of 2 came here on a Monday night and there was a decent crowd, but no wait. We ordered the Sacha Beef Hot Pot ($19.95) and Curry Rice Omelet with Chicken Rice ($13.95). The food came out pretty quickly. The hot pot had a good variety of ingredients, but the amount on each ingredient was not that plentiful, i.e. there was only half of a meat ball. The hot pot was also not piping hot (compared to similar restaurants on the West Coast) when it came out, but luckily it is served atop a flame, which helped heat it up and keep it hot throughout the meal. The presentation of the curry omelet rice was nice, but there was very little chicken in this dish, probably less than the amount of a single chicken nugget. The curry tasted like a standard boxed Japanese curry. I would definitely not order this again. + Discount (10%) if you pay with cash. read more
