You order your veggies, noodles, dumplings, and meats from the waitstaff and they bring it to your table. The staff is not the friendliest, nor do they check on you often, but the price can't be beat. It is the cheapest all you can eat hotpot experience I am aware of at $27.99 including meats. Very busy all you can eat Asian hot pot restaurant in Parsippany so they must be doing something right. There are instructions posted on the wall and the menu. For hot pot, you pick a soup base and then you go through the menu with pictures and order with the waitress whatever your heart desires and they bring them out. And you have 2 hours to order, if you order too much and can't finish they said they would charge $11/lb. I found the stove a little weak and even I put it at the highest level, it took a long time to get my soup base to boil. I thought the quality of the food was just ok. But then maybe my expectations are too high given this is all you can eat. I know it's not a fair comparison, I just came back from Japan and had Japanese hot pot for similar price, the quality was much better and drinks were also all you can drink. If you are a meat lover like me, get the beef belly or pork belly. I got the Kobe beef and premium beef but they were not as tender likely not the kind of meat for hot pot. They also only have one scoop for all the ice cream flavors. I think they should have individual scoops so the flavor don't get mixed up. My first time the experience was super cool. Good thing I went with someone who knew what they were doing as there wasn't much guidance. The have a bar to make your own dipping sauce with some options to choose from. All of the food seemed fresh and we were served quick. They were attentive when you were ready to add more stuff on. Seemed relatively clean for being an all you can eat style. They had self serve ice cream in tubs, that was the only thing I would say could have used a clean up through the night. As of last week on 5/12/2025 it was $28 for the hot pot. $32 for the bbq and 37 for the hotpot AND the bbq. The food is tasty and you can definitely order a lot of different items to cook. Service and am ambiance is nice as well. Hot pot option is a great way to eat, not worry about over cooking your food, and having fun with others. The cons. The selections for hot pot and bbq is not the same and it might leave you yearning for something that is offered one way but not the other. The BBq option must be watched and maintained well by the customer as you can easily burn your food if you don't watch it carefully enough. Also oiling the great is a must and don't skimp on it! Also, if you get hot pot and want to burn your butthole to kingdom come the next day, then order the Spicy style Hot and spicy soup base. You will feel the burn the next day in the bathroom (trust me in this!!!). Besides that, it is a good experience and one I think anyone who likes this style of food should try and enjoy. We came here on a Friday for lunch in late December. We were there exactly when it opened, about half an hour later, it was packed. Our goal was to try many different hot place places and this was on the list. Everyone gets their own pot so those germophobes, no need to worry about other sharing other people's saliva. The spicy soup base is hot, so beware. I have a high tolerance for spicy but this one fits the bill of being spicy. Hot pot menu was quite standard and what you would expect for a hot pot place. The sauce station is quite small, it does have the standard stuff like sa cha, garlic, cilantro, sriracha etc. Service is mediocre, though the waiter did come by enough to check up on us, the things that I ordered either never came or they gave me too much or too little, so it was kind of hard to order. You have to bend down and over the ice cream bucket to scoop out the ice cream I was watching this lady with big long hair bent over to scoop out the ice cream and her hair literally went INTO the ice box where the ice bucket sat ....I am not sure if her hair touched the ice cream but think of all the people bent over that ice box. What is falling off of people and into the ice cream??? How does this place pass a health inspection? Will be reviewing both the hot pot as well as the KBBQ from this trip. Our very first YouTube video from over a year ago was actually from this restaurant. I have seen a few reviews complaining about the service here and I need to go ahead and say that we received the exact opposite of that treatment. Our server was very helpful with menu selections, very fast refilling drinks, and she even cut up some of the meats and worked the KBBQ for us while we were half ignoring it to finish up all of the items in the hot pot. So first lets go with the hot pot. If I had to say one negative thing it is that the broths are pretty neutral. Even the very spicy one that I got, while better, was still somewhat flat. It was nothing that some sauces from their sauce bar area couldn't fix (like 24 different sauce options), but the broths themselves could use some work. That is the last negative thing i'm going to say. The selection of foods is excellent and fresh. All of the meats, seafoods, and vegetables came out looking nice without any aromas. This was the first major reason this is 5 star. I have been to some places like this where that isn't the case. The servers almost act as though you haven't ordered enough, even if you've gotten half the menu. We listed a good 12 things at least and she just kept asking if that was all we wanted. It was a pleasant change from the typical way these places operate where they try to short you. We had so many different cuts of beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, noodles, you name it...it was awesome. The KBBQ was also excellent and had my single favorite item of the trip. There is a spicy Pork Belly that had such deep flavor it's a 10/10 item. It would be worth the money to get the KBBQ if all you asked for was that Pork Belly and kept on just cooking that over and over. We had regular pork belly, ribeye and other cuts of steak, vegetables and seafood...it was all very good but nothing holds a candle to the spicy pork belly. Have been back here since and would go again without question. The all inclusive price is fair and the food is fresh and excellent.
