THEY ARE A SCAM!…read more My 12 year old son was super happy to go on their " DOLPHIN EXPERIENCE " There is no dolphin experience they will take you to the ocean for you to take a look at it and idle you in the waves today happened to be really bad but instead of getting us out of there they had us sit until the waves started knocking people off and rolled my jetski my son and I were not operating it at the time but following the guides instructions to sit. Then after the group caught up we left the ocean and back on the river. Never saw a single dolphin or a fish rode the muddy river the whole time. And offered insurance for damage... I declined bc I have driven many jet skis before. They advised bc the waves rolled the jet ski after he left us idiling in the waves it was my fault. Nor did he immediately check the dip stick to see the color of the oil to see if it had water in the engine nor did he take the watercraft back. They didn't follow proper protocol and blames you. If we would of been riding like I paid for instead of sitting it wouldn't of happened... it's a set up they idle you purposefully 2 hours tour is fake . They are not prepared for tours so the guest paid time is affected. We left at 1230 and came back before 2pm . Then after returning my son and I asked the young lady was there anything else she said no have a great day. While walking on the dock my son and I was surrounded by the tour guides demanding a additional 150 for the waves rolling the jet ski said it's " for a oil change " I told them I do not authorize that transaction and if I woulda known that I was going to be idling in the waves in the ocean getting destroyed by the waves that if my jetski flipped I would have to pay 150 I woulda never went and if he woulda advised it right there instead on continuing the tour I woulda went back and demanded a refund There is no dolphin experience it's a excuse to charge you extra!!! I paid 240 for it and go a single file line jet ski ride through multiple wake zones that ate up my 2hour ride and left way after scheduling time and came back way early... SCAM SCAM SCAM I called the police they said it's a civil matter snd because the had pre authorized for the tour they were able to by pass my security block of my card being frozen They will surround you with your children and demand you to pay more money if they don't see you tip them . Make up excuses to charge you more.... Stay stay away. And go figure out of the whole group we the only minorities and we weren't the only ones knocked off and rolled but was the only ones surrounded and demanded more money

Bella did an excellent job as first mate , checked on us frequently and had snacks and drinks for purchase. They also had a small hammerhead shark (fished that day), a stingray that anyone could hold and get a pic with, which was an unexpected treat for all the kids on the boat (and several of the adults). Also a note on great customer service: we went out on an afternoon trip. Due to high winds, and therefore high waves, the captain turned around before getting to the Atlantic Ocean. We were given the option to get our $$ back or reschedule. We rescheduled and had a wonderful time the next day. Appreciate the great customer service and flexibility. In retrospect (from reading the other Yelp reviews) we came out better than a few others. If you are seeking a company that puts customer satisfaction and possibly safety first, I ADVISE YOU TO READ ALL YELP REVIEWS BEFORE booking chartered trips and familiarize yourself with all terms - this applies to any and all business you are considering. We expected some rocking in the water on the trip out; however, we never anticipated there would be what felt like real safety issues, bouncing so hard that it threw some of us off the seats and caused those standing to grab anything within reach to hang on. It slowed the boat down to four knots and caused the crew to inform us that at that speed, it would take us another two hours to reach our fishing spot and this was after already traveling for an hour. We were asked if we wanted to continue or turn around and possibly reschedule for another time. No promises were made by the crew, but the rescheduling idea was introduced by them. WE chose to turn around. Upon docking & preparing to exit the boat, we were given an envelope containing $320. We'd paid $1,960.00. After several voicemails left on the return trip in, my call was returned. After a discussion of events, a company representative talked with the crew and decided to refund an additional $580.00, bringing refund total to $900.00. He stated he had expenses - boat, fuel, crew (? - sign on boat stated crew works for tips so we gave them $200.00 for the hour - hour and half we were on the boat). We boarded the boat "assuming" businesses that provide services which are affected by weather conditions monitor all conditions and would have and use the knowledge and expertise to make a determination on whether a trip out was feasible or not, and if the safety, wellbeing of the crew and passengers and the satisfaction of customers was placed first, the engine would never be started; therefore, there would be no expenses. Again, this was/is MY/OUR assumption. After the fact, family members searched Yelp reviews and discovered it appears this was not the first and only such incident. Additional Note: We were also "gifted" two vouchers for a half day charter. Our group of 25 might have to draw straws to see who gets to add those to their portion of the refund. I'd asked for 16 so our local family could use that and the out of state family could receive the majority of their initial payment. Well, Two is better than ZERO!

That being said, I hesitate to post this because I truly do love supporting local businesses. But with tourist season starting, I think it's important to share an honest experience. The first few times we went out with this company, it was amazing. We followed the shrimp boats and not only saw tons of dolphins, but also got a close-up look at the shrimp boats pulling in shrimp and other sea creatures. They would even bring a few things onboard for the kids (and adults) to see before tossing them back. It made the experience feel really unique and memorable. However, ever since the shrimp boat has been out of commission (probably the last year and a half), we honestly haven't seen dolphins the last 3-4 trips. I completely understand there are never guarantees with wildlife, but it has been a little disappointing. It's still a nice boat ride for the cost -- I would just suggest not getting your kids too excited about dolphins and making sure they understand sightings are never guaranteed. Yesterday, we went on the sunset cruise, and unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences we've had. I understand the policy is that the cruise runs rain or shine, but the ocean conditions were rough enough that I truly don't think they should have taken people out. There were young children onboard, people getting sick, and several passengers who were visibly scared as we went through large swells offshore. As someone who has been on this boat many times, even I was uncomfortable. If it had been my first trip, I honestly would have been terrified. Considering the boat had already gone out multiple times earlier that day, I feel like they should have recognized the conditions were not ideal -- especially knowing there was little chance of seeing dolphins in waters that rough. I just think better judgment should have been used. If you're visiting for a family vacation, I would strongly recommend checking ocean conditions beforehand, because I'm not sure cancellations are considered unless absolutely necessary.

Captain Richard even calmed their nerves before going parasailing! It seems like most of the complaints on here are based on people trying to sit/swim in the area of the beach that's designated with signs for them to load and unload people onto the boats for parasailing and banana boating. This is a safety issue as you could get hit by a sea doo while they pick up and drop off. Kind of seems like common sense. Not sure why people are upset about their kids not being allowed to swim/play in this area, as it would be very dangerous. If you're in the area, you should definitely give this place a call. You won't regret it!

An hour later, we see the same company up and running. Called and asked why we were not given the chance to wait and go up with new crew. Just plain rude response from person on phone. Told I could talk to the manager "later". When the manager called me back much later, his rudeness was even worse. I asked why my refund was only partial. He finally agreed he would refund the "nonrefundable" portion as I pointed out THEY were the ones who cancelled our trip. Then hung up on me. So much wrong with this scenario, almost all of which could have been fixed with a SIMPLE, SINCERE APOLOGY. Good customer service is important! I never write negative reviews and always believe in giving a business a chance to make things right. Epic fail here. Do better!

Caught a bunch of Spanish Mackerel and had the opportunity to take some home if we wanted. We did the 7am half day charter and it was great. It got near the end, but overall it was a really fun experience. I'd definitely recommend if you've ever wanted to do some deep sea fishing. At the end we did some shark fishing for a while. The whole thing lasted around 5 hours in total. It was a perfect amount of time and a wonderful experience!

Since this was my first time deep sea fishing, I wasn't sure if this was normal but, just to be completely honest, it was cleaner than any restaurant I've been to since the pandemic. The crew was fun. We're all sore. We have lots of fish to eat and none of us got sick!
