This may have been one of the best meals on our trip. The food was filling but still somehow light on a hot day. I had the tofu noodle dish and my husband had the pho. Both were delicious. What a cool little spot! Saw a friend had gone here, so had to check it out as closer to work and life than other Vietnamese places. First time I went had the Ban Mi. Nicely done, got the grilled pork which is always a favorite. the DC had the pork bun bowl. Also yummy. The trick is of course being good at the grilled pork items. I held off writing a review until I went back and had the pho. Get the special one. Now I like tripe and tendon, and these were nice in this one. A very approachable for those who are new to these "mystery bits" You won't be able to tell the tripe from the noodles and the tendon is just a soft texture with good flavor. But what I really liked were the meat balls. Very flavorful. Usually I avoid these in pho as they are often bland, but not the ones at Little Saigon! The parking lot is usually packed due to the Peaches in the same center so park on the streets behind the cafe. Great lunch at this little cafe. Prices were good. They had some daily specials posted on a chalkboard. Greeted and seated right away. Service was excellent. Our water was refilled, and we were checked on after receiving our food. We got Spring Rolls and Pork Bahn Mi sandwiches. They make their own bread. Holy smokes this is THE BEST veggie banh mi sandwich I've ever eaten! The crispy French bread is made fresh on site. The tofu is cut into small bite sized pieces and is fried crispy with a delicious sauce. The pickled veggies are big and brightly colored. This sandwich is anything but dry with the perfect amount of sauciness. The sandwich is large, in fact I wasn't even sure if I could eat the whole thing in one sitting. Do yourself a favor, if you like banh mi, check this one out. You won't be disappointed:) Addendum: the day that I went was their opening day. Perhaps that is why it was so good. I've been there since then and gotten the same sandwich and it was completely different. The tofu was not fried and no more delicious sauce. The veggies were skimped few. My husband and I stopped in for lunch on a recent visit to the area. We rarely get to enjoy Vietnamese as our son is allergic to peanuts--so it was a rare treat! We got a small spread for lunch and loved every bit of it. It got very busy, very quickly! My husband got a Boba Tea and I enjoyed a frappe (it was roughly 3,000 degrees outside ). Spring rolls (he chose shrimp) and egg rolls accompanied by a delicious peanut sauce (...egg rolls comes with a sweet sauce, also very good). I got flank/meatball pho will my husband got pork vermicelli. Both delicious we're freshly prepared, served hot and delicious! The staff was wonderful and attentive and prices were great! There is only a small amount of seating available, but that's how you know it's good! Grab a seat, get a bowl of Pho or a Banh Mi and enjoy! You will NOT be disappointed. read more

Another awesome mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant. Cheap prices, great quality fresh food. Clean space, though tiny but it's all part of the experience! Support local shops and especially this one! I've tried everything on the menu and they never disappoint. Their pork spring rolls and pork banh mi is my go to, and don't forget to try their boba because it is tasty and perfect texture. Also if you haven't tried Vietnamese coffee before I'd highly recommend giving it a try, it's the best combination of flavors. I'd keep in mind that they are in a smaller plaza so parking is limited but don't let that discourage you from trying them out. read more

The tofu/veggie pho hit the spot! Accommodating to food allergies as well (able to remove carrots). Small place with only a few seats because of limited capacity due to COVID but great for takeout, everything was packaged nicely and was still hot when we were ready to eat. The milk tea with boba was not my favorite that I have had but that won't stop me from ordering food there. They also have good daily deals/discounts on specials. read more

The best restaurant in Bradenton! Will follow any specialities you want and food doesn't take a long time, always 10-15 minute wait times to-go or dining in. I have ordered from Uber eats and door dash but they took over an hour longer to deliver to me. If you want food from here then you should eat in or pick up. I am revising my review, sadly - sorry I can't post the original along with this, because I'd given it five stars after a few visits last year. We hadn't been back since, but in that time a great deal changed. The vermicelli with pork was awful - I asked, and was told they were "experimenting with how to cook the pork". It was so over-cooked as to be unchewable. The noodles weren't fresh, and they resembled udon noodles more than Vietnamese vermicelli. The dish came with a bit of chopped carrot, but no cucumber, no mint, no lettuce. We also had the shrimp spring rolls, which were, as before, fine. Nothing special, but still fine to eat. The pho menu has gotten a lot bigger, and there were two tables of eight seated across the room who ordered a lot of pho dishes. They were given huge amounts of vegetables, so I ordered chicken pho with extra vegetables. Unfortunately, I received about half the vegetables the other tables had. I don't know if it's because they were relatives or friends of the staff, but it was definitely not okay. The chicken itself, again overcooked to the point of dry and hard to swallow despite being in soup. One of us had a mango slushie just to try it - tasted very much of chemicals and sugar, sadly. We are going to look for a different Vietnamese restaurant. Extremely disappointing. Sorry to report... Two stars because service was friendly and prices were good. The older folks who used to be there weren't apparent, or I'd have complained directly to them. read more

I have been wanting to try this little hidden strip mall gem for a while, but it seems every time I am in the area it is closed (Closed on Mondays). The stars finally aligned, the restaurant was open while we were in the area and my husband and I stopped by for a late lunch. He ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie which the waitress made with fresh fruit and yogurt. I ordered a delicious green tea latte. We ordered the egg rolls for an appetizer which I really enjoyed. For our lunch we both ordered Bahn Mis. He had the chicken and I ordered the traditional pork. The pork was a bit fatty for me and I would order the chicken next time. I'm not critiquing them for this though because I know the traditional Bahn Mi is made with Pork Belly which is fatty. Both of the sandwiches were stuffed with ingredients and we loved them. Quick and friendly service with delicious food! I can't wait to work my way through the menu. Next time, I am trying the Pho! read more
