B2. Grilled Pork Rice Vermicelli Bowl + egg rolls
    Anh N.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while going to Publix. Medium size restaurant, clean, minimal decors. It really gives that Vietnamese restaurant vibes - if you know, you know. If you're looking for some authentic Vietnamese food, I highly recommend this place. Pho dac biet (special) tastes great. A little different from what I'm used to but you can smell all the spices and the flavor was balanced. All the sides and sauces were there too. Grilled pork vermicelli was delicious was well!! I added egg rolls to my bowl which was good but skippable. Refreshing veggies. Great fish sauce. The grilled pork was marinated well. This is a dish I can eat daily because it's pretty healthy and low calories. Vietnamese coffee - strong and sweetened with condensed milk. I got a generous sized cup and couldn't even finish it. Id definitely get this again. There were two servers - including the manager herself. Both were nice and polite. Manager checked up on us a few times. This is better service than most Vietnamese restaurants in LA.

Vermicelli with pork chop, egg roll, with shrimp was pretty good. Fish sauce needs a bit more spice and saltiness. Fried chicken was salty and had no flavor. Service was great.

    Inside

I had spring rolls, crab rangoons and chicken Pho. Spring rolls standard shrimps were small, pork was dry. Crab Rangoon filling good but not a fan of sweetness. Won ton wrappers thicker and chewy. Pho, chicken very dry, veggies fresh but the onions weren't sweet they were very hot and bitter, broth just ok, lacked flavor all I could taste was 5 spice. Pretty expensive for soup. I won't be back.

    Pho for dinner.

Can this be 3.5 star review? Service was on point, attentive and great with my questions. Food came out fast which is always a plus. As we ate, we both started to not like it as much as the bite before. Later on, we both were nauseous. Nothing came from it and we were fine the next morning. Just don't want to go back to try again sadly. 14.06.2024

Chicken Pho is delicious! We've eaten here several times and always enjoy the chicken pho with homemade egg noodles. A plethora of fresh ingredients such as Thai basil, lime, bean sprouts, Jalapeño, etc. comes with the Pho. Service is attentive and friendly. My only complaint is the ambiance could be much better. It's a little depressing in there so I recommend taking it to go.

Yummy food and chill ambiance. It feels like home and the owner is amazing! I recommend the B7 "Shaking Beef"; delicious diced filet mignon with tangy sauce and broken rice, what more could you want?! PS-Taro Boba absolutely slaps 彡

Awful pho. Very tough tendon. Charges 3% for credit card plus convenience fee. Lack of customers says it all.

If you're looking for the diamond in the rough, you've found it! (It's on a golf course) A…read morewonderful hidden gem with the friendliest waitress you'll ever meet! Brief Summary: Napar restaurant is a newly opened restaurant that features beautiful decor, tasty food, and an outstanding staff! This one checks all of the boxes for me. Among the highlights were a red curry dish that melted in my mouth with every bite, a very comfy and clean restaurant that made me feel at ease, and a waitress that made me laugh so hard I damn near pissed myself from laughing! Just an absolutely lovely place. Give it a try and thank me later! Would I Recommend This Restaurant? Absolutely! The Food: We started with the calamari. It was very lightly breaded. Almost like a tempura type of batter which I thought was perfect! The duck risotto was an absolute delight! The risotto was cooked perfectly. The sauce complimented the duck and the risotto well. There was also a rather generous amount of duck for the price! Everything came together nicely. The duck was a little bit overcooked, but not enough to take away from the dish in any way, shape, or form. The red curry was my favorite! Every bite melted in my mouth! to the point where I was eating out of pure gluttony at the end! I ordered it medium spicy, and it was the PERFECT level. It had a little heat, but not enough to make you lose out on any of the delicious flavors of the dish! I also had the lo mein with steak on top. This was delicious! Definitely not something you get from a food court Chinese restaurant. The steak was a bit overcooked, but again, not to a point where it was even worth mentioning. We added some chili seasoning to it and it took it to a whole different level of tasty! Didn't make it too spicy, but added some beautiful flavors that complimented it nicely! They make this in house, so be sure to try it! I had a couple sushi rolls as well. A volcano lava roll that had baked crab meat and scallops on top with a little bit of a smokey hit. It was phenomenal! The biggest surprise to me was the spicy tuna. Typically, sushi places use the cheapest pieces of meat to make the spicy tuna since it gets ground up. Most people can't tell. HOWEVER, this place served us the most beautifully colored fresh red spicy tuna I've ever had! They make it from high quality tuna. Something I've only ever seen one other time in my life. It impressed me because it's something most people will never notice, yet they chose to do it, because that's the correct way of doing it, and I think it speaks volumes to their operation! We finished the night with the mango and rice desert. I've never had it before, so I didn't know what to expect. It was a nice refreshing desert that featured mostly natural sugars. Very refreshing! They also surprised my mother with an array of mochi and a creme brûlée! Now I'm not a fan of mochi. I think they're overrated, BUT these were the best I've ever had! So fresh and so delicious that I could eat them every day! The creme brûlée was also very nice. It was the least sweet one I've ever had, but in a world where dumping sugar in everything has become the norm, it was actually nice! Overall, very delicious food that will leave your stomach happy! Value: I found the pricing to be extremely fair! The portions are reasonably sized and I had no issue whatsoever paying the amount I did for the amount of food we received! Service and Staff: our waitress was honestly my favorite part of the entire dining experience! Her name is Siri, which she openly jokes about. She is so kind, helpful, funny, and full of energy! The food could have been absolutely awful, and we still would have gone back just to see her! Just a truly hard working woman that takes pride in what she does. She goes above and beyond to make you smile and laugh. All while managing the entire dining room and mixing drinks! She seriously can do it all! The world needs more people like Siri! The funniest thing she said, was to the table next to us that had ordered the lobster. When she brought it out, they said "Wow! Looks good!" And she replied, "I just pulled out of the lake!" As she points to the pond out the window! LOL! The right waitress can make or break any dining experience. Siri, you made this one for us, and we thank you! Location and Interior: The restaurant is not located in a main road. It's on a golf course. It's not something you'll just run into, but with the help of your trusty GPS, you'll find it no problem! The interior was beautifully decorated and very clean! You can feel the passion they put into it through the decor, and I absolutely was about it! Final Thoughts: A beautiful restaurant, with delicious food, being served by one of the most friendly people I've ever met! P.S. Please help support local businesses like this one! Final Scores: Food - 9/10 Value - 5/5 Service/Staff - 5/5 Location/Interior 5/5 Total 24/25 = 4.8/5 Stars Stay fresh Mother Fooders! :p

Our friends had equally unfortunate dishes that were dry and obviously reheated. The service was ludicrously slow and distant. Grossly inadequate lighting and uneven steps and terrain left us stumbling around in the dark trying to find our cars. Three and out for us. I have been eating pho since the mid-80's and have tried it in many states and a few countries, too. I was starting to feel discouraged because I had struck out a couple of times as I searched my area for a good place, the last being Demi's Noodle House, which served a terrible soup IMO. Thankfully, Pho Street came through! They have a nice building, a clean restaurant, and their servers were all extremely nice. No less than 3 people checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. The soup was served piping hot, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth was excellent. I did ask for rare beef and it came a little overdone, but not bad at all. Next time I'll ask for it raw in the hopes that it comes on a separate plate. One thing I think can be improved on is the lemonade. It didn't taste like the fresh, homemade lemonade that you find in most Vietnamese restaurants, it tasted like it was from a machine. Beyond that, I'll be back to Pho Street a lot, probably even in the next day or two! Thanks for the great food and service!
