I love little sister's pizza. It is one of the places that stays open fairly late, and I've been multiple times. They have their class size which they always have, but also have a special. The servers are very friendly, and will always give you good recommendations. This is one of the spots where the pizzas are in the window, and they'll warm it up for you. Although I no, they can also make full pizzas to go as well. They are dog, friendly, and they have a small patio to enjoy your pizza. There's always so much to look at inside, with photos covering the walls, which overall makes it a very fun spot!

SISTERS SECOND LOCATION (4 stars) Sister's Pizza branched out and added their second location called Little Sister's Pizza. - FOOD: yum - PRICE: fair - SERVICE: good - AMBIANCE: little sister's took over of previous space Sicilian Thing Pizza Sister's Pizza and Little Sister's Pizza serve up really good slices of pizzas. Their crust is tasty, crunchy, and doesn't go stale easily - it keeps that same to similar consistency warmed up or cold. Same type of pizza's being server at both and a rotation of different ones until they run out at the end of the night. I wish each pizza shop had a special that the other shop doesn't have which would make customers go to their shop specifically for that. Regardless, still good. North Park parking sucks so good luck trying to come here to grab a slice and go. It's tailored to people that live in the area or visiting the area already but if you are neither, I don't know if it's worth the expensive gas prices driving here to circle for parking and pay for parking for a slice or pie. Until the next review..

Super fast service if you're ordering slices. Love that the garlic knots come with marinara - they were nice and garlicky. A fast and quality spot on the main strip in North Park if you're in the area.

Popped by for a pizza to go on a Sunday night after randomly getting to itch to eat something greasy and have a cold one. This was my second time coming here. I couldn't quite remember all the details of what I liked and disliked about it but I do remember it being mid. Great for lunch or a slice which is what I had jotted down in my notes the first time I came. The second time absolutely confirmed it. It's more of a thin slice of pizza and so if you're looking for something more greasy, heavy, and thick, you'll be better off going elsewhere. That being said for a thinner slice, it was a good balance. It wasn't too weighty and the toppings weren't sliding all over the place. I thought it could use more cheese (don't we all need that tho?) and a scoop more of ricotta cheese. I had the Uncle Jesse which had olive oil, ricotta, mozzarella, fresh basil. I would have liked to seen more fresh basil as well added to the end. Other than that. It was a fine pizza. I was between that and the chicken parm which if I ever return I'll get that. They sell other items such as dessert and sandwiches, fries and spaghetti. Service was super friendly which was great. The place was about a quarter of the way full. There are about 15-20 seats to dine in. Came at 930pm on a Sunday and absolutely no parking.

Mid pizza overpriced pizza. Go to tribute pizza instead. Nice people inside. Crust is good but toppings suck. Would not go back anytime soon.

I had heard about Little Sisters Pizza, and happened to be in North Park & HUNGRY! We ordered an Uncle Jesse whole 16" pizza for $27 with tax. The crust was just right, and the flavors of the cheese, mozzarella & ricotta blended well together. along with fresh basil and olive oil. They had water and plastic cups available gratis. I knew it was a popular place because at 8:30pm on a Friday night people were still picking up takeout and the tables up front and outside were buzzing with people and conversation. It's a casual spot, but they won't blink if you're all dressed up. You can sit outside with your pup. The owner loves to decorate seasonally, so Easter bunnies were still up with the staff names on it. The decor was a blend of classic with the Tiffany like lamps hanging from the ceiling and culture - there was a small freeway sign with Yankee Stadium on it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they were highly motivated to get your order through. I give them kudos for a wide variety of slices to heat and serve. It makes an affordable & delicious option accessible. Other drinks available were sodas and sparkling water in cans and bottles. They had Dr. Pepper! Overall, a great food excursion to watch the Ducks win over Edmonton for a hockey playoff game on my hubby's phone. Thank you!

Stopped in while in SD and noticed the name change. If I remember correctly, it was "A Sicilian Slice" or something close. Still, a nice neighborhood pizza spot that serves slices or full pies. Staff was friendly and service great. It's steps away from the Redwing Bar, which is was one of my favorite places to visit when I lived in SD. Parking can be challenging but I lucked out. It's worth the search for parking.

In short: Yummy pizza Friendly staff Good for a quick slice This place was cool. I found it while renting an Airbnb in the area. The first location is called Sisters so this is a spin off on that. Pizza was good and staff was friendly and gave us other food recommendations since that's why we came to San Diego It's been awhile since I went so can't remember too much but the slides are a good size, I ordered pepperoni and something with ricotta cheese on top and both were good! Try it out it's worth a stop. I'd go back for another slice

Cute little spot to get good pizza. There is limited indoor seating and outdoor seating. Service was good. We had salad and pizza. Everything was pretty good.

Grabbed a bite to eat here before heading over to a concert at the Observatory a couple blocks away. 7pm on a Friday night, poppin' with people as expected especially on the patio, but we managed to snag a table inside. Staff was attentive despite the growing traffic on patrons and takeout orders. I've had their pizza numerous times at the Sister's Pizza location and was delighted to walk by this one, so was already familiar with their menu. Both thin crust and square slices were good, and enough to get us through the night. Even packed the rest of our garlic knots to munch on during the drive home. The patio was probably occupied fully because the space inside was pretty warm from all the oven work, but they make do with tight quarters. Will definitely have this spot on my list whenever I'm in the area again, as I do with the "Sister" location! 4.5

Phenomenal pizza. Got the chicken parm with a side of ranch and was blown away. Will absolutely be coming back, definitely try it out.

It's a casual spot, but the food leans more chef-driven and thoughtful. We started with the breadsticks and truffle butter simple, but really well done. The crispy portobello mushrooms were one of my favorites, super flavorful with a great texture. For drinks, I had a margarita and a bloody mary, both solid. For mains, we ordered the tri-tip sandwich (aka "Cardiff Crack") and the chicken sandwich. The tritip especially lives up to the hype really tender, packed with flavor, and easy to see why it has that nickname. Dessert is what stood out so much . The butter cake comes warm with ice cream and purée, and it was easily the highlight of the meal. I took a bite and just paused for a second it's that kind of dessert Overall, a really good spot if you want elevated comfort food in a laid back setting. I'd definitely come back, especially for that butter cake and tritip

My favorite salads are the Grapevine and Duck Cranberry. For sides I recommend the potato salad and tomato basil bisque. The aioli they use is to die for -- can't hurt to get a side of it with any sandwich! The restaurant is situated on the corner of Park Blvd. and Polk Ave. (more generally, it's on the strip of Park Blvd. between University Ave. and El Cajon Blvd.). There is usually a good amount of parking on Park Blvd. and Polk Ave., which is nice. The space has a simple-yet-tasteful modern design and interior, is always clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Great for lunch hour or a weekend date. Update: Came back today with my friend and we ordered the B3 and the Turkey & Cheddar Mousse sandwiches, plus sides of potato salad and cucumber salad, and a double chocolate cookie with pistachio and sea salt. Everything was really good, but the Turkey & Cheddar Mousse sandwich was the star of the show. The cookie was great too. We both agreed the potato salad could use some salt, but besides that it was a solid meal all around.

Bossam Spring Rolls: Bossam is typically eaten with a bunch of toppings in a lettuce wrap so they've taken that and put everything together into a spring roll. The pork belly flavor was great but since I can't really handle spicy, I had to pick at the jalapeños. For dip, instead of a peanut sauce, they had a ssamjang sauce. Fried Shishitous: Pretty average appetizer dish to share. They tasted great and luckily, no one got an extremely spicy one. Pretzels with Miso Beer Cheese: The miso beer cheese sounded so interesting and was why we decided to try it. The pretzel was average and unfortunately, the beer cheese was very clumpy. The head chef came out and mentioned that this was something they were having trouble with and I hope they've figured it out! Katsu Sando: I was most excited to try this and it ended up being my favorite! The katsu was super crispy and juicy. No complaints here! Longanisa Burger: We liked everything except for the guacamole, which felt a little out of place. I didn't even realize that there was a yuzu cream because it kind of just blended in with the guac. We mentioned to the head chef that it might be better if there were some crispy onions for texture and that would fit a bit better with the Filipino theme of the burger. Chashu Tacos: Comes with 3 pieces. Not sure if the flavor is comparable to chashu but it was good. Adobo Loaded Fries: We chose adobo as the meat since we already had the other protein options in other dishes. I think they nailed the adobo meat and flavor for the fries but I didn't necessarily think it was the best pairing with fries. Or I wish it was a bit more saucy so the fries could get some of that adobo flavor too. This is their first brick and mortar store and I hope they succeed! The head chef/owner came out and asked us if there was anything that could've been better and he seemed very receptive to our ideas.
