The burger arrived well done, dry as a bone, grey inside and tasteless, while the fries were limp and lifeless. My burger in April also had lots of the delicious bourbon sauce, while I could detect none of that sauce on this one, adding to the dryness of the burger and the most unpleasant experience. My understanding is that the owner has many irons in the fire. My experience would suggest that he has perhaps too many irons, as there appears to be no one there to ensure that standards are upheld to enable consistent quality. I arrived highly anticipating another great dining experience, and left hungry and severely disappointed. So, next year when I go fishing and go there for lunch or dinner if I see Lori in the kitchen I will stay and eat, but if there's anyone else I'll leave and get a sandwich at the Bayside convenience store. Our server was kind enough to remove my meal from our bill, was very sympathetic and understanding and was generously tipped because of it, the only reason why I gave two stars.
