I can't recommend this place enough! If you have questions about strollers + car seats + baby gear - this is the place to go. We heard about this place from a mom at Joan's on Third. You know how if you're about to get engaged you all the sudden notice everyone's wedding rings? Well, with us being pregnant with our first child we started noticing everyone's strollers. We asked multiple different parents on the streets their thoughts and this one woman we asked raved about Little Sprout and, in particular, how helpful & knowledgable the owner Diane was. Little Sprout's online store was actually what we had already flagged to buy the Uppababy Vista because it was the best deal we found, I just didn't know they had a brick & mortar nearby. We went today (just as walk-ins, no appointment) and Diane spent an hour with us going over all the different brands of strollers, features, adapters, recommendations etc. Super educational. We also ordered from her and they offer to have it shipped to them so they unbox and assemble all of it - we just come by for pickup + them to help us load in car seat correctly. Found this gem of a store on the Nuna website because I was looking everywhere for the TRVL w/cup holder stroller since the old version of the MIXX I was handed down was taking too much trunk space. I was able to go on a Costco run and have the stroller all fit in my trunk. The big box luxury stores were out and back ordered til mid to end of July. I went on a whim and ordered the TRVL at little sprout because it said it was in stock. I ordered it on a Thursday and I left a message online, asking when it would ship. Diane called me right away and said it was backordered but from the time I ordered it, to when it was delivered on a Sunday took only 3 days after ordering! I'm so amazed and grateful it came so quickly because I needed it specifically for that day. And I love the TRVL. Love how my pipa clicks right in without an adapter when we do use it with the car seat and the new magnetic buckle. I always had a hard time buckling with the old mixx and my wiggly baby. I went all over and researched multiple strollers in different stores, boutique and department. Then I came across Diane at Little Sprout. She was the most knowledgeable, sweet, patient with all my new mom questions and available to get a hold of quickly via text. We originally purchased the Silver Cross REEF stroller for our 1st baby but after unpacking (throwing away the boxes) and then later realizing the stroller was just too big for us, I contacted Diane to see what we could do. I was stressed that I bought and got stuck with the wrong size stroller for our family. But, She was so helpful and offered to take back and refund the unboxed product less a 25% restocking fee. We got our NuNa car seat there today (sunday). They had more color choices available than Nordstrom. During covid19 crisis its by appointment only. They price matched and got us a competitive price. This review is long overdue! I found this place that is luckily local and found the Nuna Pipa Lite R car seat and the Nuna Triv stroller that I wanted. The only place that had them besides the Nuna website. I called to find out if the car seat would ship since it was a preorder and wanted to know if we could do a curbside pickup due to COVID. Diane called me back and was really informative on the products that I wanted and let me know that they ship next day for local customers, which I was happy about because I was due in late May. Very cute little boutique selling fancy baby strollers/furniture and a few clothes and books. I went in looking for a present for a friend's baby shower, and the choices for cheap gifts were somewhat limited, but the store was full of high-quality (and more pricey) necessities for families. Despite having a limited collection of small gifts, the store owner (who was *wonderful*) tried VERY hard to help me find a good present in my price range. She then personally wrapped the gift--even running out to her garden to cut a little flower to tie into the ribbon. I bought a beautiful stroller here rather than online to support local business. My office is across the street. Customer service is great and I love this little store. Unfortunately, given tight parking in the area there are times when it's difficult to park. I will not buy the crib, dresser and changing table I'd intended to purchase because two employees, on two separate occasions, hauled themselves outside their door to yell and hurl accusations at me for parking issues. Civility counts and in this case it's cost you a large sale. The owner of the store called me and explained the situation to me. She was gracious and helpful in the way that really helps when you are trying to outfit a nursery for the first time. She's got difficult neighbors but don't let that dissuade you. The woman behind the counter was very warm and friendly. She explained that they take a consultation-based approach to helping customers shop and try out the strollers. Wow!! I am so happy we found this gem of a store! We were looking for a Stokke high chair for our little one, and I did some research and found that this little store had some in stock. This specific chair is hard to find in person, as its usually ordered online, so I was thrilled to be able to find somewhere I could check it out in person. When I called to inquire about the high chair, Diane was so helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. Because of Covid, they are only accepting appointments, so I scheduled one to come in with my Husband so we can make our choice. Diane had wood samples of the high chair, along with fabric samples of the cushions so we can customize our chair. She also had great accessories for it as well. She asked a lot of good questions and pointed out things that were relevant to our daily lifestyle. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy, the experience was so much more educational than I envisioned, and it was clear that they really know the products they carry from the ground up. We met again over a private appointment one evening, which was very convenient for us. By the time we decided on our stroller/car seat system, we were so well-informed, we knew we had selected the right one.  We decided to purchase the Uppababy Vista stroller with the Mesa car seat, and I would buy this system again in a heartbeat. It really is the right system for our family, for our weekdays and our weekends.
