Wow! What can I say about Little Sprout! I am from Orange County & I purchased my Uppababy Vista Stroller from them 3 years ago. I needed something smaller so I was on the search for the Uppababy Minu V2. I looked at my local stores first then remembered Little Sprout. I called them & asked a ton of questions since it's a brand new model & no one had it around for me to look at. Diane was SO friendly & patient with me. It's an investment stroller so I wanted to make sure it was the right one for my toddler. I placed the order with them on their website. Diane kept me informed on the shipping process. My color ended up being delayed so Diane called to inform me and asked if I wanted to wait or change colors. I ended up changed colors which was so problem. She then texted me updates on the status. The stroller came to their store on Thursday. They shipped it to me on Friday. And I received it Saturday afternoon. They are seriously the best baby store ever with the most amazing & caring staff! My husband and I live across the country in a small beach town and we found our perfect stroller travel system on Little Sprout's website, when it was nowhere to be found as a set at any other retailer! We'd received some gift cards for our shower and wished to use them in the purchase of our travel set, but the site wasn't able to take the gift amounts and also a credit card for purchase. On a whim, I gave the shop a call and left a message expressing my wish to buy our set and asked if there was any way possible we could make the transaction happen. Diane gave us a call back and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me taking down multiple card numbers and applying each gift amount to the overall purchase, after which taking our credit card to pay for the remaining total. She was kind, patient, and made us feel important, even a thousand miles away! We appreciated the customer service and detailed attention so much, it made our purchase that much more special. Little Sprout really had the most ideal selection of the best strollers and car seats in the marketplace - UPPAbaby, Nuna, Stokke, you name it. They also had much more product knowledge about their strollers than any of the other stores we visited. All in all, between their product selection and the service, what felt like an overwhelming task turned into such a pleasant and enjoyable experience for us. We made a mistake on a promotion that was our completely our fault, yet Diane was kind enough to offer it to us anyway. She accommodated us picking up our travel stroller in Toluca Lake rather than shipping, as we had a flight to catch the next week. We will only buy from Little Sprout, and recommend that you do too. Diane was absolutely wonderful! I usually take forever with making decisions and she was super patient and gave me such a good feeling to take my time and make the right choice for us. Last min I decided to change the stroller Color and she was relaxed about it and quickly pulled out the other one to build it and show me the differences so it will be easier to decide. This is our 3rd stroller and by far it was the best experience. I came with different stroller in mind and thought I'll quickly buy and leave but Diane helped me realize that I need something else (cheaper:) and much better for my baby needs. We purchased a travel stroller that honestly we love more then our main stroller:) a diaper bag for travel and a winter stroller baby cover. After purchasing I called couple of times for one of the other items I purchased that was a bit defective and Diane was so responsive and helpful about it. She immediately offered the exchange or money return for the item. She knew who I was since she spends time with each costumer sh knows you by name! I love baby products and obsessed with videos about product reviews. Going to Little Sprouts was so pleasant. We had gone to some of the big box stores (target, Babies'R'Us, Nordstrom, etc.) and a few other boutiques and no one knew as much or was as helpful as Diane. Found this gem of a children's boutique. Thank goodness for Little Sprout! My husband and I had not been stroller shopping in 9yrs, larger baby stores did not have what we were looking for. I was shopping for a Berry Red Nuna Mixx2 and Berry Nuna Pippa car seat. The high end retailers did not carry a floor sample, everything was online purchase. We did not want to commit and purchase a travel system without seeing the actual product in person. Thats when we researched and found Little Sprout. I called and spoke with Diane who scheduled a same day consultation. She shared that she had a Nuna Berry floor sample. We were happy to see the stroller in person. Diane answered all the questions we had. Within a week, she had the stroller ready for us to pick up at the store. I stopped by Little Sprout last year to take a look at the new Uppababy Vista and get a run down of its features. I was very pleasantly surprised when Diane spent a ton of time going through everything with me, showing me how to use the stroller, comparing car seats and letting me try out all the features myself. It was such a great experience that I had my husband come join me. After spending at least 30 minutes walking me through the stroller, she did the same for my husband and very patiently answered all of his MANY questions. We walked out of the store so happy after having such a good experience that I took the stroller and car seat off my buy buy baby registry and added it back from little Sprout's website. When we lost our baby, Diane took back the stroller no questions asked. This last year we were pregnant again and knew we were going to get our stroller from her. Because of the pandemic I didnt go in but I added it to my registry through her website. When it was purchased and she called to discuss pick up, she remembered us and was so excited about our upcoming arrival.
