Pad See Ew: A classic Thai dish made with wide rice noodles stir-fried with egg, broccoli, and carrots, flavored with a dark sweet soy sauce. The wise noodles were nicely cooked and soaked up all that rich, sweet flavor. Definitely a favorite. One note of caution: when it comes to spice level, "medium" here means spicy! We ordered medium for all our dishes and were sweating by the end of the meal! Next time, we'll definitely go with mild. We ordered the Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, Red Curry, Spring Rolls, and the fried chicken with roti and Massaman curry. Everything was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and packed with flavor.
