So I came here on Sunday to meet up with my friend. First time dinning here. So I was pretty pumped. Upon finding the parking in the back of the plaza, I came in the entrance and sat down. Nice quaint restaurant. Service was very lack luster. Our waitress (?) really only came by to drop off water and food. So about twice, never really recommended any thing. But still decent service. Upon getting our food which was the beef pad Thai, the smell was very,shall I say different. I could not finish the food. Now it is not that I do not like Thai Food, I LOVE IT!, I eat Thai all the time. This was the first time I could not finish my plate of food and I did not take it home. The service was pleasant. Maybe it was just the food I ordered that was so bad? Which is why I will give them a 3-star rating. I will try ordering some thing different off the menu. Dine in for the first time last weekend, I was very exited going there because I drove by it a million times and never had the opportunity to actually go; I was not very hungry and I was hoping my friends would make me want to eat after seeing their plates arrive, but the opposite happened! I love Thai and I enjoy distinct flavors and smells, but this pad Thai in particular had a pungent stench to it.. It Was far from pleasant and it made me feel sort of sick just by smelling it I wanted to remove my self from the table I never smelled food like that before! It smelled like fish sauce "rotten fish guts" I did not like the service either, one waitress came by twice and barely checked up on us. I did order a dessert off the menu mango sticky rice but honestly I had way better sticky rice , over all I will not be dining back here based on my awkward experience with the smell of the pad Thai. read more

We also tried four entrees, Pad Thai, Spicy Beef Salad, Drunken Noodle and a curry. Again, all the food was excellent! However, the Phad Thai and Spicy Beef Salad win the night! Along with their pan fried dumplings and Rangoon. We also appreciated the excellent service, as they ensured that our family member with severe food allergies was well accommodated. I only write about spots away from my most frequently visited cities when I really enjoy them. Thai Spice in Norwalk is definitely one of those spots! Highly recommended.
