The Thai spice levels aren't quite accurate here and I'm not sure if it is to accommodate the regular clientele or what. I ordered hot for the pad see ew and medium for papaya salad. I would say it was actually medium and mild respectively. If you're used to Thai spice levels, I would order one level spicier here.
