If I keep flexing with scalding curries, Barbie's gonna give me a Thai'm out.

So I know it's been quite a while Since I got curry at Thai Style It's been so hard to reach me With my Barbi beneath me And I'm sure she'll soon walk down the aisle I still have yet to get on my knees But I do when I worship and please And then once she has *** She needs Thai in her tum So I take her to eat some of these! Not to be confused with Doggie Style or Gangnam Style. Unless you really want it to be. This is one of our favourite cheap Thai restaurants, with massive portions and very friendly service. It's no frills and we come in here whenever you get the chance. We like it a lot and it really gets the job done. Like I said, the portions are huge and most of the food is delicious, especially the fried rice which is wonderful. They put a hell of a lot of chicken in their chicken dishes, which is great for my weight lifting but can sometimes get a little bit monotonous. I don't think it's technically the most Thai of Thai food - maybe a little bit more like Homestyle Thai food. But much better than the crap like Thai Gourmet that most people call the best Thai in town. Besides, Bush won't be remembered fondly, but Gore may. Now I'd love to write more, but I'm a bit Thai'd up.

My colleague suggested to try this place. I did, here is my observation: Red curry shrimp abit sweet straight, would be nice to have salty taste blended in with Thai herbs, for me a bit plain straight sweet. Pork jerky abit less taste (need more salt). Presentation looks nice. The area where the resto at is in need of street renovation due to pots holes. I'm taking out 1 point due to taste and location.

Where can you get an amazing lunch for $7.50? You can get that at Thai style fast Food. Let me tell you you will not be disappointed. The pad Thai with beef was absolutely amazing. It was so good it was filled with flavor. They make everything fresh to order it's amazing. I got the lunch special for 7.50. I wish they would've told me it came with eggrolls because I ordered a side eggrolls. They should've definitely let me know because that was a waste of money. But other than that the food was amazing. They also give you a salad and soup as well. The lunch portion is quite big. I can't imagine how big the dinner portion is. I was seriously for after eating the lunch portion. They have so many different dishes I want to try. Service, the service is great with the lady working there is extremely nice and she used to work at Thai gourmet about 10 years ago. So she really understands and knows good Thai food. I got to give you guys props they're probably one of the best pad Thai I have had beside Thai gourmet. If You are reading this review follow me let me Tell ya this is a must try! You will not be disappointed. I cannot wait to go back and try more of there food.

This place is located in a pretty sketchy area so I was a bit hesitant to come here, however I enjoyed my dining experience there. The servers were very welcoming and provided friendly service to us; so that's why I'm giving it a four star. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao and Tom yum soup with a Thai tea as my drink. Let's start with the Thai tea; it was so amazing that I almost ordered one to go because it was that good. The Tom Yum Soup was bland and I know the soup is suppose to be a bit sour but they put sooooo much lime juice which overpowered the other flavors that were in the soup. My entree was the Pad Kee Mao, it was decent; good enough for me to continue to eat it. Don't get me wrong I love green beans a lot, but the million of times I've ate Pad Kee Mao I have never seen green beans on this entree until today. Maybe it's just me but I never seen it before. Overall good experience nice service decent food, I'll return when I'm back in the area. Thai Tea - 4.9/5 Tom Yum Soup- unfortunately 2.7/5 Pad Kee Mao- 3.8/5

Relatively small restaurant about 10 minutes away from Chinatown. As the restaurant name says, it is Thai style fast food! Our food came out really quickly, so I was happy with that. However, the food wasn't as good as I would hope (in my opinion). My pad thai was missing the wok flavor that I usually find in the dish and the chicken was a little dry, but overall it was still decent. My friend said the same thing about his food as well. I don't eat a ton and got another meal out of my plate, but my other 2 friends finished their plate. So I would say that their portion size is about a serving and a half, for ~$10-11. Overall, I would say that the place was okay.

Perhaps more suited to people who eat chilis like skittles, my mild spice red curry was in the hot range for me. Being that hot numbed my tongue so I really can't say whether the flavors were there lol. This will not deter me in trying another dish one day. The thai ice tea helped quench the fire in my mouth deliciously.

Cleanliness: 4 Quality: 5 Service: 5 Taste: 5 Found this hole in the wall a few months ago while browsing Thai restaurants in the area. The positive reviews about low prices and delicious foods I read were convincing enough to get me in the car and driving there. The restaurant is a takeout style restaurant so seating room isn't very large. Regardless, when we arrived to dine in, we were greeted, seated and provided exceptional service. For our first meal here, I ordered the Pad Thai and Thai tea while my partner went with the Thai Red Curry. My pad Thai I ordered spicy And so I wasn't able to fully enjoy the meal as I wanted to but the red Thai curry was sooo goood that I had to come back and try other menu items. And so We did. Some of my favorite items are listed below: Pad Kee Mao Tom Yum Fried Rice with Basil Pineapple Fried Rice Basil Chicken With glowing reviews and growing customers, they have recently updated their dine in menu and established a rewards system. On my last visit they were so busy with dine-in customers that even though I was there to place a to go order, I spent almost 30 minutes waiting for my order to be ready. You could see that they were overwhelmed but I'm glad to know their business is doing so well and hope to see future changes to expand the venue and their staff.

This place is so homey and comfortable. With bright wall paint and laminated pictures on the wall, this place encompasses the small business feel without appearing sketchy. Service is really fast and friendly, giving the restaurant a fast casual vibe. My brother ordered the chicken pad thai whole I got the red shrimp curry lunch combo, which comes with salad, soup, and an egg roll. Us siblings both believe the pad thai was on the sweeter side, but the chewiness of the noodles and tenderness of the chicken is splendid. Like any good Thai curry, the first bite of the red shrimp curry was deceptively sweet then built up to a spiciness. Both dishes were super tasty. We were really happy to discover this hole in the wall treasure and would definitely want to return from time to time.

First, I noticed that the staff handling food behind the counter were not wearing gloves. Hygiene is important, especially when preparing and serving food, and it was concerning that no one appeared to be following proper food safety practices. At that time, the rotisserie was already being cleaned, which told me they had stopped preparing fresh chicken for the day. Instead, they were serving pre-cooked chicken kept in a warmer. As expected, this made the chicken dry and hard on the outside. I ordered the 1/2 dark meat chicken with yellow rice and Tequeños. However, I was given two small leg quarters and an extra piece of white meat--which I didn't ask for--all of which were extremely dry. The portion size has noticeably decreased as well. I was also very concerned to see them using spray cleaner near the food, which poses a risk of chemical contamination. On top of that, the Tequeños were extremely dark and tasted like they had been refried, nearly burnt. Adding to the poor experience, one of the girls behind the counter was playing around and massaging her coworkers while customers were being served. That level of unprofessional behavior is not something anyone wants to see while waiting for their food. I've always liked this place for its fresh rotisserie chicken, but it feels like DoDo's has started cutting corners on both food quality and cleanliness. Paying $19.52 for this meal just didn't feel worth it.

A big key to their success has been staying open late every day of the week, till as late as 4AM on the weekends. They pride themselves on being among the best tacos in Houston (#1) and love to showcase their chilango pride. To find them, just look for the blue truck in the Route 66 gas station parking lot along Westheimer. It's easy to miss for first timers, especially since they're not the only taqueria on wheels in the vicinity. Usually there are folks huddled around the truck during lunch time but the crowd tends to dwindle after 11pm. The waits are minimal and the staff is bilingual and friendly. While the $1.50 tacos sound like a deal, they're actually the smaller, two bite taquito (#2) versions instead. I don't mind them, even though they can be had for a $1 just further down the road. Of course they serve more than just tacos, there are sincronizadas, gorditas, burritos, quesadillas, and even hamburgers. Their claim to fame are their tortas, but it should be noted that they also sell machetes as well. The fajita meat is tasty. They've got one of the better variations that I've had along this stretch in west Houston and I would say the same for their campechano. Chicharron is also solid, as is their tripe. Their chicken and barbacoa is decent, but a slight departure from the rest of their meat lineup. I am fairly certain it's cash only. There is no outdoor seating and most everyone is doing takeout. My kid and I both locked in on the #6 Brisket & Queso Burrito ($10.99). Let me say this clearly: This burrito is massive--and they don't skimp. Every bite hit. The brisket was flavorful, the queso tied everything together, and the tortilla had its own personality, instead of just being a wrapper.
