Brought my wedding set to them after getting it back from another jeweler who left my prongs filed…read moreoff and stones loose. They had to completely rebuild all the damage. They explained every step they had to take to do so. They did an absolutely amazing job. My rings look beautiful! I can feel the weight difference in my hand and the prongs and channel set seem strong and are perfectly symmetrical. The stones have all been beautifully polished and cleaned. She treated me like I didn't even matter. I brought in an earring I ended up getting appraised for over 200$ . She offered me 13$. I wasn't even fully interested in selling it, which is why I brought it to a "jewelry store" instead of a buy gold place. She weighed it behind a table where I couldn't see. The market value on 14k white gold is 54$ today the earring weighed almost three grams. There are diamonds in it that she told me weren't worthless that the next place told me quite the opposite. We had been customers of Hannoush Jewelers since they opened at the Galleria and purchase items…read morefrom them 2 to 3 times per year. In August 2014, we ordered a new setting for my 20-year old engagement ring due to the wear and tear on the original ring. I received the ring in September. In April 2015, I happened to look down on finger and saw that the entire middle setting and stone was gone, leaving only the post that the setting should have been soldered to with no residual solder evident. We brought the ring back to the Middletown store where the salesman examined the ring and told us that the loss of the setting was a manufacturing flaw and they would take care of replacing the setting and stone. At the end of May, we received a call from the store manager that the Hannoush brothers had determined that the loss of setting was due to me "hitting it on something" and not their fault. I believe that if I had hit my hand on something hard enough to tear off a properly soldered gold setting from the prong, that I would have felt it and would have most likely have damaged the other two stones/setting. I understand that shoddy workmanship can occasionally slip through the cracks. The Hannoush brothers refusal to admit that they made a mistake and make it right is unforgivable. There is no way we will ever step foot in that store again.

I work until 7 and rushed to pick up my bands as it was sent out for polish and cleaning for over 2 weeks. This is unacceptable.
