A total of 6 stones have fallen out, and also my engagement band, from the vera wang love line, has to be repaired for a diamond and sapphire stone loss. Each time the repair time was much longer than anticipated, in fact the last time after 6 weeks, I called to check on it only to find out it hadn't even been sent out yet. Manager is full of excuses. Will be going back this evening to pursue other options.
