The ladies at the front were very friendly and welcoming. The beauty treatment waiting room is cute, smaller but has a coffee machine, sodas and water, snacks and more. I love these little touches! My provider was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me and get to know my goals in getting treatment. She went over suggestions and several options and I felt very comfortable. Process was same as every other time - little pinching here and there but totally doable. They also give a little cold pack for you to take.
