I've been getting cut down in the South Bay and needed a new barber due to my relocation and did my research. Come to find out I ran into one of the best Barbers I've had in a while. Yes, I went ALL the way from union city to Livermore to get my nephews hair cut and yes I booked two weeks in advance and it was well worth the wait and the $6/gallon gas. The barber who cut my nephews hair is Ivan Ruiz and he is so AWESOME. Not only did he give my nephew the exact style he wanted, which we found off Pinterest, but he also was very informative, friendly and just mad cool. He made me nephew feel comfortable and he was so professional and easy going. My nephew really enjoyed his experience and on top of everything he left lookin FLY!! I had questions on how to style this new hair cut cuz I didn't know how and he showed me how to and what products to use as well. I would give this place negative stars if I could. The guy who cut my hair, I'm pretty sure he had a buzz cut. Barber (female) doesn't even listen and has poor barber skills. I asked for a low fade and she cuts a high fade. The part and line up was was a straight up joke. It was the day before my wedding and my barber I go to regularly is no where to be found, so in a frantic scramble to find another barber I came across shop owner Steve who stayed after his last cut to take care of me.
