The transition wasn't always easy but they are so much better off now. They now understand what hard work can accomplish and have confidence in themselves. This has translated to almost every aspect of their life. The coach to student ratio is excellent for safety and there isn't much down time like waiting in line to do a skill. Classes emphasize on cardio and strength exercises. Classes helps kids in every other sport as well because they learn coordination, balance, and body position control. My kids are always tired after practice and are able to sit and focus on school work after. My kids love going to class so much I use it as a motivator to get school work and chores done lol. Brock trained Ruben Padilla now a athlete with the most medals in trampoline and tumbling and a Olympian. How many coaches can say that. Just try them out!!

Also, the instructors ALWAYS look unhappy and have a sullen attitude. They don't make any effort to discipline misbehaving students either. They do the bare minimum with a very grumpy look apparent on their faces. They're nice over email and scheduling but it's way too crazy and crowded. The coaches attitudes don't help either. Lots of other places for the same price with a more positive, professional and supportive staff that smile!

When I inquired with Kazio about their ability/willingness to work with neurodivergent kids, I was told it was definitely an option; my daughter just needed to be evaluated to see if she would benefit from a private lesson or could do a group lesson. During the evaluation, I thought for sure my daughter would need a private lesson; NOPE I was SUPER excited because it meant the coaches are really willing/able to work with a neurodivergent kiddo AND my daughter could be with her peers. All of the coaches here are fantastic! My daughter really loves coach Malik and coach Madison; they are great with her, ESPECIALLY Madison! Madison is patient, encouraging, understanding and helps my daughter believe in herself. Although my daughter hasn't progressed like many neurotypical kiddos her age, she has made progress her way and I'm very PROUD of her! Every week my daughter looks forward to gymnastics and can't get out of the car fast enough to run into class. Thank you so much to ALL of the coaches, especially Madison!!!!!

Long story made short, Igor opened his doors to us and added my 3 boys to his class. Igor gave each of them individual attention and provided a fresh perspective to help them improve. We knew Igor's son Sam from a competition in Las Vegas (where he ranked #1) but were not aware he was at this gym until we arrived. Sam was nice enough to share his experience with us. Very nice people. It is very rare to find someone as generous as Igor, yet alone have such a high expertise in Tumbling and Trampoline Gymnastics. I would highly recommend this gym as the level of training and attention to each athlete's performance is outstanding.

Before I often heard him complain about coaches and what he was learning, but at Tornado I have never heard my son complain or say anything negative about the program or coaches. He always loves going to his classes and very excited before and after his training. Tornado staff really knows how to create a very family oriented environment and I feel it's not about the numbers but all about each individual kid and family who are their members. They are very flexible with timing, makeup classes and other things. Their competitive team is awesome to watch and all the kids are very friendly and well mannered. I wish I had a daughter to try their Rhythmic Gymnastics program. It's so beautiful to watch and I just love their girls who are doing Rhythmic and their Rhythmic gymnastics coaches are strict yet very friendly and great with kids. Love that place.

Pros: facility is solid it has a lot of potential activities and different ways kids can grow and learn gymnastics. They also have a play area which is clutch for dealing with kids who don't have class at the same time. Cons: teachers look often inexperienced and turnover is common. First few months we had two younger but quite vocal and directed coaches. Now it's tricky. In my other class we have more experienced coaches, but midway through the class they tend to lose focus and kids are sorta all over the place. They have some odd rules and enforce or change them at what seems random. Sit in the wrong spot? They'll announce a general warning not to do that. Bring your kids to the door that they used to let them in last week that without warning was changed to the other one? You bet that's gonna be a public service announcement about you messing up. Overall: experience is going to be class dependent especially with the teachers. If I knew there was a clearly better option I'd probably take it. As of now I believe USC is probably the best option in the area.
