Angel caught something on my mammogram and I was indeed diagnosed with breast cancer. However, it was very early (stage zero -- and Angel caught it!). I will never go anywhere else for mammograms. Even though they don't have a labor and delivery unit, they were still able to accommodate me at 26 weeks pregnant with compassion and care. The entire staff was so pleasant and genuinely kind it made a stressful situation feel so much lighter. They even shared a few laughs with me and talked about themselves, which made it feel more personal and comforting. The facility was also very clean. A nurse asked my concerns, when my last exam was, noted the information, but the PA seemed unaware of what I told the nurse, as she asked me again what I was there for. They were not thorough, only dealt with 2 of the issues that I brought up, did no full body exam for problems or potential problems, then ushered me out to pay. Not recommended.

I felt very uncomfortable with so many people listening (whether they had bad intentions or not). Next, on both occasions, the receptionist seemed like I was truly inconveniencing her by being there. Double check that you won't pay less out of pocket - an ultrasound is $260 here. "Radiology assist" (website, google it and thank me later) offers out of pocket ultrasounds for $115. Why do I pay MORE with insurance? Because they bill your insurance company like $4,500 for a scan, then insurance "helps" by paying "$4,000" and then you're stuck with a giant bill still. The quality of healthcare is fine - they've all been so mind! But they absolutely charge WAY too much for stuff you can get done elsewhere for MUCH cheaper. I'm honestly in awe that they're charging me what they are when I HAVE insurance. If you have insurance and need lab testing/scans done, PLEASE look to pay out of pocket before you go here. You will 99.9% likely pay less than what you're billed here. Use Radiologyassist.com and find cheaper alternatives.
