Honestly this is my go to furniture store. I've bought my sectionals and dinning table from here and recently just updated my furniture and bought from living spaces. The two times I recently went I was helped out and was informed with the deliveries which were no additional costs. I was surprised at how quick my furniture was delivered properly. They also have a great variety of different furniture and has lasted me a while from past purchases. Definitely recommend. read more

Our overall experience at this location was great! I had my eye on a specific couch on the Living Spaces website, and the Menifee was the closest location to me that had the couch on display in the showroom. My girlfriend and I made the drive down after work it was approx. 45 mins before they closed. We ended up finding the couch I was looking at in the showroom as well as looking at some others as well. The young lady that helped us out was great she provided us with a set of different colors and patterns we could choose from on our couch. We ended up finding the perfect color and configuration for the couch. Because the Labor Day special was still going on we were able to get approved for 24 month no interest payments. We did not plan on purchasing anything when we walked in but ended up leaving with a couch and very nice coffee table. Granted we did end up spending more than we initially had intended but the experience was just very nice overall I would love to shop here again. We can't wait for our couch to arrive and we really appreciate the team (specifically Holly!) helping us out especially before closing time! read more

I purchased a sofa in Jan 2023 and Aug 2023 it broke beyond repair . I did purchase an extended warranty . I was approved for replacement due to being non-repairable. Going to store in the menifee and our sofa no longer available and none in stock told me my only option was to buy more expensive and pay difference or buy cheaper and get store credit for the remainder . Also informed that the new sofa had to purchase new warranty due to old warranty would only go with a sofa which is not available . I asked for a refund and said no, store credit only . I spoke with the manager and called corporate and was treated horribly by this company . And your corporate said just apply for a credit card to pay the difference WHAT . We were being told multiple stories of incorrect information and we basically were given no choice but to continue to do business with living spaces . Pay more ,pay less ,get store credit no way around it we are keeping your money . There was no customer service from anyone to work with us the consumers . We had the sofa for 7 months and it was defective . Now I had to spend more money to get a replacement sofa due to no fault of mine . Living Spaces should have worked with us on the pricing of the replacement sofa and the warranty for the replacement sofa and nothing was done . We are seniors and are now also forced to have the broken sofa removed as they won't pick up . Which will cost more money !!!! Living spaces this business practice is so not right !!!!! read more

Living spaces continues to sell furniture that they can't deliver. They will tell you 4 weeks, then 4 weeks comes and nothing. Call and then get told for another 4 weeks. Now that 4 weeks is here and I just called and was told its going to be another 3 weeks. Then the damn Covid excuse is getting ridiculous. I was okay with that being a reason the first 9 months of closure but enough is enough You can only use that excuse for so long until you start getting called out and your company tanks. I have have shopped and bought furniture from Mors Furniture, and Bobs and received that furniture within 7 days. 2 different company's able to get furniture delivered within 7 days. read more

Out of stock on almost all their inventory. Pretty much everything ordered will arrived anywhere between 30-65 days. Also, I ordered a very nice Nate Berkus dining set and bench which were NOT that cheap. Two chairs had short legs and were not balanced. The table had all these wood defects that were very visible. I reported it the next day. They sent me another table that was A LOT worse than the first one. Maybe it was a floor sample. I did not accept it. One chair was okay but the second one was still not very balanced. I kept the first table because I honestly don't want to bother anymore. Be careful when you order from this furniture store. I paid for a table and chair set to be assembled and delivered to my address. Delivery time was scheduled between 9 and 12. The driver called me at 919 and a message was left saying they would wait til 926. I called driver at 924, 925 and 926 and they did not answer. There were 3 people at my home waiting and the driver said no1 was there. Now Living spaces is saying I have to pay an additional 175 for Delivery after I have already paid for product, Delivery, warranty and assembly. I was hesitant to come here because of some of the reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. All the employees were nice and friendly. Prices were good and there was a lot of selection. Sasha helped us and she was super cool and helpful. We bought a dinning table and a couch. Would not recommend buying a warranty on anything at Living Spaces. Bought recliners and purchased a warranty for 5 years. Had a problem with the recliners after 3 years and Living Spaces and their warranty company VIP/Palladio would not help me in any way. Palladio denied my claim several times and then chose to ignore me. Living Spaces stated they could not help once their warranty company denied my claim. Be careful with their "0% interest" financing product w/ synchrony bank . They sell it as if it were 0% interest forever but the interest is just actually deferred for 2 years. After two years you will get hit with a whopping amount of interest (the interest itself is almost as much as the original purchase). Suggestion to owner: please train your employees to better explain how the financing works and be very transparent with your customers about it . This type of financing could really bury a family in debt. If it wasn't for this I would rate our experience as 4-5 stars read more

I will never purchase from living spaces again. I spent ten thousand dollars on sept. 19th for furniture in our new home. I had to special order an ottoman and couch to match fabric. I was assured by the sales agent that the quoted time on my paperwork of 8-10 weeks is accurate. (Still have the paperwork stating this time frame) Fast forward to week 10. "Oh they should've told you more like 10-12 weeks". Well, they didn't. It's always an excuse week after week without real answers. Oh it should be done around Christmas... no wait New Years.... no wait second week of January. I went into this store a couple days ago and spoke to their cashier person who looked up the order and said well the account was on hold because of a dispute but from what I can tell it should be in the warehouse. Give it 2 days to refresh and you'll get an email to schedule delivery. 5 days no email. Call again "it's gonna be more like mid February". No compensation offered. Either cancel your order , sorry about it , or wait until we feel like making it. Also sick of the Covid excuse. I'm a nurse , don't talk to me about Covid delays lol. Your business is booming right now and you don't care about getting items out cause you already have your money. I feel completely lied to by the sales girl and by every single person I've spoken to from living spaces and in person at this location. Save yourself the stress and do not use them or order from them. I have given them multiple opportunities to make this right. I AM ON WEEK 19 AND STILL NO FURNITURE. Horrible experience .Ordered a recliner and they delivered the recliner but with 2 inch higher than the one we tried and they charged me for delivery. Called customer service and opened a returned ticket. They never called back. Drove with the recliner to return it and ended up being charged 25% restocking fee. We purchased the Revive Adjustable bed frame and purchased the warranty. About a month ago the remote to one of the bases stopped working. Be aware - you can not go into Living Spaces and purchase a replacement remote. I was told by an associate at the store to try a universal remote on Amazon, which runs over $100. Warranty process has been just as bad. We filed a claim and it's been 3 weeks since they confirmed the broken remote but no resolution. Do not buy the Revive bed frame because it is useless if the remote breaks. We have a $1,500 bed frame that we can not use as intended over something as silly as a remote. This experience has tainted our opinion on Living Spaces and will not shop or recommend any of our friends or family shop there again. Good evening I write to you today sadly and embarrassed by the service we received overall after purchasing couches at your Menifee location. We set a delivery date for March 23 to be delivered. The driver got here at 11:47 which I have on my Ring app Camera at that moment, my son came out and let the driver know that my wife had just left to pick up medicine for my son and had my on speaker and wife spoke to the driver to let him know she was around the corner and she was five minutes out and would be home briefly the driver let her know he didn't like that she didn't respect his time, my wife, shocked by his response apologize again, and told him she would be home in five. She got home at 11:58. We received an email that they would wait till 1203 and he also told me wide the same thing. When my wife got in she let them know I'm home. The driver looked her up and down in disgust and shrugged his shoulders and told her he would not be delivering the couches and this is where it all went downhill. My wife looked surprised by his response and told him please just bring my couches keep in mind you we spent close to $5000 for these couches and have waited close to a month for them. I threw my old couches out so I have no furniture in my living room. The whole time the driver argued with my wife for close to 30 minutes said he was talking to his representative which he wasn't lied on his report about feeling threatened by my wife. Again I have all this on my ring app. even though he sat there and argued with her, but I'm sorry when someone feels threatened they normally jump in the vehicle and drive away or call the police, which never happened. I called the living spaces spoke with representative and the representative assured me that my couches will be dropped off my wife let the driver know and whoever he was speaking with another representative and said living Spaces told him to go home. This went on for you 20 minutes I have this all recorded on my Ring and I didn't like the driver that the driver made my wife look like a crazy woman because I have film of all this on my ring camera. Takes off I drive all the way from Mission Viejo from work. I have received a call from the manager at Living Spaces Menifee. they assured me my couches would be back today. If it wasn't it would call me back by 5:30 PM. Guess what? Never got a call back so I went to the store and all I got was people passing the buck. no one takes responsibility and blames everyone else I was called a liar one of your representatives I was told that would be followed up on on Sunday. The person that called me back to make sure that everyone else called me and I'll that was Vontrey. I got a call from your warehouse from a lady called Brianna. Talk to her said she would email me never got a email. No one no one is taking responsibility. We were mistreated, respected and belittled by living Spaces. I am embarrassed to ever do business with your company again if you have any questions or need, please have your market Director or manager call me. I don't want to talk to anybody at the Menifee location because no one takes responsibility of anything. It's Wednesday now and still no call or resolution. I asked for a district manager to call me or store manager and I'm still waiting. I'm sorry I spent $5000 at your store. I know it's not a lot to you guys but I saved up for the special couches for my wife , and now we have no couches and a horrible experience. I received the complete white glove treatment from the moment I walked in the door. The greeter was pleasant and not pushy. I was pointed in the right direction and was greeted by yet another person on the bedroom area. They were done for the day and I was then assisted by Cinthya. She was laid back super patient and Knowledgeable did I mention PATIENT!!!? She put up with me as I picked my bedroom set MATTRESS and additional fixtures. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. After I picked out my items, I was assisted and finalized all my paperwork with Omar. He did not disappoint; yet again professional and courteous. I don't know about these other reviews I was legit expecting some BS but experienced the complete opposite. Highly recommend and also will be purchasing in the future. read more

We purchased furniture 4 years ago w/warranty. the warranty if you don't use it, you get a portion back. 4 years later, my we didn't get notified. Khalil @ the store looked up our info & stated that we're supposed to get notified in 01/2023, but they never entered it into the system so figure it out. Khalil left us a msg that a credit would be granted just as long as we spend 2x the amount. On 03/13, we identified two desks. At the time of purchase, the refund & exchange policy were explained to us, but failed to inform about the credit.On 03/15/24, both desks arrived already put together off the truck. 1st desk arrived unscathed and in perfect condition. 2nd desk:screws were stripped & it was severely scratched so the driver took them back & we did not accept the condition. 20 mins later, my husband went on the website & found another desk. he contacted customer svc to ask if we can just do the exchange paying the difference & have them deliver the new desk. He was told to wait for a call regarding delivery of the desk so that we can order the new desk. We informed about our discount and they weren't sure that he would have to go to the store about the credit. 03/16/24 we get a text that the original desk would be delivered on 03/17/24 which we called and told them not to schedule it & we are trying to get a different desk.03/17/24 we got text in the that the original desk would arrive on 03/18/24. 03/17/24, my husband decided to get this resolved with the Menifee location. A lady behind the counter was speaking to my husband. My husband described this lady as bing irritated and had an attitude. my husband called me.I could hear her saying "no, we can't take that discount & apply it to a new desk. The system won't allow me to do that." My husband proceeded to ask if there's a manager he could speak to and she replied that she's the manager. I called customer service &explained what has transpired. The rep said she didn't understand why the store refused to help us & that they should be able to honor the credit or offer a solution to us. 03/18/24, we decided to make ANOTHER trip to the store to speak with any other manager but the lady my husband had interaction with. The asst mgr Vontre greeted us and we explained. he diverted us back to the same lady my husband did not want to talk to because it was like talking to a wall. this lady still didn't offer any solutions and rather kept shutting us down. She then proceeded to say "so i still have your original desk. Do you want it delivered or do you want me to return it?" My husband decided that he was completely unhappy with how we were treated that he will just return the desk. At the end of this conversation, we asked for her name and she said I told you my name is Jasmine and we asked for her last name which her response was it is Jasmine R. I don't need to give you my last name because I am the only Jasmine here. Today, 03/19/24, I made it a thing where I would make sure our voices were being heard. I went to the website and the online chat turned on. Nelly was on the chat and listened to everything I typed and even made it a thing to apologize to me for ur experience with the store. Nelly made it a thing to escalate it to her lead and making me aware that they would try their hardest to find a solution. Nelly did as promised and informed that the credit couldn't be given but a ticket would be put in for the matter to be reviewed. This evening, we received a phone call from supervisor Lindsey and I assume she does not work at the Menifee location. In the end, our issue was resolved by Lyndsey and Nelly who do not work at the Menifee store. Jasmine R. needs retraining on customer service, problem resolution, empathy and interpersonal communication. If you are having a bad day, please don't bounce that onto customers. She was giving us an ultimatum and putting a gun to our heads. I was going to give 1 star but Nelly and Lindsey made it better and they and only they resolved our issue. read more

On 4/16/23 I went into the Living Spaces Store in Menifee to purchase a 32x68 wall mirror to be delivered to my home. Was sent confirmation email of the delivery date and time and was informed if I am not home during the said delivery I will be fined a extra charge. On the said delivery date I called off work and was home ALl day with no delivery and no call as to why no delivery was made currently waiting for my refund.. needless to say although I am a returning customer with Living Spaces I will reconsider ever shopping there again ..I am only rating 1 star because there are no options to rate lower .. read more

My sister and I went to this location to look for some pieces to furnish our house. As we were walking around we realized we were been followed by an older female employee. At first it seemed like she just wanted to see if we needed anything then we realized she was part of security. She followed us to the media space, the bedroom space and then later came up as I was speaking to the mattress salesmen. She did not address us or tell why she was following us but she made sure she had eyes on us the whole time. The atmosphere felt hostile and the only saving grace was the Navy veteran working at the mattress area. We left without the things we came to buy. There were multiple people in the store yet none of them were followed it was giving racist. read more

I highly recommend getting your furniture from another store. The quality is average at best. We purchased a couch and the cushions are already failing it's only 5 months old. We purchased an extended warranty and reported the claim and they refused to replace them. If you have defective furniture they won't help you. Very poor customer service and the pricing is very expensive. This should not happen with expensive furniture. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere. read more

The whole experience has been awful. -The sales lady wouldn't leave us alone for a second to think, everything we said she would jump on it and start pushing things on us. - spent 4k on a couch set and it's really low quality. There is a defect in the fabric and we are still waiting 3 months later for the repair company to come look at it. All the cushions are already sagging. Some of the seams are already splitting, this is only 3 months after delivery and they won't repair without a charge. And even to get the technician to come look at the seams it's another 3 month wait. - the whole construction quality was poor, I expected better for the price we paid. The wood has large knots right near the edge where it will eventually tear the fabric. The cushions were barely filled and are sagging a lot already. The fabric near the bottom front of the couch wasn't even pulled tight and stapled off completely it was just dangling down to the ground we had to staple it ourselves. read more

Our sectional, sofa and love seat were delivered today, a week before the date we were told! We absolutely LOVE everything we ordered. Avoid this place if you can.. there is many better options I am sure. They sold me a defected sofa which went on back and forth to show them it was not repairable while they tried to keep sending a third party repair companies to come fix a defected item. After finally getting to someone sort of higher up we agreed on a refund check which took another 8 months to receive. It was a nightmare I will never shop here again and on top of that their 1800 customer service team is a joke. read more

NEVER purchase from Living Spaces, ever! Spent a lot of money on a sectional - a year later, the cushions have ZERO support and the seams ripped in several places. To further my negative view on this company, I purchased a NAVY OUTDOOR umbrella 8 months ago - check out the attached pictures. It is now PURPLE with sun-faded stripes throughout. Filed a claim with Living Spaces and it was denied! The response I received: "Outdoor elements may cause the aging process to accelerate if furniture is not properly covered or stored." So they are assuming I did not properly care for my umbrella...NOT that their umbrella is complete and utter CRAP. Even if I had the damn thing wide open for 8 months, it's an OUTDOOR umbrella - you would think it wouldn't have faded so quickly. Don't waste your hard-earned money here. They couldn't care less about the quality (or lack thereof) of their products OR customer satisfaction. Lesson learned. read more

2/23/2017: Here's the update. After the chaotic mishap last Dec 2016. Living Spaces redeemed themselves. I absolutely appreciated the effort from the customer service to contact us. We have been sending emails back and forth and finally they took responsibility to replaced our rip/manufactured defect couches. They actually sent us 3 boxes in total for the month of January. The only thing they cannot replace was our greek design throw pillow. We were informed that they discontinued producing it. They sent a technician in our home sometime mid Feb. This guy manually stitched back the loose thread between the zipper and the open fabric. They use better material and has better inserts on their sofa covers. We are glad that you guys went above and beyond to resolve our issue. 9/10/2018 Another seam seperation. Bad quality . We barely use our couch but its just falling apart. I have to call the Service USA again for them to determine whether my sofa is serviceable or not. I have to wait 5-7 days for response. read more

I've never been into a furniture store and received no help, whatsoever. I asked one associate a few questions about a piece, and she talked to me like I was an idiot. Yes, I can see the dimensions, however I had specific questions. There were about three or four associates standing near me, and I could hear them talking about upcoming plans outside of work. Don't be tricked into their warranty package. I have one cushion that has an issue. I just want their advice as to how to clean it, but they will not provide that. I have to wait 2 weeks for a technician to come out to look at the cushion. Ridiculous. This would be taken care of so much faster if I had just opted out of this program and took care of the issue myself. I will say I do love my couch, that is the only reason for 2 stars. Besides the low-grade quality of all the furniture, if this store continues to enforce ridiculous mandates on their potential customers. I was harassed at the front door to where the compliance diaper. This is absolutely ridiculous. No one in this area is enforcing these stupid mandates. I have had a bad experience previously and I decided to give them a second chance. After all it has been almost a year since I have had a similar experience over similar reasons. My mom ordered a bed set in store for my brother. The lady that rang them up didn't even bother confirming the delivery address (which they had our old address on file). So little did we know that the furniture was going to be delivered to our old address. The delivery guys ended up going to our old address, and let us know that the address was incorrect. My mom let them know that our new address is only 2 minutes away since we live in the same neighborhood, but for some reason the delivery guy said that he has to go through his manager to confirm the address? Fine, whatever. Someone else called us back and confirmed the address, and said that the delivery guys were going to deliver it today. 3 hours later and still no bed! No one even bothered contacting us to let us know that the bed wouldn't be delivered today (mind you it's already 6:30pm and they close at 7). So finally after being on hold for AN HOUR, we finally reach someone from the delivery department. She said on the itinerary that an attempt to deliver was made at 5pm, but there was no one home/wrong address. That is a big fat lie because my dad was at home waiting since 4pm. There was no knock on the door, no doorbell, and we have a doorbell camera which showed NO ONE attempting to make a delivery. The delivery drivers literally had ONE JOB, and they couldn't do it right. Maybe since it was a Friday they felt the urge to start their weekend early? Anyways, Living Spaces sucks. Never order anything from them because you'll wait an hour or more to talk to an actual human over the phone, and their delivery drivers are slackers that don't care to do their job. read more
