So the salespeople in the actual store are AMAZING! I cannot stress that enough they are on point and so great. The delivery people also AMAZING some of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. The customer support GARBAGE AND I MEAN GARBAGE. They are rude, don't know what they're talking about, and very impatient. Oh gosh, they ruined the whole experience for me. So much so that I needed to write a review about my experience with them. We purchased an adjustable bed frame and Tempur-Pedic mattress. Love the zero gravity feature on the bed frame. Sales team was friendly and helpful. Surprised by all the negative comments because we didn't experience anything at all negative. Been back a few times to look for options for different furniture , and I love their zero thread count sheets (purchased two sets with our bed and another set for my parents for Christmas - they also love them). Do not waste your time or money on delivery from living spaces. The woman I spoke with in person at the store was great and very informative but customer service is completely useless. I ordered a couch and paid for full service delivery as well as extra to have them deliver it today. They claimed they showed up and knocked on my door and rang the doorbell for 20 minutes. I only received one call from living spaces customer service saying they couldn't reach me and they were outside so I went outside walked around my building 3 times, came up and down the stairs multiple times for them to not show up. The fact is they did not want to deliver my couch upstairs and lied. Customer service tried to tell me that I wasn't home and didn't answer? Why would I stay home all day to not respond to the door?? Make it actually make sense please. I was not able to speak with anyone in management because they were unavailable and now have to wait 24-48 hours for someone to reach out to me. And when I asked about a refund for my delivery, this man says "well they did come to deliver it". what? I don't even have it outside my door let alone full service delivery. My parents bought a furniture set from there and were told that everything would be delivered on Thursday. They got a call from Living Spaces on the delivery day, and since they couldn't understand English, I had to take over. I called to find out what the problem was and they said that one of the items was sold out, so they'd deliver it separately. We were totally understanding and said that was fine. Now here's the kicker. The customer service rep said that they'll deliver the rest of the furniture on Sunday. Since they'd deliver it on a weekend, we would have to pay an extra $39 fee. Um. Excuse me? So let me get this straight. You messed up our order, you called us the day of the scheduled delivery to tell us you messed up, you want to deliver the items 3 days later than promised, AND you want me to pay for your mistake? HA. Who in their right mind would pay $39 extra to have their order partially delivered 3 days later than promised? How come you just couldn't deliver the items that were not sold out on the day you said you would come? My parents scheduled time out of their day to wait for the delivery and now you want them to pay $39 to wait for you again? What kind of crazy customer service is this? Things happen, I understand. I'm not mad about the item being sold out. I'm just baffled by how they handled this entire situation. I've never come across a company making a customer pay for a promise the company broke. We're having the furniture delivered on Monday, 4 days later than the original scheduled delivery date because the customer service rep said she'd have to do a write up to escalate our issue with a manager. Knowing how these goons work, I'd rather just wait an extra day for the delivery because I probably wouldn't have gotten a response from a "supervisor" anyways. 2 months has passed and today they finally brought a new ottoman. The ottoman they brought is a completely different color than the original. It doesn't match the chair or sofa. The delivery guy was really nice, but told us "I can put in an order to have it replaced, but I can tell you it's going to take a long time before you get it". We purchased outdoor furniture, including a teak table at the beginning of summer. Within a month, our table was cracked and falling apart. We sent in a claim and they responded that they would give us a credit for the cost of the table (they would replace it, but no longer offer it). We went into the store to look around to use our credit and were told by the employee helping us that we had 30 days to use it and could use it on anything in the store. We asked if they could extend that as there wasn't anything we wanted. They extended it to 60 days. We went back in at the 30 day mark and found some smaller items to purchase to add up to the cost of the table. It was a Saturday. The employee helping us this time looked up our account and said since the credit was issued through the warranty office and they were closed on weekends, we'd need to come back on Monday but she would hold our items through the week. She also said 'there is a note on the record saying you can only use the credit on another table'. I was told they would call us on Monday after talking to warranty office, but we never got a call so we went in on Tues. to try to purchase the items. That tuesday, everything went pretty smoothly except one item, a lamp, they discovered only had 1 floor item, none in stock. We were told he could put in an order for one and we could pick up a new one on our pick up day with the other items. So we go to pick everything up on pick up day and the lamp they first show us is not new and the wrong color. Then they find the right color (the first one they tried to give us was literally someone elses purchase)..... still not new, a floor model that is totally scratched up and awful looking. We are told they have some items on back order, despite them telling us in store we'd be getting a new one.... since none of the 'new' items were in yet, they gave us what was available... the horrible looking floor model. We wouldn't take it and said we were willing to wait longer for a new one. He said that was fine, they'd push back the pick up date and we could wait for one of these back ordered new ones. We would get a call by 10/15. on 10/13, we decided to call to get an update. We called 5X that day and the next. The first day, the person on the phone couldn't get a hold of the pick up place to confirm that they had a new one. We were told to call back, so we did and then were told they would call us when they could confirm.... but never did. When we finally got a hold of someone who could get a hold of the pick up place, we were told that all they have for us is the floor model, but there were 2 new ones on back order which we can get in 2-4 weeks. despite the fact that we should have ALREADY been on the list to get these. Frustrating experience all around. We now have a falling apart table and are still waiting on said lamp...... I would expect a company to ship the lamp at this point at no cost to us just for the trouble... but apparently living spaces do not wish for customers to ever return. I know I won't be. read more

White glove service does not resemble what is described. Offered was assembly, placement of furniture and haul away of packing materials. What we got was do you want all the boxes in the garage or the house? There was no 20 minute notice to call ahead like they promised. Instead it was get here now or we are leaving. Delivery dates requested were disregarded. Offered any day except the one promised during the week. I believe they have already called in the co vid 19 card, although what that has to do with furniture ordered months ago? Slovenly delivery people. They want immediate reviews of excellent service! The stuff isn't even out of the box, have no idea if it's damaged, the driver is out of the it took months for the stuff to get here. And months for them to replace a dresser damaged in transit. After a busy few days at the office-instead of calling within 24 hours (Read your receipt-they WILL take your money if you don't cancel within 24 hours!!!) I called to return an online item 48 hours after the purchase only to be charged $50 dollars for the restocking fee even after I told the manager I wanted to find an item from their showroom instead of just picking an unknown item online. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! Ordered 4 dining chairs on a Saturday. Paid cash plus $99 delivery fee for delivery on Wednesday. Was informed on Tuesday that 2 of the chairs were on back order and could not be delivered. The salesperson lied to me and customer service offered no credible explanation other than "sorry". BUYER BEWARE. We purchased 2 identical recliners. One had a BENT FRAME. I informed the store immediately, upon delivery, in December 2019. As of 5/21/2020. I still have had no satisfaction. Living spaces refuses to exchange the recliner, insisting it can be REPAIRED with NEW CUSHIONS. I have NEVER dealt with a vendor that has such POOR customer service. BUYER BEWARE. Had to call every single day with no success. Just found out today (Friday) the item was never physically available despite website letting me add it to my cart and paying for it. Got a refund. Prices are great, but wow, how disappointing. Eek! Methinks not is correct! I am a first time purchaser at Living Spaces and I am disappointed to report it has been a terrible experience. I ordered the couch on 7/27/19 and scheduled a pick up for 7/30/19 Arrived on 7/30/19 to find out that only half of my couch arrived. Solution: free delivery on 8/4/19 between 8:00-11:00 AM Had that been the case, I would not be angry and would still have given a great review. HOWEVER, due to the lack of communication between departments and employees with myself, this is the result; 8/3/19 received a confirmation email for couch with a tracking link. 8/4/19 I called customer service line because I was unable to connect to the tracking link. I spoke with a female and she gave me the news that my couch was still in California. Infuriated I asked when my couch will be delivered, why was I sent a confirmation email, and when would I be informed that my couch wasn't going to arrive? All answers she could not give me, nor even attempt to find out. I asked to speak to a manager and there was not one available. The lady scheduled a manager escalation call ( which I never received). Later on that evening I called back and spoke to another customer service representative who could find some answers for me and scheduled me for a NEW drop off for 8/10/19 and offered me a refund of $54 and some change to make up for me taking a day off. This was insulting seeing as I took the day off and this was no where near nor equivalent fix for my time. While I am grateful that Living Spaces offers affordable furniture, I AM NOT GRATEFUL FOR THE LACK OF CARE EMPLOYEES SHOW. I have been inconvenienced twice now due to the incompetence of the those working at this company. Will update after Saturday. UPDATE: Received my couch! The delivery drivers were nice and set up the majority of the couch. I'm happy with my purchase but based on how 85% of my experience with living spaces was terrible, I will not return. I'm actually still in awe of what happened at my place today. I paid nearly 1000 bucks for a sectional with the speedy delivery and set up. I have family flying in tonight and needed the couch delivered by today in order for them to sleep on it. They came with the couch, tried for less than 1 minute to get it in my apartment, dropped it onto my wall, and left with my couch; telling me that it wouldn't fit. Told me they didn't have a number for me to call "you can just find it online". They tried for LESS THAN A MINUTE to maneuver the couch in my doorway. So I'm sitting here, 1000 bucks deep into a hole with....no couch....and no solution....their customer service line said there were no managers available for the next 24-48 hours. How is that possible? I'm sitting in my empty living room, almost in tears because my family now has no where to sleep tonight and the company still has my money. The show room is beautiful. The bed set and mattress we picked out were lovely. Janet and BEcky are very nice and knowledgeable. We had to set our delivery date 14 days out because of stock, which sucked but what can you do? Problem is this. Our delivery was scheduled for march 4th.. when we called to verify delivery time they didn't have us scheduled for delivery AND something on our order was still on back order. We didn't receive a call. Terrible organization regarding deliver and back orders. Michelle, the Store Manager was not helpful. She came to the front and started speaking about the delivery and issues instead of asking to listen. Biggest bummer is... the furniture is nice. We cancelled the order. Purchased a reclining loveseat in March 2020. I think it may have been damaged during delivery but when plugged in there was no obvious issues. Within weeks one side had a definite "lean" towards the armrest which got worse and worse over the last 2 years. We got the Carefree warranty with this purchase which was supposed to cover structural defects for over 5 years. When I filed the claim it was denied, I think because I stated that it might have originally been damaged during delivery but they never actually explained their decision. When I again contacted the warranty dept. and explained that there was an obvious defect in the manufacturing materials. They again denied my claim with no explanation. I could never even get a representative on the phone to discuss it. The entire process was handled online and in emails. So I pack up the wife and 2 little girls (11 and 6) from Southern Highlands and excitedly make the drive up to Summerlin 25+ minutes since we hit no traffic. Totally empty parking lot and as we pull up a guy comes up to our vehicle and informs us that they're closed for inventory. In store service from my sales person was impeccable. Pricing was great. I paid in full for my items and scheduled a delivery date two weeks out. With a delivery window of 8am to 3 pm, I had to take the day off from work. No one showed up. I called to verify the delivery twice today and was told my furniture was out for delivery. On my last call I was informed that the furniture never left the warehouse in California. Headed up there now for a full refund and to find out why they hung up on me during the last call. Waisted a vacation day for a delivery that never happened. UPDATE: I was told, in store, my items were out for delivery. I was told there was a delay. They told me it will be no later than 8:00pm. We found the perfect bedroom set and arranged for delivery and assembly and purchased the 5-year warranty. We really like the Caleb Eastern King platform bed but we had it for less than a year when we discovered that the brackets that hold the bed to the headboard were broken. We contacted the Uniters protection plan 4 weeks ago and have still heard only that our claim is pending. Meanwhile, my husband decided to try to fix it himself and bought similar brackets online - It turns out that the bed had been assembled incorrectly and that an important part was missing. One of the interior leg supports was missing and several of the brackets were incorrectly installed as were the slats. The bed had been creaky and squeaky for several months before the bracket detached and all because the bed was never assembled correctly by the Living Spaces delivery team. If you have them assemble your furniture, watch them carefully, and double-check to see if any parts or hardware are missing. We are very disappointed in the warranty service as well. Now that the bed is properly assembled it is steady and firm. read more

The customer service hotline is just ridiculous and full of rude managers and employees. Today's manager Angela kept cutting me off and interrupting me and was acting as if she's the only manager. Chose a dining table online. Was pleasantly surprised at their fair pricing. Easy to use and detailed website also. Went to the store in person to pick up our item. Decided to walk around to browse and also to look at the table in person for the first time. Did not like the table I chose at all. It wasn't ugly or cheaply made, it was just a different color and style than I expected. Husband disliked it more than I did. Walked around and looked at more tables to ask if we could exchange it for one we liked better. Husband usually doesn't have much care or opinion when it comes to furniture, but we both stopped to get a second glance at another table. Lo and behold, the floor model was on sale! Just then, an employee asked if we could be helped. He was unsure about a possible exchange and purchase of the one we liked better, so he called a Manager over. The manager was super helpful and said that an exchange was definitely possible. Walked up the customer service area while another employee processed our exchange. While waited all of maybe 8 minutes, we helped ourselves to free Starbucks coffee. There is also iced water and assorted teas available. The employee also brought us out chocolate chip cookies. We weren't even done eating them yet when she said our exchanged was processed. We headed to the back of the store where the pick up area is, and they had already packed up our newly chosen table. They helped my husband load it onto our truck and we were off. 20 minutes later, we were home and enjoying our already assembled, beautiful and sturdy new table. Now, to choose the chairs, and a new couch, and a new buffet. =) read more

But I ordered a special couch color from a couch we found in store and they originally told me that since it was before Christmas it would be delivered at the latest a couple weeks into January. I accepted that. Fast forward 4 weeks & I called customer service to check status. They couldn't tell me much besides it "should be" done in the next week. 5 days later they called to schedule delivery. On delivery day, we got right couch, wrong color. My bf was home but hadn't picked the color with me so at first didn't recognize they sent the wrong one. Had to chase down the delivery driver & then both called to resolve the issue w customer service. My problem comes when the "color" isn't descriptive of the actual color & customer service having an attitude with my bf about it. Curious Eclipse doesn't say "blue"...& they couldn't tell him what the color should be either! Neither the customer service agent nor the driver but boy they wanted us to just keep it & shut up. It was resolved by them saying keep the one they delivered for now & they'd send the replacement in another 4-5 weeks. They also failed to mention there was a different order number assigned to it. It was in week four that we got our correct one. I was smarter this time & asked the lady from the warehouse to double check the color BEFORE they sent it out& she was great. Kind enough to call me and confirmed the Right color this time. Funny thing, the couch cushions fit better on this correct one. The other one the cushions didn't fit the arm rests and the space between the two seat cushions gaped over 2 inches if two people were sitting one on each cushion. If I had kept that one, I surely would have returned it for faulty. Dunno what they do with those...maybe resell as is? I hope they clean it first as I have a dog and certainly don't restrict couch from him. Not messy or anything but if they do resell, they should be cleaning it. If I have any problems with this couch, I will definitely be posting here. read more

We needed new living room furniture. Chris at Living Spaces hooked us up! I like that the salespeople don't stalk you while you're shopping....but they are closeby if you have a question. Also, the delivery was perfect! On time, you can watch their locations on a map so I put have a pinpoint time of when they will arrive. The whole experience was perfect, start to finish. We will be back, for sure! Oh, and they have a lot of cool, fun decorating bric-a-brac stuff at excellent prices! read more

I really should've listened to the reviews but I figured I was ordering a small couch and there shouldn't be too much to mess up. I purchased the Egan II on 2/2/19. I was told it would take about 2 weeks before it could be delivered because I ordered the darker gray color that was not in stock so it was a custom order. I was ok with this. I received a call on Saturday 2/16 saying the couch was in and ready for delivery so we scheduled a delivery for Monday 2/18. I got a confirmation email and a text message. The day before the scheduled delivery they emailed me giving me a delivery window between 1-4pm. I cleared my day, didn't leave the apartment or even shower because I didn't want to miss the delivery. I work full time and I'm in the nursing program full time. Clearing out an entire day to wait for a delivery is not easy! At 4pm when they hadn't shown up or called I decided to call and see how long they'd be and the woman on the phone informed me that there was no record of the scheduled delivery or that I spoke with anyone on the phone on 2/16 and that my couch wasn't even in Las Vegas but was still in transit from their warehouse in California. Now I have another delivery scheduled for 2/22. I honestly don't trust that that'll even happen with how unorganized they seem to be and I'm very frustrated that I gave them my money and business because now I'm forced to wait on this couch to be delivered even if it means more wasted days sitting around at home waiting for a delivery. read more
