The worst customer service I have ever encountered. With the exception of our sales person who was wonderful to work with the rest of the experience has been horrific. My special order was delayed. They gave no notice on the delivery date despite our salesperson noting on the order that the delivery was to a vacation home in Utah and I would need to schedule the day. When I rescheduled the original delivery I was told that it would be on a Saturday so I could meet the drivers. They of course scheduled it for a Friday. Even though I paid for the delivery to be made to the third floor the delivery drivers balked until I told them I would compensate them. The sofa was damaged by a worker in my home and when I reached out to see if I could get additional fabric for a damaged cushion I was told they have the vendor information but because it was not a warranty issue I was not entitled to the information. I have to purchase additional pieces for this property and would love them to match the items I purchased here but I'm not a glutton for punishment. read more

I had the absolute worst experience with this location. I went on 2/19 and found a couch I liked, worked with Noelle, and she told me there was one couch left in stock and she had reserved it. They set up the delivery date for today 2/24- from 11 AM -2 PM. Because Living Spaces inconveniently won't take your old furniture. I setup for my old couch to be picked up on 2/23, so now it's 2:15 PM on 2/24 and I have no couch and haven't received a call to say they're running late or anything. I call the 877 number to be informed that there is no delivery coming and the next order of those couches is 3 weeks out- and that someone will reach out when the couch is in the warehouse. So now I have NO COUCH. The reps didn't care either- I said why would I get a delivery confirmation text if there was no scheduled delivery, and they claim it's a glitch in the system. So it was a glitch in the system that I didn't get the last couch, and it's a glitch in the system that I got a delivery notification. It's unbelievable! I have family coming to town, and NO COUCH. And good luck finishing any number to your local store to talk to the people who actually screwed everything up. I spent my entire weekend waiting on furniture that didn't exist. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I paid $100 extra for the full delivery service which includes removal of the packaging. They tried to fit the sofa through the door with the packaging and it was almost in, 1 inch away. I told them to remove the packaging and try again. Our favorite furniture store in Las Vegas! We come here a few times a month and always look at the great furniture they have. We always have our eyes set on this couch and we finally bit the bullet and got our dream couch! It is huge and the perfect color and so comfy! We also purchased two white nightstands for great prices! Customer service was great and they aren't too pushy. We added a carefree warranty for $150 with a great plan for our couch and two day delivery! Once the couches were delivered Juan and his delivery partner were awesome and helpful! In February I purchased a modular electric sofa, it was delivered in March per my request to have the delivery delayed for 30 days while I finished getting the house ready. The very first day of having it, it began making making a binding/grinding noise. I called and they sent a tech out who told me it needed a part replaced because it was bent. He said he'd order it, they would send it, I would call Living Spaces, they would call him and he would put the part on. Well after a week of hearing nothing I went in to ask what the deal was. I'm the time of waiting I wondered why we were replacing parts on a brand new chair. They initially agreed to replace it. Then the next day when they said someone would call to set up delivery, instead someone called and said they talked to the tech and needed to order a part but needed to know which chair it was to order the right part. Now that is weird, wouldn't the tech who took pictures of it know which one? So I went to the store and told them I don't want the couch and the manager politely told me it was too late for that. I obviously was not happy about that and he sent it to another department who called me and allowed me to return the sofa for store credit. I picked a replacement and set up delivery. When I moved the one they were returning (but actually not taking back) I discovered that the faulty piece had dug in and gouged my floor. The bent piece was what did it. How did the tech not mention this?!? Now my floor is ruined and the entire thing needs replaced because it is laminate and impossible to just patch. I brought this to their attention and they referred me to another department, who then referred me to another department where someone named Miguel told me he would be handling my claim and that in 7 business days another department would contact me to go over my flooring estimate. Well, that hasn't happened, he took two days to respond to my email informing him nobody had tried to contact me. He apologized and said they would contact me soon and to email him if I had any questions. It has now been 5 days since that email and still nothing. I wish I saw this rating before shopping there.. I am now filing with the better business bureau and looking into legal options to get my flooring paid for. read more

I paid for a FULL SERVICE delivery and installation and they attempted to deliver 3x. 1st was they were not ABLE to install the table, 2nd was I had to call on the day of re delivery 3/7 only to be told it was postponed to 3/9 that I would've not known had I not called and last and 3rd attempt, the table was installed but they couldn't fit it in the door and according to the delivery guy ITS NOT THEIR JOB TO DISASSEMBLE THE TABLE (it was attached) I even suggested to go thru the patio door but he said he does not want to be liable for DAMAGE...so what exactly can they do with the delivery and installation part of it????? They did not refund that fee that they charged for "installation". It was such a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!!! The items they sell are expensive but nice, sales associate were accommodating, customer service were helpful but when it comes down to it...if delivery and installation sucks (which is not free by the way) everything else fails....NEVER AGAIN!!!!!' Very disappointed with Living Spaces. The worst furniture buying experience ever. Like others, I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Extremely dissatisfied and would advise consumers to read the reviews before shopping with them. Wouldn't want any person/family to go through the frustration we have gone through. My experience in short: We were initially told our sectional could be delivered in two days. Called to order and was then told it would take 7-10 days. On day of delivery, I was called and told no delivery due to a missing part. Come to find out, the "missing part" was half the sectional, lost in transfer and now out of inventory. After many frustrating phone calls and follow ups, half the couch was delivered. In total, from ordering date, it took about 45 days for our entire sectional to be delivered. If wait time wasn't enough, the delivery people did not correctly attach the sectional and I needed to call for help. Fast forward two months and we're having issues with the cushions. Was told they need to send a technician out to access the issue and we're responsible to pay $100 for that - that was their policy with no other options to even be considered for a repair/replacement. Paid the fee, scheduled the technician.. a week later I called to follow up and was told there's nothing they can do about it, it's normal wear and tear. Needless to say, I will never shop at Living Spaces again. My friends/family have been warned. This is my warning to the public. read more

I bought a 5k sectional not even 6 months ago and the fabric is piling and worn down on almost every cushion. I contacted the warranty dept. and they said piling is natural then they have cheap ass fabric they sell for a premium price and as consumers we get screwed! Ok friends I normally don't vent via social media but I want to save people money and drama so here I go. Never ever ever shop at Living Spaces. I bought lawn furniture 2 weeks ago and paid in full 1700 bucks, the order said we could pick it up yesterday. I show up and half the order is missing (my couch) and it's discontinued. Originally I asked to buy the floor model and they said no so I am like no biggie I will take the floor model, except they sold it. So after an hour standing at customer service the manager says hey we will sell you the same set in a different color for 500 bucks more, no you can't buy the floor model we have right now either. We confirm the extra 500 dollar charge and they say yes because the furniture you purchased previously is dangerous and the metal will split and cut your kids and pets so we have upgraded the metal and cushions to outlast the Las Vegas sun. Needless to say we canceled the order and still haven't received our refund in my bank. This place sucked on all levels. I would have given no stars but that wasnt Here is my order #SO-004339678 Cust#C-010182409 I wanted to update this complaint. We returned our order on Sunday September the 23rd and now 5 days later we have yet to have the money pit back on our card today is September 28. I would give them zero star if I could. This living space company is None credit at all. We got several call and message to confirm our delivery on 10/3/2019 12pm-3pm. However my family numbers waited at the new house for 3hrs. The driver called, "only have one sofa, this is what he has for today's delivery". Kidding me? We spent more than four thousand dollars on two bedroom sets, living room and dining room. On the delivery day, you told me only one sofa is ready? I call the customer service, the lady told me " I don't know when your order is going to be delivered". This is how living space treats their customers. I'm very disappointed. We have always purchased items at RC Willey but it is extremely difficult to purchase items that are relevant to us millennials. This store, to me, is a live Wayfair of sorts. Everything is beautiful and the pricing couldn't be better. We spoke with multiple associates but Nichol went above and beyond in helping us with explaining the different tags, pricing and overall process. I bought the Jaden Fabric Power Reclining Sofa and Rocker Recliner in August 2017. Less than six months after the purchase, a seam on the Recliner started to separate. It was repaired under the manufacturer warranty. A couple weeks ago, I noticed the same problem, seam separation, on the sofa arm. I purchased the five year "Care Free Plan" which is supposed to cover just about any damage or manufacturing defect you can think of. It clearly states seam separation is covered. However, the warranty company keeps denying my claim. First they said it was "fraying" and not covered. Then they said it was normal wear and tear, and was not covered. Based on my experience, I would be extremely hesitant to shop at Living Spaces in the future, and I would definitely not fall for purchasing the alleged "Care Free" warranty scam. read more

My wife fell in love with chairs that fit perfectly with our kitchen table. We paid for our chairs and were told to pick up in 5 days. We elected to put the chairs together ourselves. Upon pickup, the chairs we put together. Wow, great! When we arrived home, 3 of 4 chairs were missing the stabilizers and 1 of the chairs was separated from backing. We called, went back, returned the chairs and rescheduled new ones for pickup. Today when I went to pickup the chairs, two of the chairs were the same way and the other two in a box. The pickup employee, super nice and friendly, said "they probably just wrapped up the ones returned and ordered two more" I went inside to get my money back, the cashier did not once apologize or offer any explanation as to what or why this happened. Living Spaces had the mattress we wanted. Jules was a nice enough sales person to narrow down the different options for our mattress set that we wanted. She also gave us some good discounts as they don't have the accessories that are part of certain mattress deals. We were very excited for our mattress purchase and couldn't wait for it to be delivered. All that was said was that our mattress would be removed and taken care of during delivery. We were never told that we had to bag our old mattress in order for them to take it. The delivery people showed up and told us that our mattress was too stained and it was supposed to be bagged and ready to go for them. They came in and out of our home several times and I heard them complaining my old mattress was a "heavy ass mattress" They delivery person explained they could not haul away my mattress and since there wasn't enough room that my delivery would have to be a drop off only and nothing would be assembled and ready to go as was promised when we bought it. I declined the delivery and told them to take it back that's not what I was promised. I called the 1-800 number and they did not care about what went on or that I was upset. No apology just call back in 24 hours and we'll refund your money. I went to the store and Jules seemed to care and said she would be writing emails and would find out what happened. I showed her pictures on my phone of my mattress and the space in my bedroom and was told that was more than sufficient as my master bedroom is quite large. When I tried to receive my refund in store I was told that since the delivery drivers weren't back yet they could not process my return. Again, no remorse or apologies from anyone. So apparently Living Spaces doesn't care if their customer is unhappy and will just return the money and more on to the next poor schmuck. Highly upsetting, but I guess Living Spaces is making enough money that they don't care. read more

5 stars! Hands down. Enormous 100,000 sq/ft+ showroom. Employees do not sell off of commission, so they are not hounding you, they genuinely just want to be helpful. The furniture selection is very eclectic, ranging from low to very high end , Amish hand made furniture. A sight to see alone if you ever wander into this store. read more

I will just add another bad experience to the others here. We are new to the area and had been searching for a sofa for weeks. We found a nice one at LS and it was delivered on time. Within a week I contacted customer service about uneven stitching and ill-fitting cup holders on the sofa console. Days after delivery, we had a flood in the next room due to a broken drain pipe. The restoration team came in and set up huge fans and turned on before I knew what was happening. The star lilies I had in a vase blew onto the couch leaving a yellow stain. Since we had purchased the warranty for that kind of thing, I added that issue to my service request. They wanted photos which I sent. One month later, they responded with "nothing covered." The sofa is not wearing well. I'm going back to store and complaining about all this. They at least should replace the console and send a tech to deal with the stain. There is no point in calling as they tell you to put it in writing. But, I'm not letting this go. Potential shoppers: move on unless you have an attorney on call. read more

In July of this year 2019 we bought a sectional and a big area room rug from Living spaces in Sumerline Las Vegas. We had to leave town for about 3 months and after returning and vacuuming this rug has started to unravel and fall apart. It was 500 Dollars. I felt it was to expensive but the wife loved it so we bought it. I went into the store to talk about it. They said no problem. Its got a 1 year warranty on it. Just call this number. Take some pictures. Never heard back for almost 1 week and got and e mail saying it wasn't covered. Not even a phone call or lets look at it. Just Warranty claim denied. The sales associates are so incredibly helpful and understanding with what you're looking for. Almost all of their couches are customizable to any fabric or color you want and you can even customize the size and style of couches. We purchased our dining room table which was also customized to what we were looking for along with our sectional couch which both look absolutely amazing. I would and have been recommending this furniture store to all my friends and family. Their furniture is high quality and the warranty you can purchase is amazing as well.
