I'm a woman in my early thirties. I started working out more than three years ago and was on a strict diet. I did everything I could to be healthy, but the scale still showed 220 pounds. After almost two years, I managed to lose 30 pounds and was feeling pretty happy. But then, I started to feel stagnant. I lost a few pounds here and there, but that was about it. I was disappointed with myself and felt bad about my self-esteem. So, I decided to look into surgery options. But I must admit, I was scared. I had seen videos on social media and wasn't sure if that was the right decision for me. I looked into other options, including weight loss shots. I had heard about them, but I thought that they weren't for me when they started gaining popularity a few years ago. But now, they seemed like a better option than surgery. I researched the GLP-1 and was pretty sure that I would give them a try. When I was ready, I wanted to a clinic that I could trust and that could help me achieve my weight loss goals. I searched Yelp for "clinics to lose weight" and found some near to me. I read the reviews and, when you look at a place that everyone says is good, you can't help but be skeptical. That's why I like to read the negative reviews too. (I work in customer service, and I know that unhappy customers tend to discredit good places.) I decided to give this clinic a try with Lindsay. That was three months ago, and I still remember how nervous I was that day. But the staff was so nice and professional with me. Lindsay recommended me tirzepatide, and now I'm a completely different person. (I shouldn't tell you my weight, but it's now 159 pounds.) I know I've lost more than 30 pounds in just three months. But let me tell you, this isn't magic. You have to put in a lot of work for yourself. Take care of yourself, go to the gym (but you don't have to live at the gym), drink a lot of water, and eat healthy. (You know just follow the rules) Lindsay and the staff aren't your mom. They already have a lot of days that they are not open like Tuesday and Thursday and Sunday I believe. So if you don't get an answer don't waste your time driving there. For treatments I'm trying the semiglutide. My experience so far is it's slow and start you on low dose that works for 2 weeks but since it's new they really can't give you answers. If I were you I would move up on doses after the 2-3 weeks. I haven't seen much progress but hoping to move up and see better results. I'm on week five. Also if you want to move up on doses make sure to call and ask if a doctor is available to move the doses up. I can last week and I was not able to move up doses. The doctor was not available.

I bought a Morpheus 8 session here as a birthday gift for a friend in June…read more She had concerns about how the treatment was performed and asked the office for her treatment record, specifically the settings that were used. She emailed twice and got no reply. I called the office twice and emailed twice as the person who paid. No response to any of it, over 14 days. I wasn't expecting a detailed response since it's her medical record but responding to one of us would have been nice. During her session she noticed the handpiece being lifted off her skin at the moment the device fired, three or four times that she counted. Those felt like a sharp shock at the surface rather than the deeper sensation she remembered from her previous treatments elsewhere. Her session was one pass. Her prior treatment elsewhere was two passes with the handpiece held in place through each pulse. Afterward her skin looked different from last time as well. Of course recovery varies and that redness isn't a measure of anything on its own, so nobody is claiming the treatment did or didn't work. It's too early to know. The support staff was honestly amazing up until the service itself. Then they just sort of disappeared (which is very odd when she requested details of her record). What I can speak to here is what happened after. A patient asking for her own treatment record is a routine request, and being met with silence is not what I expected from a practice with this rating. If the office reaches out to her and resolves this, I'll update the review to say so. UPDATE: Filing a complaint with the medical board as we had someone reach out to us and indicate they cannot legally ignore the patients request for treatment details or records (I'm not the patient but the patient did reach out)
