I always have to reiterate this every time I review any business in this plaza, but it's one of the top worst plazas to find parking in Rowland Heights. Due to all the restaurants and businesses, it can become a PvP zone to fight each other for parking. So either come at an off time, or if there's no valuables in your beat up car, you can park across the street at 99 Ranch and walk over. This shop is SUPER cluttered, meaning there's lots to look at and shop for. Not only do they have beauty goods like make up and skin care, as well as the tools used for that but they have imported snacks from Asia (mostly China, but I think some from Japan), like chips and candy and such. The store is bright and clean, and all the TV commercials are in Japanese, which adds to its charm. The brand selection is mostly mid range, with high end products being rare. Designer cosmetics are very limited. The staff here was helpful, and every time I asked for assistance finding a product, they do a great job. The store is in a busy plaza, so parking can be challenging, but there is underground parking available, which makes it easier to find a spot .

Dr Yu is not just a Dr, he's an artist and takes so much pride in doing a job well done. It's nice knowing he won't let a single person leave without them feeling totally satisfied and beautiful. Everyone who works the front desk is so nice and kind too. They always greet you when you walk in, say bye when you leave and answer all of your questions. This review is to give a shout-out to Ashley, the sales associate, for her superior customer service. When I arrived, I saw the line for order pickups on the 1st floor. Since the sale prices were still active, I decided to make some additional purchases. When it was my turn at the register, Ashley retrieved my online order from the back storage area. She verified my identity and completed the process. She also rang up the merch I chose while browsing the sales. Please note, there was a lot of customers, several registers were handling customer purchases. A man to the right of me came by to pickup an order for four items. Another sales associate couldn't find his order. Ashley said "it's in the storage area on the shelf to to right. Look on the bottom row, there is a note taped to his order." How in the world could she recall this specific order and know its exact location. Another customer to my left asked for a price check on two hats she was holding. Ashley to the rescue again! As she was looking up my account number, she used a hand-held device to scan the tag of the hats and tell the customer the price. She helped customers to the right and left of me while handling my transactions. I requested a gift receipt for some of the items and she quickly and efficiently placed those items in a separate bag with the receipts. I like shopping in person to choose or try on my purchases. I bought towels, pajamas, and sweaters. Occasionally, the online order works just as well and saves time. The quality of the goods and products at JC Penny's Department store is very good.
