This place has really gone downhill. I've been coming for about a year but my last few services just got worse and worse to where I refuse to come back. 3rd to last appt - I came at a busy time and felt like my nails were really rushed so I decided to try coming on a different day. 2nd to last appt - I got a gel pedicure and there were bubbles and the customer service felt rushed. I started to realize this is becoming the norm here. Last appointment - I had a scheduled appointment and I waited for 30+ minutes until I decided this wasn't relaxing or worth it any more so I left. After 25 mins of waiting, the front desk lady gave me a bowl to start soaking my hands and she said "they're coming soon." After i expressed concern that $50 is a lot especially for no acrylic nails and just painting my nails .... she started talking in Vietnamese to her coworker ( most likely talking crap lol ). I can show an inspiration picture for my manicures and Kelly always delivers with accuracy and style! My nails also last for weeks until I come back to get them re-done again. To be honest, the only reason I ever have to come back in is simply because my nails start to get too long. My nails never chip, or break-- the design and polish will still look perfect. (I always do gel polish over my real nails). & it's not because my nails are particularly strong, or that I don't use my hands much because I do. At other salons I was a regular at, I'd always have chipping or breaking. Not here! Something that stands out as unique to me is that everyone that works here pays so much attention to detail when I come to get my mani/pedis-- to the shape, the painting, the design, the colors, the grooming... everything! A complete waste of money…read more I had a terrible experience at this salon, and I am never going back. They work is far from the Professional. First, the consulting was frustrating. The staff member didn't speak English and kept repeating "sugar" to upscale my service, even though I clearly chose the basic menu for the cuticle and heel care. The nail shaping was done poorly. I asked for a round shape, but it was rough and uneven. Even after I pointed it out, the technician failed to fix it properly until I took a photo on my phone to show the sharp spot. The cuticle removal was also poorly executed. During the pedicure, they skipped a hard patch of skin on my toe. When requested to clean it, the technician made excuses. They then proceeded to watch the TV while working on my feet, rubbing the wrong spot, which caused pain. Finally, before completing my service, the technician left to attend to another customer. Up on inspecting my nails, I noticed the tip were missing the top coat. They do not listen to customer feedback and lack basic technical skills. This service is definitely not worth paying for.
