The gentleman on the phone was very helpful in assisting me in choosing new tires, especially when discussing my price point. Unfortunately the tires I was quoted for over the phone were the wrong size for my vehicle once I got there, but Sullivan was able to offer me a comparable tire of the same brand for just a little more. They were very upfront about pricing, and I really like that they perform a 29-point vehicle inspection (you'd be surprised at how many places don't do this). They performed the services on my car in a timely manner, about an hour and a half, which was fine because they have a clean and comfortable waiting area. Lastly, my TPMS went off just as I was pulling out -- one of the guys came out, checked my car, and showed me how to manually turn of the TPMS light after he made sure all was well and good. He was a Volkswagen guy, which was a comfort to me! All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely return in the future.

I was relatively happy with the service .....so I thought, until I found out they were not being honest about rotating my tires. I marked them and they never rotated them (happened twice). The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

So I phoned and made an appointment at Grays of course. On my way to the garage with the volume up on the radio,..it was so loud I wasn't able to drown out the sound. I was so fearful of getting stopped. When I arrived I explained that I would need to wait in the waiting area. No problem. Within 15 minutes the mechanic came in and explained to me what was wrong, along with the cost and how much longer the wait would be. I was elated to hear that I didn't need a new exhaust or muffler! It wasn't going to take the better part of the day , nor the cost break the bank!!!! I really can't say, but I don't think it took as long as the estimated time ... My car was brought out waiting for me. It was a nice, peaceful & quiet drive home! Grays - Thank You Again!

There was a small error made during my service and when the team realized it they immediately took ownership of the issue and made corrections. They communicated honestly, explained what was happening and gave me great confidence throughout the process. I worked with Tom, Jonathan and Chris during my 2 visits and all three could not do enough to service the car and keep me informed - Great Service! I also met the manager Nate who very calmly used the issue as a teachable moment and brought his entire crew over to show them what had happened and how to correct it - great leadership! There was a time when this level of service was the norm but not anymore. That is what makes me appreciate it even more in the rare occasions that I do experience it.
