My son drove over a metal object and blew a tire. I was instructed by a relative to go here. So glad I did! I gave them the tire info over the phone, they ordered it and it was in the next morning. My son went in to have the tire replaced and they discovered his rim was cracked. They called all over to find a used rim with no luck. A new rim was over $500 so they suggested sending it out to be fixed. Before letting my son drive home on a donut, they inspected that all was safe. They sent the rim out and it was ready the next day. By the time all was said and done, the tire and welded rim was roughly $280. That's a fantastic price. A tire place in Woburn charged me over $50 to patch my tire. I liked that they went above and beyond to find an affordable solution and my son's safety was top priority. Turn around and response time was fast. I will be back in the spring to replace my tires!!! read more

I got my Truck back with my nice new MEATY Tires they mounted for $275.00. I didn't reach Rocco's Restaurant when my D/S/F wheel came off my Truck & ROLLING beside me!!!!!!! My LF front end, nose dived to the pavement & from the Grace of God no one was hurt by the ROLLING WHEEL down the street & I was able to get to the side of the road SAFELY.... I Came to find out that they had a Shawsheen Tech student changing my tires!!!! Had I been told that was the PLAN, I would have taken my TREASURED TACOMA to Sullivan Tire...... Last Summer I waited all day after making an appointment to just Recharge my Air Conditioner. I needed my car later in the afternoon so after 2 I began calling them. They said that it was ready. Great guys, my TPMS light showed up and i tot my old patch work was leaking air .. i didn't want to be driving back to NY with a potential leak , and i drop by the shop , they were busy and still accommodated me to take a look at the tire ( jacked up rear and removed tire to check with soapy spray) .. and low and behold .. there wasn't any leak .. and the tech confirmed that its not leaking .. i was so embarrassed and i apologized for it ... they said no worries .. and off i went .. definitely i will be back when i need new tires .. read more

I am a Wilmington resident of 22 years. I went to AAA Tire to get pricing for my wifes Ford SUV, one of the most common is America. The man behind the counter told me I'd have to ask my wife to bring the vehicle in. He said that he can't quote based on tire sizes provided by websites. Really? Goodyear, Firestone, Fahey, Hogan....they can! Okay, so my wife goes in (alone) with her Ford SUV, she tells the same guy, that she only drives about 5,000 miles per year and would like a mid-priced tire. He quotes her on Michelin and Continental, $1,000 for 4 tires installed. Really, those are your mid-priced tires?? Goodyear and Firestone quote between $500 and $750. AAA Tire lost a customer or two that day! read more

Bill was nice enough to show me how the whole process worked and exactly what they were doing with my car. Meh. First, yes I'm a girl so I have 'sucker' implied in my voice or on sight. Took an old Jeep I bought to them. The brakes were spongy. They talked me into a whole new front suspension. It had sensor issues after I got it back (engine would just STOP DEAD when I put it into reverse going into my driveway or anywhere after driving it a few miles). Only knew it was sensor issues after getting it back and taking it someplace else. read more

My car broke down in Wilmington and I live about 20 miles away. I am not too familiar with the area, as I just work here, and just started working here recently. I asked a coworker who lives in the area if she knew of any shops, and this is the first and only shop she recommended. I got my vehicle towed to them on Saturday afternoon when they were closed (by appointment only) I stopped by to let them know that my coworker knew them, and my car was getting dropped off. They told me they couldn't work on it until Monday, which was completely understandable since it was Saturday afternoon, and they were technically closed. They called me Monday morning around 11 am, gave me a diagnosis and a price, and were finished working on my car at 230 pm that same day. They were quick, fairly priced, and very friendly/accommodating. I couldn't recommend them more! read more

I like to work with smaller companies, they usually give you attention that you wont get from a big dealer. Not so with AAA Tire. I have "dry rot" on 3 out of my 4 Michelin tires on my SUV. I drove by AAA Tire, and they told me it should be covered by Micheline, but I would have to call them and get the claim set up. They gave me the phone number for Michelin. So I left, called Michelin on my way home. The folks at Michelin were nice, and said they would absolutely replace all 4 tires - but they were surprised the dealer didnt call them. They told me to take the car right back to AAA tire, and have them finish the call with me there. So I did that. The folks at AAA insisted they would call later in the day, and they will call me back that day, or the next, to let me know next steps. They took measurements and written notes on all the tires etc. I left and awaited their call. No call that day. No call the next. No call the next. So I call them back and the guy I want to speak to is "out on a test drive" but they assured me he will call me back that day. Nope. I sent them an email inquiry. A full 5 days later, with my wife riding on dry-rotted tires, they call me back to say "you know what, we don't make any money on these things, so we wont do it. sorry". Well, AAA Tire Company, you just wasted a whole lot of my time and patience. I hope this review helps others realize that AAA will not be there for them when they need it, and to find a different tire dealer that actually cares about their customers. read more

I stopped down here to ask them to take a look at my Tire Pressure Monitor System as it has been setting alarms for weeks. A tech came out and measured each tire sensor battery with an expensive tester. After confirming all batteries were ok he plugged into my van computer and re-set the tire monitor system and said try that and see if it works and when I asked how much I owed he said no charge!...What he did worked and I no longer have any problems. Many thanks to AAA for doing this for me, I plan to drop off lunch for them as a thank you.... read more

Short story - two cars, oil change and axle replacement - both done within an hour (and no appointment). Very reasonable pricing. Very happy. Long Story - Front axle broke on my Accord. Had it towed in on a Saturday afternon (about 12:45; they are open until 1:30) and before I could finish the checkin details they had already had taken the the tire and old axle off (It is an extra car and I told them there was no rush - but the attacked it anyway!). Wife was planning on getting an oil change for the Odyssey later in the week, but since we were already there I asked if they could squeeze in an oil change while we waited. 10 minutes later - oil change was done. I was about to go back home (figuring I would pickup the Accord on Monday or Tuesday), when they said the Accord would be done in another 10 minutes if I wanted to wait. Sent my wife on her way and waited a few more minutes for the Accord. So I got an axle replacement for one car and an oil change for another car - on a Saturday with no appointment and within an hour of closing. Couldn't have asked for anything more!! We were minutes into our five hour car trip when we heard a noise coming from the right front of our car. After pulling over we found a completely flat tire with a screw poking out. We drove to AAA tire and within minutes (literally!) they quoted us a very reasonable price for a new tire and had our car up and ready for the tire. We were back on the road in less than15 minutes!
