I was relatively happy with the service .....so I thought, until I found out they were not being honest about rotating my tires. I marked them and they never rotated them (happened twice). The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

There was a small error made during my service and when the team realized it they immediately took ownership of the issue and made corrections. They communicated honestly, explained what was happening and gave me great confidence throughout the process. I worked with Tom, Jonathan and Chris during my 2 visits and all three could not do enough to service the car and keep me informed - Great Service! I also met the manager Nate who very calmly used the issue as a teachable moment and brought his entire crew over to show them what had happened and how to correct it - great leadership! There was a time when this level of service was the norm but not anymore. That is what makes me appreciate it even more in the rare occasions that I do experience it. I was told that his mechanics don't work for free. I went in to pick up my car with answer why the car was making the noise. I was told that they took it for a test drive and said that the car was loud. That's all the information that I was told and That was the main reason that I took the car there was to get looked at. After picking up my car I went to a manichic, he took it for a test drive and looked under the car and with in 15 min he told me that it was the heat sheild he fixed the issue. Was told no problem, and price would be the same, or we can purchase the bulbs there and then would be no cost for replacement. Booked appt for grandsons car next day. He gets there and was told no appt was booked, had him ask if they could manage to get him in and lady said she could. Had him put me on speaker so we can confirm that no issue doing it for that specific car. Again, was told no issue. Grandson gives keys and leaves only to get a call saying oh sorry, i guess we can't do the headlights on that car. Are you kidding me! After asking twice about this! Never again at this store.

Had to turn around and go back - Patrick the "manager" refused to stay open past 5:00pm to help us. He conveniently "ran out of" wheel weights so he couldn't re-balance for us. He actually suggested we to the tire place down the street, because they were open until 7:00. So we had no choice. The other garage discovered all 4 tires were not balanced correctly, which can be very dangerous. A coffee-cup worth of weight was taken off of each tire!! Midas had also overfilled our oil. Stay away from this place for your safety.

Pulled in without an appointment first thing yesterday morning towing our…read more25 foot travel trailer, with a trailer flat that needed repaired and reinstalled for our five hour drive ahead of us. The owner came out, immediately came to our rescue and did what he needed to do. He repaired our tire, took off the spare and reinstalled the repaired tire all in less than 30 minutes.
