This is a good place for car products you need. We needed to replace our rear differential for our 2011 Lexus and the first one we got was filthy! It was from a 2010 Lewis with about 87 or so miles. It lasted about 7 months sadly, we got another from a 2012 about same miles, this one was in better looking condition. I should have taken a picture. Avoid buying anything from LKQ unless you want to be treated like a nobody. Parts will not arrive when promised and excuses will be made. After my part was 4 days late for arrival and many many excuses that the courier has the part out for delivery, I found out the part i needed, that was supposed to be here 4 days ago, my part was at the LKQ facility and I could have went and picked it up 4 days late, but I would have my part. Instead my customer removed his approval for $3600 in work and is taking his vehicle to another shop. LKQ has no respect for anyone nor do they have anything close to a professional attitude. I am not one to write bad reviews but enough is enough. I am a shop manager for three locations in the west valley. John B. is terrible to deal with at LKQ. This is a bummer because their pricing is good and they seem to have quality parts and good delivery. However, John will send the incorrect parts and then take months to have them picked up for return and credit. We try to deal with someone else and then get pawned off to John again because "he is our account manager". I have taken the necessary steps and talked to his supervisor multiple times and nothing seems to change. I only write this to forewarn people who might think of using them. And when your driver says "I don't know" what you need sir call the shop..... you don't stand by your business or to better your business. So I called them and gave them the part number that I needed. They said great it will be 56 dollars and it will take 4 days to get it. The Mazda dealership quoted 600 so this was an awesome deal. A week goes by and I recieve a call that said my Dodge part was missing? Dodge part? I called them back and they messed up the whole order and when they tried to fix it they wanted an additional 160 dollars. Bait and switch? I don't know. I had nothing but problems trying to return a defective part and even when the office manager Veronica got involved it all went to crap. She has no people skills what-so-ever. (Posting for a friend) "I don't think I've ever had to give one star rating for anyone. But I figure I'd have to share my experience to save someone else the trouble. I love the concept of being able to go to one place and they pull the part you're looking for from any of their sister stores. -for starters I was not impressed with the hours of operation. With a 9 to 5 Monday through Friday operation most people work during those hours. so you would have to take off work to be able to get your part if you are normal daily working person. - had significant trouble getting hold of anybody to just start my order. When I called all I got was a voicemail and even after leaving a message no one returned my call. After a day I attempted to call them back again and didn't bother leaving a message cuz I had already left one from before. 6 times I called finally got ahold of somebody and they said I had to pay for my part before they would ship it to the store. I got no receipt or confirmation. And I thought to myself "who did I just give my credit card information to". - after several days I had to call to find out what the status of my order was cuz nobody gave me any information. Of course this was again another 6 phone calls to get ahold of somebody. I had to actually dial a different department just to get somebody to answer the phone and they were able to give me my estimated arrival time. - once my part arrived it turned out to be the wrong part. They took it back and I talked to the salesman and he had told me he was going to order the right part and it would be of course several days before it came in. Again I got no confirmation and was told nothing about my payment that I had already given them for the part. - once the part came in a second time their staff said they attempted to call me but left no message on my phone. You would think that if you're attempting to contact someone that you would leave a message no matter what to let them know their part is ready . turns out it's also the wrong part AGAIN but I took it anyways because I thought I could make it work. It was a front seat for my truck. As it turns out the seat belt doesn't even work on the one they ordered for me. But that wasn't what was wrong with my original chair in the first place. I just wanted to get done with this. - while I was waiting for them to retrieve my chair from their warehouse I witnessed several people in line with me that had gotten the wrong Parts ordered for them as well. This seems to be pretty common with this facility. - after they retrieved chair for me they told me that they had refunded my money to my original card and I had to go pay for this one again. And again as well I had no information and no one told me they refunded my amount so I had no confirmation and no way of making sure that they weren't charging me twice while I was there. As it turns out they did refund my money but still a little unnerving. - so as you can see it wasn't just one mistake or one experience that drove me to giving such a low review it was several situations on this one part that just drove my rating all the way down. I don't think I'll ever deal with them or at least for a long time. It would seem as though they are set up to handle support for other businesses like repair shops. They're not so set up to handle public orders. So they may be good for other businesses but not for the average person ordering parts for your personal vehicle." read more

Been buying parts from this place for years only because the insurance makes us I verify part numbers and order parts 9/10 times its the wrong part in the box and or arrives late .. 80% junk parts terrible customer service, wrong parts over and over takes months if ever to get credit for parts .. I don't know how these crooks stay in business! Please do yourself a favor avoid this place like the plague!!! Spoke to several managers/sups in different departments and still NOTHING. I have Never had to deal with such pathetic customer service than with LKQ! I had ordered a car part for my car in March 2014. They sent the wrong part. It is now JUNE and it has not been picked up! I have called for months and their incompetent people can not find the loading dock to pick up one package. Dealing with the manager Veronica was by far shocking and unbelievably unacceptable response to a frustrated customer. She told me at this point I need to bring the part to them and they don not deliver car parts to peoples place of work. Aaahh Wrong answer!! I live an hour away and before I left my house I called and asked if they had the part I needed the guy on the phone said "yes we do" so I drove there and waited in line for 30 minutes just to hear that they didn't have the part I needed in stock. So why ordered it and they told me it would be there the next day. So in the next day came around I called again before I left asking if the part had arrive. We are lucky enough to work with Chris Whitten at least once a month. It is rare that we would need a used part, but when we do he is efficient, professional, and hard-working. We appreciate the time he takes to locate the correct part for us and not just sending something that may work. When it is a module or something that he is not familiar with he has us send him a picture of where to find it in the car, does a yard check, and asks questions until we determine it is correct and found. read more

First off I'm never one to write reviews because I don't believe in them. I don't like reading them because it's something you haven't experienced for yourself. Kinda like judging a book by its cover. But after the experience I've gone through I WOULD hope that my advice is strongly taken.... NEVER GO TO THIS CHAOTIC SHIT HOLE. Even if ur getting a good deal. This place is a scam. Not worth it. I went in and ordered my parts that were needed on a Thursday I knew I wouldn't get them until after the weekend. But I was told Tuesday they would be here. They were coming from a yard in New Mexico. I went back on Tuesday to get them.. and when I went in they told me oh sorry they aren't here yet... they'll be in by Thursday for sure! Well I had Friday off so decided that that was cool I'll give it an extra day even. And instead of driving the hour drive again I decided to call and see if my parts had come. First time I called I was hung up on. Second time they told me they would call me back and never did. So I gave it few hours and decided to call back. I sat on hold for 45 mins for them to let me know if they had it or not. So the following Tuesday (which had been an entire week) since they said my parts would be in. After sitting on hold forever and day again they told me that they didn't have the parts and that someone had picked them up. By now I'm beyond livid and ask them to show me the signature of who picked it up cause it sure as hell wasnt me. Told them to put a supervisor on the phone. But by now I'm told it wasn't someone who picked it up it was a defective part and that they will order one from Texas now and it will be here the following Wednesday. (2 weeks after what I was quoted for receiving this item) I said fuck it I'll try again but when I called on Wednesday... Guess what?! It was another defective part. So now here I am.. out of $100 bucks and still car less. You guys can go fuck yourselves and best believe I will never ever send business your way. Worst service I have ever experienced. We ordered two full steel jeep doors over a week ago. We paid $700 + to get high quality doors. We were told they would be there the following Tuesday. We then got a call that one of the doors was damaged so our order would not be ready. They promised to order another door that matched the one door that arrived in good condition. We got there to pick up the doors and the second door they had ordered was in terrible condition. They told us we could just take the bad door and have it repaired . We told them it would cost more to have the door repaired. They then made us take apart another door they had there and essentially rebuild the door that was in poor quality. We did over an hour of our own labor, they would only give us a $50 refund. While we were expecting to have to paint the doors because they were used we now how have 2 doors that have completely different interior colors and mechanisms on the inside. I have never felt more scammed by the run around we got. This was the worst experience we have had. We paid for two high quality doors and got one high quality and one in piss poor quality that we had to rebuild ourselves while at their store with no help from staff. DO NOT go here. read more
