Absolutely the worst manager in Autozone history works here. Bought a brand new battery in February 2025. Here we are March 9,2025 with a dead battery. I brought the dead battery in to get it replaced under warranty and he refused to swap it out. The first manager was going to swap it (like it should have been) but then this guy (the only one without a name tag) came over and belittled the employee right in front of everyone there. He then went through this whole thing on how he has to charge it. The other guy knew right away that it was dead. The not nice one said to come back in a few hours and then maybe get it swapped out. I have not dealt with such a rude manager in quite a while and was really surprised by the lack of professionalism. We will never be back to this particular autozone as I believe they are one of the best auto stores out there. read more

Alex is the best! My cars check engine light turned on while driving back from sky harbor to tucson on a Saturday night after most auto shops had closed. Despite his shift just ending, he scanned the code, called his friend who was a mechanic (twice!) and put me in touch with someone to help! Alex and the other workers (including Christian) gave great advice and were very knowledgeable. They really went the extra mile to make sure I'd be able to make it home that evening instead of waiting until I could get my car to a repair shop the next morning!! read more

Awesome! I am a very non-car-savvy girl, and I'm always terrified that I'll go into an auto-parts store to replace a headlight and they will just send me on my way, headlight in hand, to do it myself. Isaac put the headlight in for me, and wouldn't even accept the tip I tried to give him. I was in the door and out of the parking lot with a new headlight in the car in under 15 minutes. The worst experience ever!!! I literally went and purchased oil to change my oil to find out that the oil I got was so black and it was actually an old oil. A customer did a return and returned an oil that he basically pulled from his turn and the Autozone associates didn't even open or look inside the container to see if anyone is scamming them. So thankful for Emanuel F.! I had just been to a shop to fix all my tires so coming back from a last minute trip to find my car clicking and not starting, with also two notifications popping up on my dashboard made me feeling worried. My car isn't that old so I had no clue what was wrong, I figured it was the battery or the alternator. After explaining and showing him the pictures of what I was seeing we started with the battery. It was tested and only two lower than what it needed to be, he asked some further questions and we replaced that and my car started on the first try and no messages popped up. My car had been running hot lately and I needed antifreeze 50/50. I don't know much about cars (except drive it, put gas in it and wash it, ) I needed help with opening up the hood because I didn't see the release handle. However, ISSAC, found the release handle broken, it had to have happens when I had my oil changed. Isaac was a "Rock Star" and managed to get my hood open and assisted me with pouring in antifreeze. I got caught in the monsoon yesterday and realized my windshield wipers were wrecked from the heat! Thankfully I was right next to this autozone and pulled in 30 min before closing. So, the tow truck guy who jumped my car on a recent Sunday told me my battery was bad, and suggested I go to Auto Zone, since they would install it for free. He even told me to go to this location. Genesis helped me get the right battery with an amazing warranty (turns out the last one that had been installed in my car was substandard), deftly removed my dying one and installed the new one. She chatted with me about cars while she did so, and let me know that Fords are notorious for having easily corrosive battery connectors. She applied a salve to the connectors to help preserve them and then gave me the rest of the packet so I could apply more later, especially in the summer months. Her customer service skills were great- just being around a young woman who clearly knows what she's doing with cars was actually inspirational. I normally play the dumb, helpless girl who needs a boy to help her with anything automotive. Genesis made being a car chick cool. I will definitely return to this Auto Zone location, and hope to work with Genesis again. I did try to tip Genesis for her time and labor, but she refused, saying she would rather have me as a repeat customer, but if I wanted to say something nice on-line, I could do that. Not the largest of AutoZones, but still very functional and carries many parts. They offer friendly and helpful service. They see me a lot and they are always happy to be there. The parking lot is small so be careful entering or exiting. Their staff doesn't give you any noise when it comes to warranty replacements. Definitely a good team here. read more

Jr. was incredible! He was very knowledgable about all of my random questions. (I tend to ask a lot of them) I needed a new headlamp & battery for my Subaru, Jr. went above and beyond to help me out; my battery was toast, and he was very patient to install and even figure out the silly bracket that gave me years of headaches having to readjust and fiddle with it. He tightened and readjusted the connections on my terminals so they were nice and secure. THANK YOU!!! I have to laugh because I've swapped out my headlight on my own before. Took me about an hour... Jr. swapped my headlamp out in probably less than 2 minutes. I visited this autozone location late in the evening on one of the few rainy days this year. My car had recently started stuttering when starting so I went in for a replacement battery. Jennifer had excellent workmanship and readily replaced the battery. Her attention to detail and cleanliness with the battery terminals were also noteworthy. I'm slightly disappointed that I purchased the 5 year battery now because it might be a while before I need a replacement battery. If you're looking for excellent customer service, I'd highly recommend this Autozone. read more

This store has bad customer service and attention to detail. I ordered a power steering line. It was not in stock. The employee told me it will be here at 9:30am tommorow morning. I called at 9:40 am next day and Mic picks up the phone. I gave him my name he sounded like he was shuffling though parts and not looking my order up in the system. He gets back on the phone and says nope not here. I said really? I was supposed to get this part guaranteed by this time and I have my receipt and it's paid for! I said let me talk to the store manager and Jeff got on the line. I told him my situation and he properly looked me up in the system. Hmmmm turns out the part I ordered was there the whole time. Outcome BBB complaint filed against the store, corperate office upper management contacted for lack of attention to detail and looking up my order. I might just file a lawsuit. read more

BUYER BEWARE of their battery warranty. On 6/25/09 I bought a battery with an 8-year warranty. On Oct 15, 2010, I returned it because it had failed. On June 10, 2012, (today), I returned the replacement battery because it had also failed. When I went to check out, I was told that the replacement battery wasn't in their records, although I showed them the original receipt for the replacement. The employee called the manager, who told me the replacement was not under warranty, only the original battery. After specifically asking about a warranty on the replacement battery, which I thought should have started when I got the replacement, the manager explained there was NO WARRANTY on the replacement. He said it was like they had loaned me a battery to replace the original. So I then asked how much the pro-rated amount would be, and was quoted $64. Since the battery originally cost $79, I thought that was too much when it might only last for two years, and with a questionable replacement policy. Also, I had in the past had batteries replaced which were replacements for previous purchases, so I must assume that they have now changed their warranty policy. SO, IF YOU BUY A BATTERY, be prepared for the run-around. I gave two stars because they did replace the first battery. I also took my business to a competitor. read more

Looked on their website to see if they had a part I was looking for and according to their site they had the part in stock. Went to the store and could not find it. One if the associates looked up the part and searched for it and said they do not have it in stock. He then referred me to another store. Autozone should improve their inventory system so customers do not waste time looking for a part that a store does not have even though the website says it does. Also, while I was there I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes as only one cashier was working the counter and in the back there were three other folks putting away parts or something. Seems like providing a good customer experience is not their priority. This has always been my experience at this location. read more

They were too busy dealing with the mobile mechanics they had repairing vehicles in the parking lot to give me their full attention.
