On the pricier side. Tried the ube croissant as part of their lunar new year celebration special menu. They reheated it for us but it was still pretty mushy and not too crisp. Also cost $7 which was on the expensive side. Didn't try any of their drinks unfortunately.

Lm cafe was a great find while we were staying in NYC. The staff and service were great they were really kind and incredibly patient. The drinks and food were great. I got their American Dream panni filled with 3 eggs, American cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and a chipotle mayo sauce. This was a beast of a sandwich and can be easily shared between two people. Nevertheless this was a delicious sandwich if you order it come hungry. This is a great neighborhood cafe with great food and great and friendly service.

LM Cafe sandwiches and drinks were pretty darn good! One notable thing I remember was probably their stellar customer service -- staff were always really friendly. I don't visit as often anymore, but I definitely need to come back!

Great cafe! Delicious food as I got the Swiss turkey omelette with spinach and tomatoes and coffee. Great customer service and nice and clean environment.

Nice BEC, wonderful fresh squeezed orange juice, and just an overall nice vibe! What a hidden gem in the neighborhood! And great service to boot!

This is such a cute cafe. They had plenty of sandwich and quesadilla options. I ordered a chorizo and queso Oaxaca quesadilla which was pretty good, it came with a side of sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole. The woman at the front desk was very kind, welcoming and patient. The next time I come I will try their paninis or coffee.

Cute spot in LIC with friendly staff and reasonable prices. The WiFi works well too. The omelet wasn't flavorful as I expected but overall good portions and lots of bread haha hash browns are always good. Latte could've been milkier but maybe that's a preference you can make when ordering!

Within about a 4 block radius there is nothing of the sort like LM and so I'm glad I found it, now as a regular for my breakfast. First of all they have a lot of pastries that are made in house- I'm always there with a purpose so I have yet to grab a pastry to go, but they look amazing and they have quite a variety. Typically I'll get a latte- sometimes I'll grab a "chagaccino" which is their mushroom blend latte thing that's supposedly healthy and adaptagenic, but they have oat milk and other milk alternatives. Their prices are very good- my go to is getting an omelette that I can add 4 items to- cheese and some veggies it comes with potatoes (or home fries) and some buttered toast- so filling for less than $10. They have a wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods- it's great for people who work in the area. The woman who is at the counter is always kind and very accommodating. Sometimes for lunch they do get busy since it's such a great place, but the wait for the food is never too long. You can also get delivery if you dont want to worry about the wait The place is also CUTE! They have indoor and outdoor seating that is comfy and just a nice place to hang out if you need a cold (or hot) drink in the area.

Turkey & Brie with Granny Smith apple & honey mustard.

I can't believe I never been here. The turkey & brie cheese sandwhich had apples and honey mustard on it. I love the idea of apples on a sandwich it helps with digestion. Its a cute little place, kinda like a mom and pop spot. Customer service is amazing and they are following covid rules. My friend got the Cuba sandwich (Havana). It just fresh and tasty and I'm deliciously delighted. Their hours are different than their menu because of coivd19. I recommend you try them ASAP. Their outside eating area is simple and cute. Cheeseburger Deluxe will only run you $8.00, which is amazing. I love that they have different kinds of cheeses. I'm definitely trying the house specialty quesadilla it has Chorizo & Oaxaca cheese.

This place was super cute & perfect to get some work done on a Saturday afternoon. Staff was very friendly & food came out quick. I got the vegetarian wrap which was a little dry but I asked for balsamic vinaigrette on the side & it was perfect after that. Their lemonade is also really refreshing. I took a slice of their blueberry cake to go and wow it was good! Definitely worth checking out for a quick meal or snack.

They have a table to pickup preorders so you don't have to wait in the main line. I ordered a dozen for $39. You can select your assortment. Here's my review in order from the best to the least desirable, according to our group. Vanilla custard- the filling was thick and speckled with vanilla beans. It wasn't too sweet. This was the best according to our group. Strawberry filled- this is most traditional and Breads Bakery does a nice job. The jam is homemade. Pistachio- this doughnut was filled with smooth pistachio cream and was topped with a few pieces of pistachio. Not traditional, but they did a good job. Chocolate- the filling tasted like a semisweet or bittersweet cream/custard. Like the others, it was smooth. The vanilla was more popular among our group and I personally didn't love this doughnut. Mango- this was the one that those in my group felt missed the mark. It wasn't cloyingly sweet, so that was good, but the filling didn't do anything for us either. If you're looking for a mango dessert the one at Lysée is a real winner.

When I moved to the UES, I was worried finding a new local roaster. I've had bad experiences where the beans are too oily or something is off that messes with my usually grind size/extraction time. No issues with Oslo's beans. 2. They actually know how to make a proper americano. Every coffee shop takes a standard cup, puts in the espresso shot, and then fills hot water to the brim of the cup. This destroys the flavor of the espresso. You end up with hot water that tastes slightly like coffee. Oslo chooses quality over quantity. They don't fill the water up to the brim, so you have a cup with 2/3 of liquid; however, this is a proper americano. You can taste the difference. At other shops, I just get drip coffee because they don't know what they're doing. Oslo knows what they're doing. That's why I come here.

One item someone in our group wanted -- the octopus burger -- was unfortunately unavailable, which was disappointing, especially given that it was brunch and still relatively early in the day. That said, the dishes we did order were good and well prepared. The space itself is nice: the front functions as a cute coffee shop, while the back has tables for sit-down dining. Because of that setup, the vibe feels more casual, but the menu offers solid options. Overall, it was a good experience, just not a great one -- a decent brunch spot, but nothing that blew us away.
