I didn't really feel like any of these dishes stood out but everything was good. Favorite were the tacos! Meat was tender, taco was flavorful and balanced. Ah LMNO - I love you! Probably has become my favorite mexican in Philly. Had the prickly pear margarita which I loved, then got the regular. Think I preferred the regular though. To start, we shared the chicken nachos. These are perfect - the chicken is so delicious and every chip is coated with the toppings. I had the cochinita tacos which were juicy and flavorful. The charred habanero sauce it came with was unique. I think I preferred the Arabes tacos. which i had last time. I really enjoyed those mediterranean flavors mixed together. Will be back! read more

The avocado toast was the most expensive avocado toast I have ever had at $18 ($14 + $4 for egg, even though their menu says egg is only $2 extra). I haven't been to LMNO in a while - I don't think I even did any reviews in the past because I went straight to eating! This time around I did manage to get ONE picture lol. First thing to start, the service was great. As soon as we got to the restaurant, we were seated immediately. The wait staff was polite and attentive. The ambiance is nice - but just be aware that the music is a bit on the louder side. Now, onto the food, we ordered a few things: 1. Nachos - Birria 2. Al Pastor Tacos 3. Carne Asada I only managed to get a picture of the nachos since they were the first thing to come out. The nachos were delicious and I would recommend as an app. It's large and quite filling with lots of meat on top! The tacos were good as well! Perfect portions of meat, salsa, and pineapples! Carne asada was a bigger portion that I had expected. The pictures that others have uploaded aren't representative in my opinion. I'd say that it was probably a 6oz steak. I didn't eat here this time but I did plan a birthday dinner and I really love that the hostess really worked with me to plan this birthday dinner. From answering my questions about the different dining areas to actually setting up the decorations the day of, the hostess really helped in making this perfect. The hostess even helped me set up the decorations so that they would look perfect at night. From what my girlfriend said, the food was amazing as usual with no complaints. We went here during one of the block parties which was probably the issue but it was so loud. There were people next to us thay we wouldn't hear without shouting. I u destiny that's probably not how it always is. That being said the mango margarita was pretty good with a good ballance of sweetness. The tahine on the rim wasn't just salt but also a jam which was really nice. The nachos had a good amount of toppings, a some good flavors and a decent portion. All of it was decently priced and the staff was nice. It was super busy so they didnt notice us often when we needed stuff but that's probably just because of how packed and loud it was. My party had some people who needed to switch their meals and it was handled very gracefully. Pretty nice happy hour! The margaritas are solid on happy hour and I enjoyed my prickly pear margarita at$8. My favorite food items were the Taquitos Divorciados and the aguachiles. The wings were pretty decent too, but at $2.50 a piece (4 for $10) it's not that much of a happy hour deal if that's what you're looking for. I love that they have open air or outdoor seating. Please kind of gets packed in the evenings. Service was actually great and attentive - our waters were refilled often. Great place for a big crowd so definitely get reservations if that's the case. We had a small group of three were seated quite quickly. I do wish that they had some free nachos and salsa, but everything was an extra charge on that case. Have a great selection of beers and tequilas, which is required for a Mexican place. Food was warm and quick to the table. Very flavorful. I had jalapeños on my enchiladas to increase the spice level, but they also charged us an extra $.65 for it. There's some interesting art and decor in here too, and the ambiance is warm and chill. They do have a happy hour with some food and drink options. LMNO offers Baja style inspired Mexican food. The place is very lively and can get quite loud so I wouldn't recommend this for a date spot. It was hard just to to even hear my fiancee at dinner. Regardless though the service was great and friendly. The food was decent and different from your normal Mexican style. I got the Baja fish tacos and hamachi ceviche tostado. Which came out on a cracker which was quite different from what I'm used to. They also have patio seating available as well. We went to LMNO for NYE. This may sound silly but the service was almost too fast! We had a 7:15 reservation and we were done in an hour. So idk I guess fast service is great but it almost made us feel rushed. I got the our daily veg drink (spicy version). We started with the chorizo nachos which were amazing. Also not pictured we had the tuna tostada which was good but small so not the best for sharing an app with a group. I got the grilled shrimp tacos. Some tacos come two to an order other come three to an order so you may want to ask. The shrimp tacos were good but nothing to write home about. For dessert we got the Mexican Chocolate Mousse Cake and the LMNO Sundae. Between the two I would recommend the sundae which says something since I'm normally a chocolate girly. read more

Beautiful experience! A good friend of mine asked me if there was a place in Philly that I've never tried but always wanted to! This was my go-to! We started with cocktails, we both for the Prickly Hickly, the Mezcal made this drink perfect. The Spicy Guacamole to start was ideal and very tasty! I was slightly full but still had room for the tacos (pictured). Everything was great! My second drink was the It's Gauvy Baby! I was concerned with the level of sweetness but our server gave us a good review of the drink and didn't steer me wrong, it was a great drink! Our seating was close to other tables that allowed us to see other meals. With that, I could see the meals plated and presented well; everything looked SO GOOD!
