Daycare review We've…read morehad such a wonderful experience at Xplor! Our son started here at just 12 weeks old, and we couldn't have asked for a more caring environment. Miss Marilynn,the principal, and Alice the VP are so compassionate and genuinely take the time to know every child and family, which really makes you feel like family. The infant room teachers--Dani, Danniette, Farzaneh, Yasmin, and Lexi--are all amazing. I 100% trust they are caring for our baby like one of their own! I am actually sad to be moving to the next room soon, however I am sure the new teachers will be just as great. We toured many schools before finally choosing Xplor, comparing different criteria ranging from safety, cost, staff..so far Xplor has not let us down looking forward to many more years here!

As much as was dreading my little girl starting kindergarten and growing up too quickly, this transition has been pretty painless thanks to all of the work and preparation from her time at Xplor.

Firstly, My daughter has been sick from this daycare since the start of going here. Multiple times a month she would bring something home, which isn't normal at all. I took her to the ER 6 times and she had been sick or gotten a terrible rash 15 times since she started. (A span of 8 months) my daughter had a yeast infection and it was almost fully healed when I dropped her off at daycare. When I picked her up her skin was peeling off and she had blisters. I had to start the process of healing all over again because of their negligence. I asked them to change her every hour and they didn't listen to me. When I asked about it they said they just "didn't log the times they changed her in between". I got calls up to 3 times a week every week because something was wrong, or I needed to come get her, or they would diagnose her with some illness that they're not authorized to even do. I went to the dr. Multiple times because of them not letting her come to daycare due to them self diagnosing her and not letting her come to daycare. On another note, I have picked my daughter up and many times where someone would tell me how they fed her their own personal food for lunch and how much she loved it. THINGS I DID NOT BRING OR AUTHORIZE ...SHARING THEIR FOOD OFF THEIR FORKS TO MY CHILD!!! I also picked her up one time and her teacher asked me if she was allergic to anything.. I said no, why? She continued to explain to me that she had just given my 13 month old a bite of her sonic strawberry milkshake, and didn't think about her being allergic to it until after she gave her a bite. The woman who runs the daycare (Samantha) would tell me how she shared her Chick-fil-A salad with her for lunch... another worker told me how much Scarlett loves pineapple, Olive Garden salad dressing, AND DONUTS. That right there in itself breaks so many codes that this place should honestly be shut down. They also sent her home very dirty every day. They NEVER wiped her face, even when she was sick so many times, I would pick her up with dried snot all over her face. When I had picked her up when they were playing outside she always had dirt all in her fingernails, all over her face.. she had been eating the dirt and sticking wood chips in her mouth. I asked about this and told them to please not let her eat the dirt and wood chips and her teacher replied by saying that "they give them snack outside and sometimes she drops it and picks up dirt and eats that instead." ... I wish I was making this up.. why are they giving toddlers snack outside? They could so easily choke on things so I'm not sure why they're standing up, outside eating their snacks while running around and playing. This daycare is also supposed to take photos everyday of your child, they won't. And when they do submit a photo of them 9 times out of 10 there's a teacher in the background, ignoring the toddlers, on their cellphones. I can't count how many times I picked my daughter up to see both teachers on their cell phones. She would come home everyday exhausted, and very unhappy, I thought it was just because she was tired.. nope. When she started at her new daycare I noticed she's the happiest I've ever seen her, and that lasts until bedtime.. at the other daycare I would pick her up and she was immediately in a terrible mood for the rest of the night. Unfortunately this makes me realize she wasn't treated right..I can't even imagine how she was being treated and I feel awful for sending her here. I've heard them yell at my baby for trying to get something off the counter, and I'm talking yelllll. I should've known to leave then and there but I just didn't and I deeply regret it. She would come home with scratches and bruises and bite marks EVERYDAY!! and apparently every time no one had known what had happened to her. Every time I tried to call or get in contact with the daycare they either didn't answer the phone or when they did it was clear they didn't want to be bothered. And I got the same treatment when and If I had a special request for her... i would be told they would do it for her and then find out they didn't do it at all. I'm really sorry for the long message but parents need to know this before deciding to send their kids to this daycare. It's filthy and the people who work there are negligent and breaks so many codes.. it might be the cheapest option but it's far from the best. We're at a daycare now that is so clean, feeds her three meals a day including snack, and I have access to all the cameras so I can view her at any time of the day now, and they are going to teach her sign language and Spanish. All for $60 more than apex. Please if you care about your babies, look into other options before sending them here.

I have one child in Kindergarten and another in 3rd grade who attends their after-school program, and both programs have been wonderful for our family. The teachers and staff are caring, attentive, and clearly love working with the kids. My kindergartener has learned so much and always comes home excited to share about their day. For my 3rd grader, the after-school program has been incredibly convenient. Cadence provides pickup from the elementary school, which makes life so much easier for busy parents. They also offer a summer program that keeps the kids active and engaged. Overall, we've been very happy with Cadence. The teachers are great, the staff is friendly, and it's reassuring knowing our kids are in a safe and supportive environment.

My son has been going to Cadence Academy since he was 9 months old and they have been nothing but…read morewonderful for the past 2 years. We recently moved and will have to start looking for a new daycare nearby but I don't want to leave them, even though the commute is 30+ min now. My son is completely potty trained, thanks in large part to the support of their staff by kicking off the process. They have a unique, open concept with no enclosed rooms and I love that the kids (and parents) all know each other. Also, one of the biggest ways they supported my son is their flexibility with his meals due to a milk protein allergy. They substitute what they can for him and I only bring in a couple of things every now and then to supplement. I'm finding out now that not all daycares are as accommodating! My son talks about them all the time and I absolutely love them too.

Great School! Both of my kids go to this school and we love the family atmosphere and education…read morethat they receive. This school offers a great option for preschool education at a fair price. Not knowing much about Montessori when we enrolled, we learned that the Montessori approach allowed our son to learn at his own pace building his self-confidence. The approach to learning language and math introduce concepts using sensorial materials that build on top of each other. Our son is now reading and does basic addition/subtraction all before the age of 5. We also like the balance that the school strikes between education and free play and how invested the teachers are in the development of the kids. Another thing we really like is that they great extracurricular programs such as soccer and dance onsite.

The staff at Ace is exceptional in their care for the my kids' education, safety and general well-being. The staff has also been remarkably consistent over the years, which has always reassured me. Though my youngest has moved up into a new room they still have a special bond with Ms. Juana and Ms. Lizbeth who are most unbelievable infant room/toddler 1 teachers! The environment in the older, primary classrooms is a balance of structured learning while also fostering creativity and independence and has allowed my kid to thrive. I am confident that Ace has prepared them well for Kindergarten!

He's been going since he was 6 months old and they feel like family! 12 months and younger, they update an app and follow your schedule for your baby. We bring our daughters food everyday and they do a great job putting it together for her... We don't want her drinking any juice and they are sure to make certain that she does not. We were recommended the school by someone my wife and I work with and she had the same positive things to say about the school..she put her 2 children through there. When my daughter leaves she walks over to her old class room and gives her old teacher Ms. Berry a big hug...It really shows how much the teachers care for the kids!

I started the MDO program as a sub and continued as a full time teacher. I noticed things that…read moreweren't right with the director and daughter. There is favoritism and discrimination. Policies were only enforced for certain teachers. Kids weren't moved up to next class according to their age. Either held back or very much advanced. There is no curriculum or teaching, just free play. I feel as if certain classes there aren't necessarily a safe environment for the children. Also not sanitary. We were never required to mop, clean toys. There's always bugs and rust on the floors and walls, food stuck as well. Very outdated, lots of broken toys. I feel as if the parents that have their children attending this program knew what really went on in the classrooms, they wouldn't have their child enrolled. I voiced many opinions about the conditions to the director and eventually was laid off because of personal differences. I was also called a liar and wasn't being taken seriously with my concerns. The church in the separate building is nothing like the MDO program. Its a very great fellowship with a wonderful pastor. Don't let the representation of the MDO program give you a bad opinion about the ACTUAL church.

I was so anxious about putting my child in a daycare/school. The management is superb! The teachers are absolutely incredible! (Ms. Emily and Ms. Kelsey) Even though, there was some transition with teachers throughout the year, they handled it gracefully and let us know every step of the way. And, every time I go in they are welcoming and everyone says hi to my son and knows him by name. It's like a family! All holidays and events they make extra special for the kiddos from their Halloween carnival, week long Christmas activities, Easter and Graduation party.

I feel tuition/fee is extremely fair! I love the daily communication , love the security of the building, love the cleanliness, fun theme weeks, love the Christian curriculum ! The Pillars is always decorated BEAUTIFULLY and ELABORATELY for holiday and theme weeks. I can't imagine being anywhere else
