Went to their offices on Monday since they had so many positive reviews and was recommended by Yelp. Yelp had and update of their office hours opening 8:30am. Proceeded to show up and door was locked. I check Google and Google is saying 9am. I proceed to wait until 9am. Door still locked. I proceed to call them and by the sound of the line it seemed like a VOIP line for a generalized customer service. The person answering did state their office name. That in itself doesn't matter. What did matter to me was when she took my info and had said the attorney would reach out to me. None did. Neither through phone call nor email. As of writing this post it is Tuesday morning (the next day). My review is only to the customer service. Since i haven't retained their services, I can't attest to their level of litigation or law services. read more

After paying $1,000 for a letter to my housing company. Lo & Lo decided to be greedy and say they "went over in hours" after they sent it, to have an excuse to not continue working. Then they requested 45% of the awarded settlement but they were doubtful it would hold up in court. If they were honest and cared about practicing law they would've said that when I first asked for help! These people asked for $66k and then told me it was unlikely I'd get anything. Why would you STEAL MY $1,000 FOR A CRAPPY LETTER asking for an unreasonable amount?! Scammers. This office took $1,000 for a ridiculous letter that was not only shot down, but lead to my building rescinding their previous payment offer. SCAMMERS. Thanks for the headache! This is why people don't trust Lawyers. ***Edit to address this response. Nothing was misunderstood. YOU even wrote back and said we are unlikely to be successful in court AFTER you took $1,000. A letter that was quickly dismissed for citing laws that didn't pertain to the actual issue (especially during COVID) . You threw something together and anyone who isn't a lawyer would just TRUST that the cited sources and overall argument were correct. Our mistake for trusting you! Well I used them for a civil suit that I was countersuing for. After COVID19 hit Iost the ability to make the 2000 dollar monthly payments they wanted from me. After giving them 13,000 dollars to represent me I was dropped by them because of my inability to pay. I was willing to make payments but they wanted about 500 dollars every week and it's kind of crazy when most people weren't even able to pay rent during this time.
