I've had two recent experiences here - one dine-in and one take-out. Pro tip: if you order take out, there's a discount of 15 or 20% OFF. It was quite busy on both visits on a Saturday and Sunday morning. While I waited for my meal，I was given a small concha as an appetizer I guess (free of charge). My food was tasty. Essentially I ordered breakfast staples - sausage, scrambled eggs and Feench toast brioche waffles. I got an ice horchata coffee or latte as well. Service was prompt and staff was professional. My take- out order was the super veggie omelet. I thought this dish wasn't bad but I wish it had hollandaise sauce. I am definitely ordering the spinach mushroom stacker / omelet next! I also aim to try more of their specialty coffees. Its nice to have this place locally and hope it sticks around for many years to come!

This morning, my wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time. I'm glad we did. We had a very good breakfast to start off the day. I ordered the basic combo which comes with eggs, hashbrowns, your choice of 2 pieces of bacon/sausage, and buttermilk pancakes. I got scrambled eggs, one sausage, and one piece of bacon with the hashbrowns and buttermilk pancakes. My wife ordered the same combo except with two pieces of bacon, eggs cooked over easy, and crepes. Before our orders came out, we got a plate with a couple of mini conchas on it. The conchas were a tasty and sweet surprise. The orders came out pretty fast. The scrambled eggs were warm and fluffy. The hashbrowns were nice and crispy. The entire meal was satisfying. My wife did notice that her crepes were a little undercooked, but overall, she enjoyed her meal as well. I think the service here was solid, not phenomenal. Even though, we were the only customers dining in the restaurant, we weren't really checked upon until we were ready for the check. That's not to say that the staff were just standing around doing nothing. There were a handful of people coming in for takeout and delivery orders. They helped with that. Additionally, a couple of the restaurant employees were diligently cleaning the ceiling of the restaurant. They keep this place very tidy and clean, which I can appreciate. I'm not sure why this place isn't more popular. Their dishes are reasonably priced and of high quality. I would recommend this place. I think it's better than a lot of the larger and well known chain restaurants who serve breakfast.

I was in town with my mom for a concert. We wanted to go to Norms for breakfast the day after the show but their power was out. We stumbled upon this place and we are so happy we did! We came in with a little rush of others so we had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes before we were sat. It looked like there were only 2 waitress working and no bussers. They were both very nice considering how busy it got. My mom and I split some scrambled eggs and hash browns and bacon. I also ordered the French toast and my mom had some sort of crepes. Coffee was good too! I would definitely recommend checking this place out! We also loved the panecitos we got while waiting for our food :)

Such a delicious diner! Definitely a hidden gem in the rough. It was a Monday morning and I had a vet appointment in the area. It was 8:30am and hadn't eaten yet needed to wait so why not go to a local diner. Loaded was at the top of my Yelp app and it filled me perfectly. Easy, strip mall parking and as a weekday, it was a breeze getting a booth by myself. The one waitress serving the customers was very sweet and felt comfortable right away. The diner itself is newish, clean and modern. Menu-wise, there's a Latino flair which makes it all delish! I like there's the Crepe Combo which is really good! The plain crepes have a soft sweetness and I opted for sausage and poached eggs. It came with a side of concha which seemed to have a dash of cinnamon and I wolfed it down! To drink, I had a horchata latte and that's really sweet! A great meal - I'd definitely go back if I'm In the area. Thanks!

I had high expectations before getting here. The Warm panecitos and the Orchata latte were the best. I was personally disappointed on the food. CANNOT say it was bad, but it was definitely none-eventful. The chilaquiles had yellow cheese and that was the nail in the coffin for me. I was looking for authentic yummy Mexican food. The enchiladas had yellow cheese! As well.... The service was great. She was very informative and amicable. The ambiance was good (not too loud) and it had a relaxed family atmosphere. I will more than likely not be back.

The server suggested the most popular dishes, though I went for my staple chilaquiles breakfast that I try everywhere. I really enjoyed them. The complimentary conchita was a plus. Paired well with the horchata coffee. Would return for sure.

People keep calling this place the Mexican Denny's. The only thing that I have to say about this is because it is. They serve their take on breakfast favorites but they are also offering lunch and dinner items too, despite closing at 4 too(most Denny's I know are around the clock). They kind of remind me of the Pan and Corner Burger but those are two different reviews for a different time. I've tried crepes, the shredded beef and potato burrito, a burger and the potato tacos covered in queso. Standard comfort food. read more

Cafesito con una conchita was amazingly delicious. I was not sure about the mazapan coffee thinking it was going to be really sweet, but it turned out to be very tasty! I had the chorizo torta. I felt really good that this came with chile toriado and a homemade red chunky salsa! The service (April) was great! It was my first time and was not sure what to get. Me and my family love this place. Easy, simple decor with enough tables for a big party. I love the chicken and spinach dish with hollandaise sauce, so divine!!! Also a very unique dish! One you'd find at a "fine dining" spot. But this casual eatery has it! They're very creative with their food. They have American food, Mexican plates, milkshakes, coffee, etc. You are sure to find something you like at a good price. Parking is always available, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. At this particular place in El Segundo Blvd. they have the best cooks which makes a big difference. The food is good. Everything is cooked right I've been to the one in Long Beach, which was a very disappointed experience, the food was not good. The service was bad. the employees were distracted with their drama, I didn't have a good experience at that place in Long Beach but this one in particular the employees are very nice. Very expensive for the quality and taste of food, they charge extra for literally everything sour cream, cheese, chile, egg I can go on!! Chilaquiles had no flavor, the asada tasted bland and chewy, dulce de leche ice coffee tasted like water downed coffee. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because as soon as we walked in the floor was very dirty. I'd heard great things about loaded cafe so I was going to give it a try regardless. Food: I ordered the ranchero, omelette stuffed with potatoes and veggies and topped with seasoned meat Pico de Gallo and sour cream. Sooooo goood!!!! J got the sirloin stacker. The sirloin was even tastier than what I got and was served with hash browns. The sirloin had some sautéed veggies and cheese as well. They have hot sauces on the table and we tried a couple of them and they were tasty! We are definitely coming back or ordering out from loaded cafe again! read more

We love Loaded Cafe! The servers are friendly and remember us after the 1st time we visited. I love the crepes. Both the sweet loganberry and the savory chicken with spinach, mushrooms, and hollandaise sauce. Hubby usually gets polish sausage and eggs and finds their potatoes super tasty. I love their concept of loading your favorite ingredients, whether it be an omelet or a burger. The vintage photos of old Lawndale add to the clean setting. read more

Drove all the way from Alhambra... so worth it!! Ordered the little piggy... brought me out the hash browns well cooked just like I asked.. sausage was great.. brought out the pancakes after I was done with the sides.. was perfect since the pancakes were piping hot and truly delicious... didn't need any syrup at all!! Hubby got crepes.. we was very happy. Only complaint was that the . portion of the steak was very small with the steak and eggs. Service was on point and they gave us cards for the panaderia next door to try. We will definitely be back!! read more

But, after we decided that we would split an appetizer and an entree, the table for two became way to small way too quickly. Geovani jumped right on this, suggesting we move to a larger table. He helped us move everything over and, voila, we were able to stretch out and relax and enjoy our meal. We started with the pear and blue cheese salad and, wow, we could have just ordered this, split it, and we would have been full. Very flavorful, generous portion that is definitely big enough to share. We also ordered the Sausage & Leek Fettuccine and I was definitely not thinking. Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. I'm a little bit on the fence as far as my feelings for this place. My wife and I had breakfast here on one of my rare days off. I'd seen so many great Yelp reviews that I figured it was worth a visit. But my experience was both pleasant and slightly disappointing. I'll try to keep it short & sweet(ish)... The restaurant is located in a small strip mall. The surrounding area doesn't look the nicest or most welcoming. The inside of the restaurant is pretty basic but has some nice wall decor with inspirational saying on them. The place is relatively small although they do try to make use of all available floor space as possible. This is both a blessing and a curse since it means more access to seating, but in very close proximity to other patrons at times. Let's get down to the food... which in my opinion is good, but not great. The menu selection is plentiful with all your usual egg, omelette and pancake options. And they have crepes, which is a major plus in my book! Portions sizes are pretty generous and pricing is very reasonable. But as far as taste, everything was more or less A-OK to me. For me, nothing really stood out as being exceptional. As previously stated by other Yelpers, it does seem like the owner has connections to IHOP since the pancakes taste similar and the various syrup flavors are identical. IHOP quality food for little diner prices and great service to boot makes this a solid 4-star spot in my opinion. A great breakfast spot for the locals or anyone else that might be in the area. It'd probably be my Go-To place if I lived close by. But for everyone else, it's probably not worth the trek since you can find equally good breakfast spots that are closer to where you live. read more

I recently visited Loaded Cafe with high hopes after seeing their impressive social media presence. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The restaurant wasn't busy, but cleanliness seemed to be an issue with dirty plates on several tables. While the complimentary warm mini concha was a nice touch, the service was lacking. I struggled to get a simple coffee refill and had to repeatedly ask different servers. For our meal, my coworker opted for steak and eggs, and I chose the chile verde, which was recommended as popular and moderately spicy. The salsa, however, was overwhelmingly spicy, far beyond the expected level. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our food took 30 minutes to arrive. My coworker's portion was so small it resembled a child's meal, and my dish was equally disappointing in size and presentation - especially for the $17 price tag. The chile verde's color and taste were nothing like the menu's depiction. Again, service for refills was poor. I had read about the owners' journey in starting the business, which seemed promising, but it appears the focus has shifted away from essentials like menu quality and customer service. The diverse menu seems to lack a clear direction, and the fusion of American and Mexican cuisine falls short in execution. Based on this experience, I cannot justify a return visit. Paying $50 for such unsatisfactory meals and service was not worthwhile. It's a reminder that great marketing doesn't always translate to a quality dining experience. I've never done a review but I want to give credit to a great dining experience. We walk in and immediately hear a shout from the back welcoming us. We stood there for about a or two and the server APRIL came out with full plates in hand saying she'd be with us shortly. The manager MARIA came out right after with drinks in hand and then got our table ready. Our server was APRIL and she informed us that she would be with us shortly as she had several tasks to do which I really admired. MARIA dropped us off fresh warm conchas while we waited. When APRIL came she was very sweet and informative and also apologized about the wait which we didn't mind as our party are restaurant workers as well and understand. The food was really good and APRIL'S recommendation of using the green Sriracha for an added kick was really good. APRIL was really pleasant through whole experience even though sweat covered she always had a smile on her face. MARIA charged us and was very sweet as well . I originally was just going to do a 5 star review for free the crepe but didn't even bother asking about it because they were understaffed which my whole party understood (I'm a GM of a restaurant as the rest of the party were managers of various positions) with the whole "situation" businesses are slower so staffing so we completely understood. Excellent food. They also have fresh smoothies made. I just wish it was more affordable! They charge for Everything!! With that being said.. they Do have a lot of options to choose from so you don't have to add onto your meal if you choose to (for example if i wanted spinach amd bacon added to an omelet or something). On a positive note they give a good size portion for the kids pancake meal.. so we usually get that and add am extra egg or sausage if we feel more hungry. Pancakes and omelets are Very good here.. so we put up with the price. read more

This is just sad... we usually love going here when they're open and we've missed it. So we decided to order takeout and it just lacked completely! See photos. The potatoes in my omelette were uncooked and who doesn't put cheese in an omelette?? The pancakes were so dry, the batter must have been too thick. And the sausage breakfast burrito was so sad. I ordered the Build Your Own Omelette: 3 eggs with spinach, onions, tomatoes, cheese, potatoes, and toast, along with the Golden Milk Latte made with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, clove, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper, and their house-made Madagascar vanilla bean syrup. We took our food back to the car and enjoyed breakfast there while the Tesla finished charging. It ended up being much more comfortable than waiting inside. If there is a reason one party is seated before another, especially when they checked in later, the staff should be able to clearly explain why.
