Bruxie is good, it could even be considered great if not for the one barrier of the pricing which seems high for what it is. I feel the chicken and waffles needs to be cheaper or the quantity meeds to be modified from the 1 waffle and 2 chicken strips at the current price should be priced at $10-12... or $15-20 if it was either 2 waffles and 2 chicken strips... OR... 1 waffle and 4 chicken strips. Parking at this shopping complex is outdoors and often challenging because it's small and popular, bit there's adjacent covered parking lots and alternate free parking areas walking distance not many are aware of. The waffle is a nice thick Belgian waffle style. The chicken is tender and tasty. More food quantity or lower the prices is my recommendation for the success of Bruxie and expansion (I first tried the location in Irvine at the South Coast Plaza and enjoyed that a lot, a few years ago) read more

We stopped here for a morning breakfast on a Monday and it was nice and quiet and clean in the restaurant. We ordered 4 fried chicken breakfast burritos. They were great and different from usual breakfast burritos, especially because it's fried chicken. Great quality and service. The manager was really nice and accommodating. The exterior has this delicate shattering flavorful crust. Inside the crust is a fluffy almost pancake like core tastes of sweet cream and vanilla. The tenders were HUGE. Nice and toasted on the outside and warm and melty on the inside. Has a lot of their sauce (like a chipotle mayo) which I enjoyed. You can also get a side of salsa verde. I got it with avocado only but you can get their fried chicken or breakfast sausage instead. It's a decent sized burrito so I was satisfied after. It's an order at the counter type place and they bring it to you if you dine in. Pretty quick and friendly service. Came on a weekday for lunch and it wasn't busy at all.
