First time coming here and I thought i was going to have a great experience waiter had a good attitude and place is clean and very nice but the time it took to get our food was ridiculous. Granted I give her it to her if the kitchen took a while but as a waiter she should have came to check on us even for our drinks. Even when I asked her for more coffee she said ok and walked away waited on other tables and then 15 minute later no coffee. Food was ok but waiters definetly need to be more active with tables and even if food takes long dont forget about the tables and bringing refills. Waiters need more training I believe read more

We came this way to get our taxes done and was looking for a place to grab lunch and found this on Yelp. We were greeted with smiles from the entire staff! I got a jalapeño cheddar burger and my wife got a deluxe cheeseburger. All of the food was great, super friendly staff and the place was pretty big inside with plenty of tables unlike most other places in the area. We will definitely be back! I enjoyed the Loaded Cafe Restaurant. When we first arrived, it was pretty crowded and were given a 25 minute wait time but it only took about 10 minutes. The service here was ok. I felt a little rushed to make a decision with my food but it was probably because the place was so packed. I had the strawberry banana waffles and I loved them! This place was amazing!!!! The service was fast and friendly. My boyfriend had the chicken Alfredo chicken omelet and it is a must have. The chicken was tender and had great flavor. The crepes were delicious, the fruit on top was sweet and plentiful. The manager was super friendly stopped by to see if everything was ok. This is now our go to breakfast spot!!!! The food is really good and the waitresses very sweet and attentive. We went on a Monday night around 6 pm. I ordered a egg white scramble with a side of fruit. My husband had a cheeseburger and a strawberry lemonade. His cheeseburger was really good. Full of flavor. I wish I would have gotten that. The scramble was just okay. Nothing special. His strawberry lemonade was decent but would not get again for $3 - no refills. They have a lot of options including crepes which I love! Well-priced, delicious home-cooked food. My husband and I came here for brunch and were not disappointed! We were greeted and sat within about 10 minutes, and when we sat down we discovered they have six different types of hot sauces. My husband LOVES hot sauce and asked if we could try a few with his chilaquiles. The manager, Martin, surprised us and brought us out a complimentary batch of chips with cheese and beans to try all of the sauces with before our meal came out! Each sauce was flavorful and tasty. His chilaquiles were the best he's ever had. I had the lemon honey crepes and they were insanely good (I added a squeeze of fresh lemon on top, and they were SO good!). Now, I am no food critique but this place was a breath of fresh air in LA. I'm from the east coast southern region so I know a good meal from Mamas kitchen and that's what this place reminded me of. The biscuits and gravy were just the right amount of crunch with smooth/not to chunky gravy, the eggs were fluffy and not dry, the hash browns were grilled to perfection, and the sausage patties were cooked almost perfectly. I know restaurants have their good and bad days (per reviews below mine) but this restaurant was perfect today. Definitely coming back! read more

Went in for breakfast this past Friday morning. And although the food was good, the service was horrible. Our waiter was extremely rude and horribly condescending. My meal was almost 25$ for an omelette meal and coffee. I don't mind paying so much but when the food is pricey you sorta expect decent service. On tip if that i was charged an extra dollar for sour cream even though the plate already came with sour cream. The waiter heard us ask for refills and looked at us, rolled his eyes and walked away??? Little instances here and there with the waiter made the experience less the great. Will I go again? Try there green drink it's soo good and healthy way better then jumba which is next door. Service is awesome! The manager Martin there is wonderful super friendly! He always treats us like family. Everything about this restaurant, from the food, to the servers, down to the manager Martin, is amazing! They have me hooked on the "Asada chilaquiles" plate lol. Every time we come, Martin always greets us so generously and caters like no other manager I've ever met! He has a smooth flow running through this place. Also, our server Yury has great hospitality! My friends and I were looking for a good dine-in restaurant to have breakfast and stumbled on this place. I called in ahead and asked if it was okay to bring a leashed dog. Unfortunately, the lady told us that only animal service dogs were allowed, so we were a bit bummed out since it was patio seating too. We arrived and ordered all our food to go. Luckily before we left, we met Martin. Wonderful guy! (Thank you again, Martin!) He made sure we were satisfied with their service and had water to go. I decided to ask him if dogs were allowed (just to make sure), and he was like "yeah! Why not?" He pulled us to a table, and made sure our food came out on plates instead of to-go containers. He wasn't even the person that took our orders, but he serviced us the whole time and knew our orders as soon as we sat down. We were offered a plates of nachos, ON THE HOUSE too! Wow. Talk about hospitality!! They are SPLENDID! The manager took time to talk to me and made sure everything was what it should have been. I had called the other location that is near me and they never picked up the phone. Upon calling this location, the manager caught wind of my frustration when I asked about what was happening at the location near my home and explained that they get very busy and in when they do they really can't pick up the phone to take orders. He gave me what I asked for and more for making the drive and the staff who worked under him was pleasant and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make it better. I love when the culture of a company is as great as this one. Good breakfast and Good people. It doesn't get any better. read more

I went to check out this new restaurant because it looked really good from the photos on Yelp I go with my dauggter, I order the biscuits and gravy which came with two sausages that they couldn't have hash browns and two eggs cooked to your liking my daughter ordered the veggie breakfast sandwich that came with hash browns and we got a side of chips and guacamole so we're waiting for our food which probably took about 15 minutes to get all of it when the waitress finally brought our food I kind of looked at it and decided let me just taste the food because it looked extremely greasy so I taste the gravy first and it was a little bit flavourful but you can taste the oil in it you could see that the gravy was starting to separate the oil from the water. So I cut the hash browns and it was completely soaked in oil so I decided to just eat the eggs which surprisingly weren't oily the other plate of food when was picked up to eaten the oil just dripped down the person's hands and when she went to cut her hash browns it was just completely soaked so when the waitress comes back over to see how we're doing she said is everything good and I responded no it's not everything is completely oily and she laughed hysterically and when I didn't laugh back she goes oh okay and walks away about three minutes later the manager comes by and asked how everything was I told him the exact same thing his response was I will talk to the cook he also walked away about 5 to 6 minutes later the waitress comes back with the check and said oh I just took $8 off of your bill mind you I didn't eat anything off of my plate other than the eggs the bill came out to almost $30 for food that was extremely oily so I get up and I go to the manager and I said this is unacceptable I should not have to pay $21 for food that was not eaten if you look at the plate everything is still there except for the eggs his response was what do you want me to do. I said any other restaurants you go too and there's an issue and they see you did not eat the food I'm sure they would have comped the whole meal they did not do this he kept asking me what he wanted me to do that's not what a manager should do instead of saying that he apologized and comping the whole meal I ended up paying $11 I will never go to this restaurant again the service was horrible the food was even worse it could have just been the cook for that day but I won't ever try to go back there again because the manager was not helpful. This place isn't even worth 1 star in my opinion read more
